Fantastic company with exemplary customer service. Kimberly was so great at walking us through the pros and cons of a heat pump and checking in to make sure all was working well.

This system has never worked! Last year....this year same problems...goes below zero outside and it doesn't work!!! Freezes up all the time! Pure waste of money and junk as far as I'm concerned! And all my loyal customers who come in daily say the same!

Slow: took 3 days to complete what should have been completed 1. Still not complete, will complete myself. Disorganized: continually leaving for lengthy periods to “get parts”. However, they were happy to get their cheque! Cannot recommend.

Two of their staff - Calvin & Elyse stopped on their way home from work and helped us change a flat tire on our RV as we were stranded on the side of the 2 lane highway between Summerland and Penticton and flat was on highway side. We couldn't believe how kind they were to help 2 seniors in a very risky situation with cars whizzing by as Calvin changed our tire and Elyse directed traffic and then followed us to the RV park to make sure everything was okay. We were so thankful for their help and wanted to share how wonderful strangers can be.

Unimpressed is an understatement. We had a new ductless split heating air-conditioning system installed in our mobile home last December. Our next three power bills shocked us to say the least! Coupled with the fact that once the temperature was below -15°C this system would not keep up and had to supplement with electric heaters. We were told the system was over 200% efficient. Be careful with this comparison! It is compared to one of the least efficient heating systems out there. Electric Baseboard heaters. Our hope was to take a 45% efficient 1972 gas fired furnace replace it with a high-efficiency heat pump to reduce our heating costs that would eventually pay for the system over its life. That is not the case with these systems. They will always be a liability compared to gas and will never Pay for themselves unless you have baseboard heaters or you have an oil fired furnace. I am now told they have changed their sales pitch to compare their systems gas fired furnaces. This was also coupled with our home having inconsistent temperatures, and very cold floors. With these systems you can’t filter the air, you can’t humidify the air. One of the suggested fixes made by the owner, was to put a gas fired furnace back in to supplement the heat pump in the winter time. I will allow you to decide what you think of that fix. After a number of months I was finally able to have them remove the heat pump system from my home. They gave me just over 60% of the installed cost. I am a bit embarrassed I didn’t do more research before having this company install a system in my home. I would not recommend a heat pump unless you’re already using electricity to heat, and because of my experience I will never recommend this company to friends or family. Do your research!! It’s worth it!!!

Recently had a Mitsubishi split type A/C heat pump installed by Canadian Aerothermal. Very professional and awesome job by project manager Kimberly Logie and her install team of Melanie and Chris and electrical by Joe Toews of Lakeshore Electrical. We are extremely satisfied with this unit and the services provided. Big thank you to all involved. Doug and Jitka Meyers Peachland
