We had our roof done by Brian this summer and we weren’t disappointed. Brian’s guys were outstanding. They installed the roof during the hottest week of the summer, which slowed them down a bit( understandably) but they never stopped. James is a true craftsman, with great attention to detail. The roof is gorgeous and keeps our home safe from the elements. Brian is a great guy, patient and honest. These are extremely difficult traits to find in today’s construction industry. The negative review on here is complete BS. There is no way Brian would operate in the way described. He’s a small business that relies on references,so the review makes no sense. Brian’s service and team are second to none, you won’t be disappointed with the end result.

Had a metal roof put on a few weeks ago and we love it! This place was by far the cheapest quote we got and they did an amazing job! Other companies must be pocketing a fortune because for the price we paid we got good quality in a timely manner. The guys worked hard and quick and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof. Pay the extra for the metal roof, it is well worth it. Very happy with the job they've done for me. Very happy with James' work, and he really went the extra mile to coordinate with the siding I was having done at the same time. The only concern a minor communication issue - they came to work the first day with no warning, so I had to come home from work to unlock the garage (where I had moved some of the supplies they'd dropped off). Would definitely recommend their services.

I can’t say enough good things about Metal Roofs Niagara. I purchased a black metal roof with snow guards and had it installed in October 2021. Justin Topolinski went above and beyond what I expected to be done. His professionalism and experience made this process seamless. He was in contact with me throughout the process to make sure things were going well and I was being taken care. He answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and with great detail. This is a family run business and they put their name behind all their work. Justins installer Riley , was amazing, and worked almost non stop every day he was there. He was always on time and ready to go. And when the weather wouldn’t allow him to work , he messaged me and kept me informed on when he would be back. The price point was very reasonable , and the estimate Justin gave me was exactly what I paid. There was no upselling or pressure to purchase , which also made this an enjoyable process. I had Brian and his crew do the roof on my house. I waited 3 weeks for the crew to show up. Once the crew finally showed up they wouldn't show up until 11am most days. Once they told me they were completed I went up to check the roof out to find out it was still incomplete. I contacted Brian to see when they would be back and he won't respond. Please save yourself the hassle and find a different contractor to do your roof. Him and his team are terrible to deal with.
