Quoted on a job for kitchen ventilation. Strung along through email chain that they were set to do it and just waiting on a date. At the last minute changed their mind and said they don't do that work and should never have quoted on it. I don't feel that they can be trusted.

We had new installs of a furnace, AC, garage furnace, duct work and BBQ line. Very professional and courteous crew. Respectful of the belongings in our home as they worked. Thorough and communication was exceptional on what they were doing each step of the way, and I had a million questions:) Crew was punctual everyday. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services again.

I called Shannon Lloyd to set up a new account for our new house build .Our home closing was delayed 6 times through Sandbank Homes. Even though I advised Lloyds that I had not closed our house deal and advised a new closing date Shannon Lloyd still processed the billing on a previous date because she was given an old closing date by the builder. I was told I would have to pay the charges for the water heater and try to recover the costs at a later date. I advised I was not responsible for costs before the actuall closing date. Lloyds then stopped taking my calls. Very unprofessional and poor service to start. Find another company if you can. Dissapointing to say the least.

Driver this morning at 6:50am ran a passenger vehicle off the road and proceeded on its way. County road 1, (Schoharie Rd). Passed my work truck east bound in the fog without ensuring it was safe to pass, thus forcing oncoming vehicle off the road.

After not having a working propane fireplace for a complete winter due to the “other guys” incompetence and total disregard for my issue …imagine my surprise when I called Lloyds and had it repaired in just 5 days! What a novel experience!! Thanks Todd for the excellent service. After my first phone call to Veenstra-Lloyds I felt at ease … that they cared about my problem …very professional, respectful and considerate. Thanks Wendy. I wish I had selected Lloyds when I first moved to the County I would have saved myself time, money and of course much aggravation. Even after a scathing review the “other guys” didn’t even reach out to try and rectify my problem… just ignored it as usual. Highly recommend Veenestra-Lloyds for fast reliable and needless to say competent service Thanks again Todd … it’s nice to be left with nothing but “warm” feelings.
