Ritchie Custom Homes just finished building a home for my family in the Okanagan. The property has been in our family for generations, and the rebuild of this home was very personal. We interviewed a number of builders and in the end we trusted Ritchie with the project. We felt cared for and guided throughout the build process by every member of the team and could not have imagined partnering with anyone else. The project was finished on time for us to enjoy last summer. In fact, our first dinner party in our new home was with the Ritchie team to thank them for all of their beautiful work and craftsmanship.

If you wish to have input into your home being built, stay away from this builder. I had to fire them from my project after numerous issues of incompetence surfaced. Too many items of to mention. All this before the foundation was even poured!! Ensure you do your homework with this company, or better yet...steer clear !! Their lawyers have to be one of their most important vendors. Not worth the risk!!

Simply the best! If we could give Chase Tracy, and all the crew at Ritchie Custom Homes, 10 stars we would. From breaking ground to completion, they were with us all the way. Their invaluable guidance and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we ended up happy was fantastic. We were given budget updates regularly and they worked hard to ensure we weren't spending needlessly. We came in on budget. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Ritchie Custom Homes again.
