Being a new homeowner and landlord can be extremely stressful, especially if you're looking to add renovations in the mix to ensure the building is safe and to code. Lucky for me, I was able to connect with Dallis of Atlas Contracting. From the beginning, he was able to communicate effectively in a timely manner to someone that isn't familiar with construction. He was able to create a plan to renovate a large back staircase, and a new entrance into the home. Fire rated walls were also put into an old hallway, water room was properly sealed, and he create two additional laundry rooms. This as been quite the ask for Dallis and Jason, but they were able to accomplish it with astonishing results. If you need a reference of their work, I'm happy to chat with you. We look forward to working with them again soon!
