I had my attic insulation done and although I cannot really see a difference yet (as right after the job was done the temperature warmed up) I am very excited to see whether the upstairs will feel fresh in the summer time when the air conditioning is on (it was always extremely hot). I called Jay for a quote to update some attic insulation and try and resolve from water damage. This was the third quote I received. Not only was he very responsive (same day visit and quote), he provided a clear explanation as to why we had water damage and how it could resolve it. His quote was not only the least expensive, he also let us know about local rebate programs and setup the appointment for the home energy audit. No one else had even mentioned any kind of rebate programs. On the day of the work, Jay and Manny arrived on time and were very professional on all levels. I am very happy with the quality of work and the outcome. I highly recommend you contact these guys if you need attic insulation work.

This company is great. They absolutely helped me out when I was in a pinch. Not only were they able to book me in the next day for installation when all other companies were quoting several weeks or months in advance, they went above and beyond what any other company would have done. My roof pitch is tricky, to the point where my attic is basically a crawl space. Jay worked his way up there to not only put in the attic insulation, but to fix the baffles I had hired another company to do. Their prices were competitive, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to hire them myself for any future insulation projects.

We would like to thank Jay for a job well done. The communication was excellent from the first inquiry, right through to the end of the process. The extra information about the rebate program from Enbridge was much appreciated. The work was done professionally, and no mess was left behind. The first night after the insulation was updated, we noticed that the temperature throughout the house was much more even. The areas upstairs that used to be "cold spots" were eliminated. I would highly recommend Jarrah Contracting for anyone who is looking to bring their attic insulation up to today's building code standards.
