I had a new Goodman Furnace and air conditioning unit installed this summer. The employees were very professional and did a great job with the installation. The new Goodman Furnace is much quieter than my old furnace. I have noticed that my heating bills have been lower because the new furnace is much more efficient. There was a rebate for the new furnace and they completed all of the paperwork for the rebate.

I've had to call Coppertec several times in the last few years. I live in an older house here in Penticton it has a Boiler heating system, as well as a gas fireplace. Every fall I have it serviced and the fireplace lit. Ken from Coppertec is a fantastic gas fitter and services the units. Prompt friendly service as well as reasonable rates keep me calling them back every year.

We have had the pleasure of using Coppertec on 2 occasions now. First time was in the spring of 2017 where we had a new air conditioning unit installed and then this fall of 2017 where we had them install our new gas furnace. I have to say that I'm not a person that takes the time out to write a review on anyone however Clint and his awesome crew at Coppertec not only meet their customers expectations, they most definitely exceed them. Called this week an booked a quote appointment. They forgot, didn't show up and when we called to ask what was happening he blew us off and said he's too busy and to find someone else. A phone call to let us know before we changed out whole schedual would have been great. Don't reccomend.

After reading the other reviews I was looking forward to a quick and pleasant fix. I called on Friday of the Canada Day weekend and wad told they would either come by Friday or Tuesday. I called Tuesday and left a message asking what time should expect them and got no reply. I called later in the afternoon asking again for a phone call of some kind even if it was to say they were busy and had to pick another day because it's in the 30s and I'm cooking so if they were unable to do it I would try someone else. Nothing. I'm a reasonable person so I figured it's hot in sure they are busy so I called one more time just before noon on Wednesday and got the voice mail again. I am most definitely NOT impressed with the complete lack of communication and professionalism.
