We hired John to replace a small unsafe deck on our recently purchased home. John was immediately responsive and came to give a free quote on the replacement. He was able to find time for the job despite a hectic market and got it done for the price he quoted with no issues. New deck looks and feels great! Friendly and skilled guy, puts his head down and gets to work. Excellent experience overall and highly recommend his services.

We just moved to town at the end of the busy season for builders. I contacted John right before he was set to take a vacation about my fencing needs. He managed to find time in his schedule to put in temp fencing around my yard to contain my dogs until he could fit me after his holidays. That alone guaranteed him a 5 star review from me!! John spent time at our home building our new 35x16 deck, with wrap around stairs. He’s professional, meticulous, multi talented, fun, and all around a nice guy. He first had to remove our old deck and then replaced it with a new 35’x16’ deck with wrap around stairs and a patio stone walkway. He was committed to getting the job done right and he succeeded! John just replaced some light fixtures in my house this summer. One was a ceiling fan type and at first the fan was making a noise so he took it all apart again and found where the noise was coming from and now it's working perfectly and I'm very happy to have light and a nice, silent fan.

Needed a fence built to keep our dog in the yard. Spoke to two companies one quote was high the other was too busy called FenceDeckYard and response was immediate, quote was reasonable and he was able to do the job right away. I was told job would take 3 days and it was complete in 3 days. I am very happy with the completed project and would recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable and competent worker.
