I contacted Platinum Choice to get an estimate for having a ductless AC unit installed in my home. Stephen came by the house and discussed a few options with me. He gave me an estimate that was very detailed, yet easy to understand and I asked them to go ahead with the installation. They installed the unit while I was at work and left little trace of being there except for the ice cold AC that greeted me after a hard day working outside. I am very pleased with the work Platinum Choice did in my home. I will call on them for future projects and will recommend them to anyone looking for a professional HVAC crew.

Our furnace broke in January. The guys came out that evening and figured out the problem. Offered to repair or replace it. As it was 21 years old, we opted to replace. They answered all our questions and got us quotes, well into the evening. They came out first thing the next morning, installed the new furnace and took the old one away. The technician, Dominic, arrived and assessed the issue with my AC within 20 mins and suggested a resolution and how much it would cost upfront before committing to fix the problem. Friday night my furnace stoped. Called Saturday morning four 7/24 heating companies. Nobody picked up the telephone except Platinum Choice Heating & Air Conditioning.. They came a few hours later and have had to replace some parts, which were not available to them on Saturday & sunday. I got a call at 7:30 AM on Monday, that they located the parts, they will pick them up and will arrive at my home befor 9:00 AM, which they did. At 9:30 AM my furnace was runnig. My Mom has always had an oil furnace but decided to switch to gas. We had a new furnace with central air installed on august 7. These guys were amazing. Steve & Dominic were very professional & polite. Once the new furnace had been installed I thought it would take a day to cool this house down. NOPE within two hours it was wonderful. Steve took me to see the furnace & I could not believe the difference in size.There was this tiny shiny red & silver small but awesome looking new machine. He explained all hoses vents fillters & then shows me this little glass window & says "when you turn your heat on you will be able to see flames here". Well I thought no sense in getting a gas insert fireplace now Ill just go down to the laundry room. Great job Guys. I would highly recommended this company to all family & friends & strangers. I have had to call Platinum Choice 2 times over the last couple of years and both times they came out to look at and repair my A/C right away. The most recent visit I noticed the A/C wasn't working around 9:30 at night. Most of the time I would of waited to get it repaired but the forecast was predicting warm weather over the next couple of days and my wife was coming home from hospital after a hip operation in the morning. I called and Steve said he would be over in the morning. Steve fixed the problem and checked out the unit to insure it was functioning properly . Both Steve and Eric are very professional and knowledgeable. They show up in a company truck towing a trailer well branded with company logo that has some of the parts they might need for any repair the set up looks great. My hat goes off to the company and I will recommend them to anyone in need of Hvac repair or installation. Keep up the good work guys and if your in area stop in for a coffee or cold drink.

Had a terrific experience with Platinum Choice. We hired them to install a new AC unit, rework some ductwork and add a vent for our new stove. They were not only professional but their price was very competitive. They walked me through everything they did, kept me updated throughout the process, even installing and walking me through the smart thermostat we bought. In addition we accidentally blew a fuse and Jake was super responsive in helping to fix it on a very busy, very hot week. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Used these guys for a rental in PTBO. Called and they were quick to respond and troubleshoot, turns out the thermostat was not working properly and later into the night the heat went again. They picked up when I called and sent a guy over to remedy the thermostat at 10 PM. Super quick to respond. With follow-up via email shortly after the tech had left. When I called in the evening Jake answered and knew what Dominic had faced earlier in the day. I like that even at 930 at night their on call guy was able to know what I was talking about. I'm not sure if they share some kind of spreadsheet reporting system, but it was confidence inspiring. Ill use them again.
