I called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message and wait for a response in the next day or so but Mr. Andreoli called me back the same day and came over right away to look at my brickwork and foundation. He was very professional and gave me a quote right away which was quite reasonable. He is very customer focused and takes obvious pride in his work. He offered advice about how to protect the foundation and prevent cracks in the future after the work is done. There was no pressure to accept his quote. He was able to start work by that Friday and was finished by the following Monday, keeping to his original quote. I am very pleased and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get masonry work done

I had a moisture problem in my basement, and when I looked closely at the foundation, I felt I needed some serious help from a mason. Another person quoted me (sight unseen) a $20,000 excavation job and wouldn't guarantee his work. When Mr. Andreoli returned my call within an hour of my leaving a message, he immediately made arrangements to take a look. He gave me a lot of good advice, and assured me it wasn't a water "leak" but was from seepage which would be solved simply by longer downspout extensions. All of this, at no charge! I very much appreciate his experience and knowledge, his honesty, and his professionalism. He also wanted me to keep in touch just to ensure I didn't have any further problems, but was confident that, if I took is advice, there wouldn't be any. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional in the masonry business.

The mortar colour is understandably different.... but I have no doubt at all of the increased structural durability of my home. I couldn't have asked for more. I was told by a few other companies that I would have to wait four to five months do deal with some perimeter house cracks. I called Mr. Andreoli and he came by the same day for an assessment and completed the works within a few days and did an excellent job. Really pleasant and great to deal with!
