Absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved this week over the phone. I am a local home owner and was in desperate need to have my facia and gutters replaced. I called to inquire about pricing, and the man on the phone was condescending and rude. He told me it was impossible to give me a quote over the phone and I agreed with him, as I knew I needed 120 feet of wood and facia to also be replaced. He then said he could send someone out to quote the job for me, I said fantastic and asked if there would be a cost for the quote so I could have the cash ready, he then said to me “well miss, its free but time is money so you better be serious” I let him know I wouldent be calling if I wasent serious as my gutters were off of my house. He then asked if my husband was home. I said I think I can handle it, he told me he would have someone call me to come check it out “if he had time”. I never heard back from anyone. Easily a $4000 job that I wanted to keep local.

We rented a dehumidifier that leaked overnight causing damage to our tile underlayment. We called in the morning to let them know the machine was broken and we’re assured everything would be taken care of, but were charged for the full rental. The owner than accused me of lying and said it somehow wasn’t the dehumidifier that caused the damage. Stay away and find an honest rental company.
