When I first bought my house, I got estimates for AC from 3 local suppliers. G Little recommended a smaller unit than the other two, said it would be enough. It is, and they saved me real money. So big points for honesty. Since then they've done annual servicing, emergency repairs, and planned improvements, and I've always been happy with the work, and with the speed of response.

We are senior citizens in our eighties, we were without our furnace for 10 days in the middle of winter,not acceptable and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a happy GLE customer since 2014 when Aaron removed a junky heat pump and replaced with a Lennox high efficiency furnace and heat pump. I have been part of the preventative maintenance program which in 2019 discovered some problems. Ryan was deployed and I was impressed by his careful trouble-shooting and replacing many parts of the system as covered by Lennox warranty. I was very impressed about how Ryan takes care in your house to remove his shoes and the degree of care in doing work properly. I have grown to understand the comlpexity of HVAC and the importance of having qualified technicians doing good work. Our HVAC system is back up to snuff working well thanks to GLE for providing quality HVAC service in the Penticton area. Conrad Pryce Homeowner Kaleden BC

GLittle came over to my house for a simple scheduled maintenance. My air conditioning/heating unit was working perfectly fine before they came over, they did the service, then called me to tell me the system was not working and I needed a new motor! They proceeded to blame me for not changing the filter more than once per year. I asked the supervisor to come take another look after his technician was there, he did not. I called another company to ask for a second opinion, and I am glad I did, because I do not need a new motor!! The first technician missed connecting a wire, and assumed the motor was broken!! I am so upset with GLittle's incompetence and poor service. I just saved myself hundred's of dollars, and will NEVER use GLittle again.

All I know is they came one week. Left with the unit working. The unit stopped working almost immediately so called them the next week to look at it again. The technician explained that he didn’t know what happened. Fixed the unit and gave me a bill that was double the last one. I called the office to ask about it and explain we had just had the same technician out last week. Is it possible that no one is at fault here? Absolutely. Is it also possible that some considerations could be made considering the questionable timing and loyalty of our patronage? Yup, but they weren’t. Instead I got a raised voice over the phone at the mere question of timing. Your invoice is paid. Moving on from this company.

We were very happy with our decision to choose GLE to install our new furnace this January, after contacting a few different companies. Aaron and all of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful in our decision. Everything was done in a timely manner and our new furnace is working great. Thank you!

An incredible price (I replaced my AC, hot water tank and furnace) starts it off. Very quick response to the job order. Finished in less than a day and you wouldn't know they had been there when they were done. Extremely professional and we are loving our high efficiency Lennox. Would use them again without a second thought.

Absolutely fantastic service. Came to diagnose a problem, thought they'd found it, stayed for an hour to check the furnace was operating then left. Same issue a few days later so they immediately sent out someone else who after MAJOR diagnosis found quite a large fault. took photos to explain the issue and the resolution. And credited me for the previous callout. Couldnt be happier with their professionalism and service. I recommend them to everyone I know.

As with another reviewer I would give zero stars if possible. The work done at my house was substandard and had to be repaired twice afterwards to make it work. In communications with Aaron his was very aggressive in his tone and was unprofessional and not customer focused. I ended up using Crux Mechanical for subsequent work and they did amazing work and Greg at Crux was polite and professional to deal with.

We have hired G.Little Electric on multiple occasions for Electric, Plumbing and Fireplace Repair work - and we can honestly say we have never had better service or pricing from anyone - EVER! Some Examples: We have had nothing but issues with our fireplace for years. The company that kept coming to "fix" it every year would get it going, but within a few months, it would breakdown, and we would have to call them again, and again, costing us BIG $$$. G.Little Electric came ONCE - and it has worked perfectly ever since! We hired G.Little to do our kitchen electrical upgrade, and it turned out perfectly! A large section of the walls which had to be removed for the rewiring (due to the way our kitchen is designed) were put back exactly the way they were, and it looked better than before they were ever here! When the Chief Electrician came by to make sure the job was perfect (nice touch!) he noticed something wrong with an old wiring issue on the panel that had been done years ago by someone else. He fixed it at no charge!!! WOW! They are perfectionists and each job they do is done exactly they way we would want it done - clean, professional and done right the first time!!! We will not use anyone else!!!

Excellent service!! First when we called to have some electrical work done, the receptionist was so friendly and nice! We just had our new garage wired by G. Little Electric and they did a fantastic job!! The guys on the job were friendly and got the job done in a very timely manner. We then found out that G. Little does HVAC and plumbing too!! We had the owner Aaron Yazlovasky come and give us our free quote on a new furnace, A/C and ducting and he was very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly!! We will never use another company again, so refreshing to have such great service!! Thank you to G. Little Electric and all their wonderful staff!!

There was a leak in my furnace room a worker named nick I believe came to fix it. Service was garbage did not know how to talk nicely. He was so rude. Don’t call them for service they don’t know what they are doing.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a gas leak that required turning everything off AC/Heat and water heater until it could be fixed! I couldn’t get anyone local to Keremeos and I have an Invalid in the house and when hearing this the company stepped up, fixed the gas leak ASAP and then did a very quick efficient overhaul of my Big outside unit. They were prompt , polite and very fair in their price! Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind in what could have been a very stressful few weeks!

If there was a zero star you would get that. Not only is Libel illegal (a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation.) but it is also not good business practice as the owner of a company. You guys failed to show up for TWO appointments with not even a phone call, but then also cancelled the third at very last minute and probably only because you were asked to verify the appointment. No communication at all to let us know that you were putting the wrong coil into my unit, damaging piping, and just taking off without a word and not finishing the job. 14 weeks after initial contact, my landlords decided to go with a different company which has been a landslide better than the customer service we received from Aaron the owner. I will never recommend the G Little Group to anyone. I wasn't planning on saying anything negative on social media publicly besides just saying not to use you, until Aaron decided to slander me on social media (which again, is illegal). Side note Aaron; you never know what a person is going through, watch your comments to anyone. One comment can put an already depressed person into an even more of a downward spiral, please think of that next time you try to slander someone on social media publicly.

G.Little Group (GLE) heating & air conditioning did a fix on my heat pump costing me $1500.00 and within less than a year it failed. The Tech guy melted the pipe when he did the weld, the weld cracked due to him over welding it, and this caused all the fr-eon refrigerant to leak out and making my heat pump not run . The job should have been fixed by them, but they didn't stand by their word & warranty.They know it was their mistake, but told me to go to another company to fix it. They were not honest about having 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If your considering having a job done by this company make sure they are 100% going to stand by their warranty or you may end up in the same situation I have. This situation I delt with was done in a very unprofessional way leaving me frustrated & not having my questions answered & my heat pump never got fixed.

GLE installed a new heating/air conditioning system in Apr 2014. I had the unit serviced in July 2016 and May 2017. However, the filter has never been checked or changed because when the technician installed the system, it was in such a manner that no one is able to access the filter. Both the service technicians (Jul 2016/May 2017) noted on their work order their inability to access the filter. However, no action has been taken to resolve the problem, which was the result of the initial installation being done improperly.

I have used GLE on three occasions. The first time I had GLE replace my furnace and A/C unit. All the staff were professional and knowledgeable. 5 years later I had GLE install a hot water on demand system. Again the staff was amazing. Last week I called GLE to install pot lights and they sent over Mike and Rocky who are two of the best and professional electricians.
