Terrible communication. Twice I've attempted to have work done (purchase and install a furnace) (install an AC unit). Both times was assured that would be happy to give a quote and complete the job but were busy so it may be a week or two. After waiting and trying to be in touch with them for over 5 months about the furnace I moved on. NEVER received a call back or visit for a quote. Very disappointing.

Jay and his team just finished installing a new propane furnace, air conditioning and BBQ valve at our house and removal of old oil furnace and tanks. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Responsive, professional and most importantly, the work is flawless. Added bonus that he knew and coordinated all of the other suppliers that we picked too (gas tank and line supplier and backhoe operator). Awesome job!

Always a pleasure dealing with Northern Comfort. They are very thorough and provide high quality work. On a personal note I also chose them to install heating and HVac and AC for our new build of my home and if I had to do it all over again I would contact them for sure!

My wife and I were hoping to have an air conditioner installed and this company had come recommended to us. Over the course of at 10 months we called at least a 10 times. We always spoke with someone about installation of a system but we were always told that the site visit was necessary to provide a quote. Very fair. We were always promised that the person would call us back "tomorrow" or "next week" about setting up a time to come and give us a quote on a system. Never once did we get a call back to set up a time so we would naively follow-up again trying to set-up a date and time. We wanted to use this company because it had come recommended to us. We were never told they were not interested in doing the work, although, it was ultimately a fairly small job ($5,000). In hindsight they must not have been interested. It would have been courteous to let us know so that we could move on. After 10 months of waiting for someone to give us a call back to provide a quote we called another local company. They were friendly, responsive and came an provided a quote within a week and had the unit installed within 3.

Blind Spot

Replaced our gas hot water tank quickly and professionally. Thankfully we were not without hot water long. They also did a wonderful job of installing central air conditioning for us. I highly recommend Northern Comfort Systems.
