It was a complete cosmetic renovation (kitchen, bathrooms, new windows, flooring, new siding, new roof etc). Matt and his team did a great job and even coordinated things outside the scope of work like pool cleanings and mowing the lawn. I would recommend Matt for any type of job.

Had Matt and his crew reshingle our main roof and repair a botched job by Stokes Roofing that did our addition and tie in to the existing roof. Matt and his crew were very professional, courteous and made sure they cleaned up as we have two dogs. Would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Siding fell down and I chased Matt for many months before giving up and hiring a real contractor to complete the job. The roof they repaired still has a leak. They did a bathroom reno and flooring put down. The tile ended behind the toilet, but not in the middle, not on the side, just behind & it was not quite level, with many different sized grout lines. The flooring had a piece not put in near the start and they never put it in, on a concrete floor. Tried to use Covid as an excuse but could manage to work elsewhere so really it's just plane bad workmanship and lack of responsibility or honour.

A friend recommended Matt a few years ago, as I had a roof leak in my home. **I did a review on his company a couple of years ago. Due to Covid-19, I stayed home from the cottage due to lock down restrictions. This August after my family was fully vaccinated, we planned a day at the cottage. When I unlocked the door, I was greeted to major structural damage from the ceiling to the floor, on the south wall. Since Matt and his team had did such a great job at my home, there was no hesitancy in my mind to call him first. Matt and I met the next afternoon.. He took a lot of measurements and gave me a ruff estimate of the worst case scenario. I am Pleased to post he came in under budget. That makes me very Happy, as the damage was extensive, and building supplies are high now. Matt sent me pictures every day as well as phone updates. Matt, you and your Team are the best!!! Matt did such a great job for me, he has been contracted to do some work from one of my cottage neighbors.
