Called for a clogged drain we couldn’t unblock after coat hangers, shop vacs and 48 hours of draino. They responded immediately, asked what the problem was, I shared pictures and they scheduled us for the next morning. (Less than 24 hour lead time) and I said it wasn’t urgent. So excellent scheduling for a home owner. Nearly 72 hours after putting the draino in, the drain unclogged unexpectedly. I texted last minute to cancel (at 10pm at night!) and they had no problem with that. Courteous, quick and effective communication, polite and professional. Will definitely call them when the draino doesn’t work the next time. Highly recommend.

Company was hire to remove two walls, remove bathtub, put ceramic shower base and put ceramic on first floor of the house. The floors are uneven, I keep tripping in certain areas Shower base uneven, puddles build after every shower Floor makes cracking noise due to lack of cement placed I contacted the owner, Manuel to come and fix a tile that has the cracking noise and a wire that was left on the floor to be used for the kitchen island. 1st I never requested that wire, he left it because it was a plug from one of the walls removed; hence laziness. 2nd the wire comes out of the ground at exactly 139 inches from the wall, 1 inch away from where the island starts. I called to get him to fix the issue and his reply was; it will cost you more since I did according to the measurements of the kitchen. I am no expert, but isn’t the wire suppose to come out from the middle of the island?. This way no wires will be visible. Manuel suppose to come and take a look last Friday and today is Sunday.. no show, no calls, no replies to text. Extremely unprofessional. He left the house a mess. Every day after they had finished their job, I had to clean the rest of the house. I am not mentioning the construction area. They left pieces of wood, nails and wire in our bedrooms, the kids play room; where we were living, in the basement. Absolutely no consideration. They even left a roll of wire hanging on top of the kids tv on the playroom held by electrical tape that fell on top of the TV leaving wires all over the kids playroom. They cut my dining room table and scratched the table top glass because they were using it as a workstation, and when we told the owner, Manuel, we got no reply. According to the owner we were not their priority, we were a side job. His priority is insurance jobs. Consequently, a job that should have taken 2 weeks (according to them when we signed the contract) took 4 weeks. I spent 25k for him to ruin my dream of a perfect house. The layout of the tiles were not what I wanted because they refused to do it. I now have to live in a house with uneven cracking floors.

Hired this guy to reinstall a dishwasher after a plumber fixed it, the result is a disaster and this guy is nowhere to be found (left multiple messages and called a dozen times). Charged us 200$ and stayed for 10 minutes, left before we could realize what a lame job he had done. The installation is so bad that the drawers next to the dishwasher won't open, and the isolation shows everywhere around. He had a chance to make it right but he did not take it. I would not hire this guy for anything.

Butchered my foundation even worse. The first review is the owner's name & I have e-mail correspondence to prove it the name of the e-mail user is Manuel Son so he's reviewing himself. Probably half these positive reviews are fake if he reviewed himself. Rene Aubin even confirms the guys name is Manuel. So the first review is 100% fake review they left themselves. Manuels photo is even his own company's logo.There is no way he satisfied this many customers. Google should review where these positive reviews were sent from & I'd guarantee a portion of them will come from their own IP address or phones they own. Avoid this company as they are not professional & don't come back to finish the job.
