Probably one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Two people installed my hot water tank (the first time). As I am currently working from home, I could hear (most of) their conversation, which was always polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. They even said "please and thank you" to each other. Then a couple of months later, that new hot water tank turned out to have some minor problems (no one's fault; just a dud). They replaced it with a brand new one at no charge. That technician was also a pleasure to deal with, as was the person who contacted me by phone. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Highly recommend!

Had them come in to service my hydronic heating system. Part of which had not worked since we bought the house (3 years ago) and was the entire basement heating system (in slab heating). They were able to service the system, find the problem and had the slab heat up and running in under 3 hours. Service person was polite and professional, and arrived at the exact time that was stated on the phone. Can’t say anything negative at all about the experience.
