Had an emergency situation on a Saturday where water was trickling into our electrical panel from a leak in our roof. Out of several businesses in town that I tried to contact he was the first to respond (within minutes), where as some haven’t returned my call yet. Eric came over promptly and made sure the panel was safe and found the source of the water, appreciated his quick response and professionalism!
