I am so happy with the service from Montgomery. I called on a Thursday and Scott answered the phone and said he "appreciated my call." When a business appreciates you doing business with them you know they take pride in their work and they want you to be satisfied. Scott came out the very next morning Friday and Monday at 8 am they we're installing a new furnace. Great service, I highly recommend you call Scott.

Our furnace decided to shut down 3 days before install, and one call to Scott and he was able to order a furnace to install the same day as the other work, Scott was professional and took pride in his business. Jumped right in both feet and offered to do all he could to get it fixed. Gave me some really good advice and the problem got solved. Don't ever call Reliance, use Scott instead. Amazing, pleasant experience. Had furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater installed and all work was completed promptly and very professionally by Montgomery Gas Services in Port Colborne. I was so pleased with how respectful they were of my home. They put down runners everywhere to prevent tracked-in debris, and they cleaned everything meticulously after the jobs were done. I would strongly recommend Scott and his crew (Mark, Ashton and Austin) to anyone who needs any of these services. He is extremely honest, reliable and he responds quickly to phone calls, or messages. My parents and their close family friend replaced their furnaces within the last year and chose Montgomery Gas Services as well. Called on a Saturday expecting to get a machine but got the owner Scott. He was very polite and sent his son Austin over as soon as he was free. Friendly, quick and amazing service...after being referred to this company, I phoned and left a message. Was called back in under 15 minutes. Scott said that he was in the area and could drop by. Addressed the problem and had our A/C back up and running in 10 minutes. We recently had a new heat pump system installed and are very pleased with it. Scott's crew; Austin, Trevor and Ashton performed the installation. These guys all quite young, it is good to see guys that age going into a good trade. They worked VERY well as a team with a focus to do the best job possible. They were very efficient and quick to address any questions or concerns. They are very competent. I am retired but for 42 years, the company I worked for employed many contractors; I can tell when a crew is a good team and is well motivated. We where very pleased with every aspect of the job.

I can't say enough about these guys.... They installed both a new furnace and air conditioner. They were quick and efficient and it was clear that cleanliness and professionalism were a core value. They went out of their way to ensure my expectations were exceeded. When I did have an issue (of my own doing in retrospect), Scott and Austin were literally at my house in a matter of minutes and the problem identified and corrected in less than an hour. Scott is a very involved owner and goes out of his way to ensure his customers received world class service. Don't let Austin's youthful appearance fool you! Austin has already developed a level of experience that provides confidence in his workmanship and professionalism. I honestly can’t recommend Montgomery Gas highly enough! Our call to Montgomery Gas was quick and efficient. Knowing we needed our fireplace in working order asap, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Austin was the tech who came out and he was awesome! Called Thursday evening because I had no hot water. They showed up Friday morning and diagnosed the issue. Knowing that I really couldn't go without hot water for 3 days, because of a long weekend, they were here early Saturday morning, removed the old hot water tank and installed a new tankless system. Very neat and professional. There is no reason for me to call anyone else for my heating, air conditioner or hot water issues.
