This company sucks. I contacted them for a quote and it took months to hear back from them. They don't take proper safety precautions and Warren has small man syndrome.

I had a couple of things done by Eco Insulation at my house here. Basement Insulation, Attic Sprayfoam Insulation & Crawlspace Heat Lock Soya Sprayfoam done by specialists. The work was well done! All the workers were amazing, respectful and always on time. Warren, the manager, did also an excellent job responding to my emails and text messages promptly and doing everything he could to adjust the appointments according to my schedule! If I could give more stars I would. We had a wonderful team come to insulate our attic, knee wall attic spaces and our basement. We did not end up needing the insulation blown into our walls (this company has reduced the size of their hoses to do this so that the holes drilled in your wall are only 1-1/2 inches in diameter instead of the 2-3 inch holes that other companies will drill). They use foam plugs to fill the holes and then apply spackle to cover. A little light sanding and you are good to paint. They arrived on time (actually early) and worked hard and solidly every day with few to no breaks. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and even vacuumed up the bit up mess made by the insulation and dust. What went above and beyond for us was that the guys must have overheard us talking about my one grandson being autistic. We did not tell them specifically. They were were so kind that when they were ready to start the air gunning for attaching the insulation into the concrete walls in the basement, one of the men actually came upstairs and told us that they were preparing to start and that it could be a little noisy and that they had ear plugs that they could give us for my grandson (he is 4) so that he wouldn't be upset by the sound. How sweet is that? What a wonderful team and a wonderful company to have the pleasure of having in my home. The gentleman in the office is a wonderful person and so helpful. From start to finish, a fantastic experience. You will NOT regret hiring this company!!!!!

The eco-Insulation application guys were easy to work with. They really paid close attention to detail to ensure a complete and uniform coverage. They masked off where necessary to prevent any overspray residue. They worked with me to ensure coverage in tight spots. Most impressed with their clean up once spraying was finished....the guys left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Great crew. Thanks for a job well done.

A Big Return

Super cool and honest. Came to the property on time, inspected in less than 10 minutes and told me that there was no needed for additional insulation. Even went over other possible reasons for the coldness of the top floor. When asked if i could pay him for his time since no addition insulation was needed, he replied no, inspections are free. Highly recommended.

Eco Insulation Canada did a great job at providing the recommendations and work we needed done to improve the insulation in our home. We are already noticing a difference in our home’s ability to stay cool on the hot, humid days we have been experiencing this summer. They were even able to get our installation date moved up when they finished another job sooner than anticipated. They were referred to us, and we will definitely refer them to anyone we know looking to improve their home insulation.

Warren assured me there would be a poly film of a certain mm of thickness laid down on the floor again as the old one would be replaced, and went as far as explaining the system is useless without the poly over the dirt flooring installed. This is what I have been left with for the past two years in the photo below, with no offer whatsoever to make things right by Eco Insulatuon. There was a thin poly film in this crawl before they came to do their work and they said it would be replaced. We have a decorative concrete floor above that crawl space, which was very expensive and is now cracking and deteriorating and basically crumbling from the moisture. I have tried and tried to contact the company after successfully being told it wasnt on my bill so I want charged for it. This is absolutely hilarious as the installation is incorrect and now damaging our home and likely creating mould. It has been almost 2 years of them dodging me to make this right and now the floor above has gotten so bad it will need to be replaced now too in our kitchen. I was also assured Warren doesnt work there any more, basically blaming him for any fault, like that was supposed to make their work acceptable in our home...incredibly unprofessional, Zac told me there is nothing he can do, seriously nothing? I own a business in the trades and have seen their employees on site and I have spoken with them, and they too are extremely disgruntled with the lack of quality and working conditions. When I show people these pictures in the insulation trade they laugh...loud ha ha ha.
