Clean Comfort Home Improvements recently installed a new roof for us, as our existing roof was well past the end of its lifespan. Blayne was a wonderful resource, and made tailored recommendations specifically to our home in order to help us get the best value for money, and the most appropriate product for our situation. Nick was communicative as they navigated a very busy summer for everyone's schedule, and the team who performed the install was very efficient. Ultimately, we ended up with a great roof well ahead of when we needed it - it looks so much better! Thank you to the whole team.

Ghosted for 2 months waiting on an official estimate. Guy named John who assessed my property said it would be 15 to 30k depending on cost of materials. I asked for two layout options and had to call the office 3 times to follow up still no call back or estimate. Went with Lennox fence out of Napanee. Had a quote in less than a week for less than half what the Clean Comfort assessor told me. I'm glad there's so many 5 star reviews but since mine is the first non 5 star review, I suspect some may have been paid for. Don't waste your time with these guys for single home quotes. Clearly my money wasn't good enough for them since I would have happily wound up paying twice as much for a fence had they returned my calls.

The Clean Comfort crew provided excellent advice and did a great job renovating the exterior of our cottage (siding, soffits, fascia, eaves, skirting, porch, and roof). They were also great with keeping things tidy so our kids could safely enjoy the space while they were working and left the grounds cleaner than when they started.

I live in Loyalist township and had some damage to my roof last spring. I called and talked to the owner Blayne who actually rearranged his schedule to fit me in that day. He came and assessed the damage and gave me multiple options with multiple price points to fix what’s wrong. He gave me his honest opinion of what was best for the long term but I didn’t feel pressured as he said all the options would fix the damage right away. Once we agreed on a plan and price he scheduled his crew to come in the next week. They arrived on time and did exactly what was agreed upon. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I wouldn’t have even known they were there if I hadn’t been home. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely be my first call next time I need a repair done around the house.

This team was awesome! Assisted in the repair of my moms roof! Team was very efficient and helpful when I was asking question on her behalf. They got the job done quickly and even came back to do a magnet sweep after the job was done to make sure there weren’t any nails on her driveway! I definitely recommend them!

Had a terrific recent experience with this company as my roof was in need of reshingling. John and his team were extremely responsive and professional during this installation. I had a leak in my roof, and I spoke to John who was able to have my installation moved up several weeks from the scheduled date and the work was completed within the following 36 hours. I am very thankful for their hard work as the work was completed in an efficient manner with no mess left behind. The new roof looks fantastic and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks to John and his team for prompt response and outstanding attention to detail.
