When my husband and I moved into our home, the windows needed to be replaced right away. The home we bought was older, and while the previous owners had updated the inside of the house, the windows were seriously lacking. The first few weeks, it was so cold and drafty in our home. I'm sure that if we would have waited on replacing the windows, our heating bill would have been quite steep. I asked around for recommendations from neighbors, and one person in my neighborhood suggested Honey Glass. She also had an older home and they did a great job replacing her windows. I was a little apprehensive about it, and I thought that new windows might look out of place, but that wasn't the case. The person I spoke to with Honey Glass was very helpful and discussed all of my different options. They installed beautiful energy star windows, and they look great. Heating our home this winter has been much easier. This company was so professional and our new windows look fantastic.

Worst experience with trades. 4 visits - none of them on time. Months take to order the parts, hours to come to scheduled by them appointments. Each time wrong parts are ordered. No follow up, no apology. Zero professionalism.

Super impressed! We built a new house about 4 years ago, and while most things went well, our Door & Window supplier / installer (Dennis Walker | Vue Windows) made an absolute mess of many of our doors and windows which were installed wrong, non-functioning, or damaged. After years of trying and failing to get him to resolve these issues we gave up. Fortunately we were referred by someone to Steve Proulx of Honey Glass. Steve showed up and took stock of the issues that needed to be corrected, provided a very reasonable quote within a day and had the team on site the next. The technicians knew what they were doing, were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, fixed the problems. Just wish I had gone with them in the first place. .

I contracted Honey to cut out a large hole in my load bearing wall which also involved rerouting some duct among other things. I was very pleased with the work that was done by Alain. I found him to be trustworthy, personable, not to mention quite skilled as he has a few decades worth of experience. He didn't mind my incessant questions and took the time to explain all technical aspects of the work. He realised that the aesthetics of the job was very important to me and completed the trim/moulding beautifully. Honey was willing to work around my schedule and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call Honey again for any future renovations.
