I highly recommend Ottawa Parging Group. They parged the outside of my house and fixed some cracks in the concrete. I booked them last fall and they were very clear that they may not get to this job until the spring due to the late season booking. They were very good with communication and let me know when the season ended what to expect. When they came out this spring they did a fantastic job and also identified any other work, like caulking that I needed to do to prevent issues with the parging work.

Mike was quick to contact me following my estimate request and he was able to fit me in earlier than anticipated to take a look at the job. He always kept me in the loop for when he anticipated to complete the work versus me calling for follow ups. The work was somewhat small but he never made me feel unimportant compared to the more bigger jobs he had. His schedule was full but he made sure to fit me as soon as he could and he did. Beware. Mike and his team member did a really poor job of repairing and re-surfacing my front stoop and the same stoop at my neighbour's house. The quality of the finishing was poor and my stoop got stained by a simple flower pot. Mike refused to return to fix the stain. Very poor post-work service, would not use this company again, our stoops looked better before Mike did the work. Sorry, wish it could have been a better review.
