UPDATED REVIEW June 22 2019 @ 1543hrs: The payment shown in the interac e-transfer is a PARTIAL payment for the work that was done. The rest was paid in cash. I have contacted you MANY times by phone (txt msg) and received many assurances that you'd be returning ... until you stopped responding to my txt messages a few weeks ago. UPDATED REVIEW June 22, 2019 @ 1530hrs: Please take a look at the screencap of my bank records where I transferred $ to pay DBH Eavestrough & Siding for the work they DID do. I can, if the owner would like, post the txt msg history as well. It's an interesting way to respond to what is, in effect, a customer complaint -- try to turn it into competitors conspiring against you. I've tried for WEEKS to resolve the matter privately, and now went public. *I've dropped a star from my rating due to the manner in which the owner of DBH Eavestrough & Siding has handled this. But, again, the work that he DID do was good. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Was happy with the work that got done, but he has not returned to finish the job (after about 2 months) and no longer responds to txt messages asking if/when he plans to return. So, I am left to assume that the lack of response confirms that he will NOT be returning to complete the work, and I will have to find someone else.
