Absolute nightmare experience, avoid at all costs! The work they did has to be ripped up and replaced essentially doubling the cost of just doing it right the first time. They were supposed to finish in February, it's almost July now and it's still not done. They start out friendly, but now they have disappeared. They damaged our home and caused more trauma than I can describe. Whenever I expressed concern they would say "no worries big guy it's going to be fine" but nothing they say is true. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB shortly. I wonder if this review will finally encourage them to respond to my multiple unanswered texts?

Made an appointment for a quote never showed up never call. I called twice and left voice messages never called back . Undependable and unprofessional. Warning signs.
