SRS removed my old asphalt garage floor and re-did it using concrete. Everything went smooth, they always showed up on time and answered all my questions. A good job for a reasonable price.

I contacted 8 companies for a quote on replacing my concrete garage floor. I hired Sami of SRS Construction to replace my garage floor because he was the only one who came to do a site visit to understand the full scope of the work. The other companies only gave a quote over the phone. In doing the site visit, I was able to discuss other areas such as parging that needed to be done. Thus, a more complete scope of work was discussed with a proper quote obtained. Sami was very flexible – I needed the new floor put in one and half months after the old floor was removed due to foundation work being done by another contractor and Sami was able to work around that schedule. During the old floor removal, he thoroughly compacted the 3/4” stone underneath with a Jumping Jack (which was not properly compacted prior to laying the old floor). He added extra GA on top and compacted that thoroughly also. The new floor was installed expertly, and my two other contractors have requested his contact information for future jobs that they are doing. Sami was very professional in his dealings with me and is very friendly to talk to. He answered all my questions, and in fact did some additional work outside of the contract scope to leave my garage in a very nice state. I highly recommend Sami and SRS Construction.

Great quality for the price. Usually when trying to shop for prices, I don't go for the cheaper estimate just because I feel like you get what you payed for but I highly recommend SRS Construction because they are fair with their prices and the quality of their work is great!

We recently purchased a house and the past owner hired SRS to do a large job including a retaining wall, interlock path and garage floor. When we purchased the house it was obvious that all of the work was done improperly despite the price tag of $16 000, my agent and I reached out to SRS via email repeatedly hoping they would come visit the house to see the poor work and offer us a solution. The pathway stones are lifting the retaining wall is falling down and the garage floor is lifting, but the work is only a few years old. I have never heard back from SRS, now I am faced with hiring a new company, paying $10 000 to come repair their work. Photos attached (which I have also sent to SRS with no reply). My only hope is that SRS see this review and at least come to the house to see what has evolved and offer us some solutions. ......Since writing the above post we have removed the rock wall and guess what we found...solid dirt! Anyone who know interlock will know that the wall MUST be filled with gravel to allow the water to pass into a drainage pipe at the base of the wall, since they did not remove the dirt but just filled the wall back in with this clay they eliminated a lot of work for themselves but of course, after a few years the wall became so full of moisture and the drainage pip clogged with soil that the wall started to collapse. NOT a professional job at all. We have showed this to 3 Interlock companies and they were all appalled and even more appalled that when we tried to contact SRS (they did not return any of our emails or calls) that the company would not take responsibility for the negligent work.

SRS Construction was hired to upgrade my 42 year old asphalt driveway, that was badly cracked, and pitted with depressions t collecting water and ice in the winter months. It was a shared driveway with my neighbour, who was not willing to do her side at the same time unfortunately. SRS had to cut the driveway at the property line first, then came to remove the old asphalt on the first day. The next day, they came in the morning with a impressive paving machine and roller, with a crew of 7 or 8. They laid down a crushed stone base and rolled it down firmly. Next came the new asphalt, carefully applied , rolled down and tamped around my flower bed frame and paving bricks at the front of my garage. When they wee finished, I had a nice new black and now even driveway and it really showed off how so much better it was than the old cracked driveway my neighbour still has.... and I'm hoping she will get SRS Construction soon to do her side. Thanks for the great paving job and very professional, courteous service from SRS.

We hired SRS construction for front pathway interlocking, as well as excavation in the backyard in 2016. Sami and team are true magic workers - they were able to transform the way our house looks!! They are so reliable, hardworking, and true professionals. I am happy to share with you the quality of work I received from SRS Construction. I received the quote, they were on time, reliable, and their work was professional. I had my garage floor re-done and it turned out beautiful. Then having received a super good price and satisfied first job, I decided to have my laneway interlocked. They came up with suggestions that I never thought of that were much better than I had even thought of. He and his team arrived on time as scheduled and worked both diligently and efficiently to deliver an end result that I was absolutely thrilled with. Plan on calling on Sam in the future and would recommend SRS to anyone that asks.

Sami and his team are straight-forward, knowledgeable and experienced concrete installers, using proper method of construction using traditional and new-age materials. I was provided a quality product (Garage slab), with quality service and professionalism one would expect with a very large construction firm especially around family. The owner was very prompt in responding to our inquiry, visiting the work site and providing an estimate to replace an asphalt garage floor with concrete. The work was professionally completed as scheduled. The owner also organized a different contractor to re-pave our driveway, which again was professionally completed as scheduled.
