Right from the beginning, Jeff was extremely responsive and very helpful in discussing replacing my roof which had begun to leak in extreme weather. They had a nice choice of shingles, and I'm quite happy with the ones we went with - very nice pattern and colour. The shingles got delivered and staged rooftop the day before the job (those guys were outstanding as well). The crew who arrived were top-notch - friendly, polite, and very professional. They got the entire job done in a single day, and did a great job of protecting around the perimeter of the house and cleaning up afterwards (including magnetic cleanup). As a bonus, I was happy to see they replaced the old plastic vents with nice steel ones. I'd highly recommend for any roofing job.

Everyone starting from Jeff Wilson who I talked to, Don Wilson who came over to talk to us to Dylan and his crew who did the installation **in one day flat** were super stars. They also are the happiest and pleasant bunch to talk to. The Wilson team were on time for every step of the process and brought two teams over on the installation day, started sharp at 8:30am and were done by 5pm - for a large house with quite a few uneven roof structures, that is very very impressive. They are also very upfront and efficient with the estimation process and showed they stand behind their product by not taking any down-payment and only took payment when they were done. Wilson's Roofing is a very professional roofer that has been is business for a long time. They provided me with a very reasonable quote quickly for a shingle replacement of my entire roof in Pickering. They sent a representative to my home, Don, to select a shingle colour. Don helped me match my shingle colour with the colour of my house. They didn''t require a deposit, which was excellent. They ordered the shingles and delivered them to my home the day prior to installation. On the day of installation, the staff, a good size work crew, showed up at my home and tarped the area surrounding my property. They removed the old shingles and installed the new ones along with new vents and flashing in about five or six hours. There wasn't excessive noise. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up my property completely after the installation. They left my property very clean. You wouldn’t even know they were ever there. My new roof looks excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of the workmanship and materials. Thank you very much to Jeff and Don Wilson.

I obtained a few estimates regarding the replacement of the shingles on the roof. Wilson's Roofing was not the lowest estimate, nor was it the highest, but I chose Wilson's Roofing as I wanted to support a local business. I best decision I have made for awhile. The workers were professionals and really knew their job. The replacement of the shingles was done in one day, I have seen other roofers take two to three days. The workers were polite and courteous and answered any questions that I had. After the work was completed, they performed a complete cleanup. I am very satisfied with the job.

Wilsons have done my roof on several homes I have owned and always done an exceptional job. I called then regarding new larger eavestrough on my 2 story home. Jeff Wilson stopped by later that same day and provided me a quote within hours. I went ahead with the work and the crew that did the work were second to none. They called before they arrived, got right to work, cleaned up the old trough and took it away leaving my house the same as it was only with new eavestrough. They worked steady and did the last part in the rain. They also always took the time to answer any questions I had and did a few little added extras I had concerns about. We had Wilson's Roofing replace the roof on our century home last week. Our old roof was a mess, had multiple layers and needed serious work. Wilson's showed up on time, did an amazing job and left our property cleaner than before the project. The crew working took extra care to make sure our project was completed with the upmost care. We ran into some other unexpected issues that required more work than quoted during the project and Wilson's was transparent and showed us what the problem was and how to fix it. They even kept the same timeline and brought in extra staff to help! The owners were responsive, and the price was reasonable. Got five quotes in, before deciding on Wilson's Roofing. They were very professional, very respectful of surrounding property and removed all discarded products. They did a great job of installing roof, with all the things as quoted. Roof, from what neighbors says, looks great!! Had the eaves done by Wilson's too. Had a torrential downpour day after install and was impressed. Porch and walkway, were always filled with pools of water, not anymore. Neighbors think we are fixing up to sell! I am very satisfied with the job that was done and gladly recommend Wilson's Roofing for full package of roof and eaves. Must add, not all roofing companies offered full package, they sub-contracted eaves to another company.

Wilson roofing replaced our roof. They are extremely professional, clean and go the extra mile for you. Right from the beginning Jeff makes it easy - explaining everything that needs to be done and making sure your completely satisfied. What I really appreciated was Jeff did not oversell you - he provides an honest opinion and recommendation. The crew is meticulous in there work - making sure ever angle is covered and the shingles are put on properly - no short cuts. They take the time to protect your property from any damage by covering items and making sure items are moved out of the way. They believe in doing the work right the first time! They are diligent in cleaning up the property and making sure ever nail, shingle and dirt is picked up (all eight of the crew cleaned up). It was almost as if they weren’t there - they left the property as clean as they found it. We have had a number of our roofs done in our area by other companies - none of them were as clean or meticulous! The quality of the products is very good as well - solid shingles and galvanized roof vents (not the plastic kind). They layer the bottom of the roof with ice and water shield cover and chalk all flashings. I would highly recommend Wilson Roofing - if you believe in quality and want piece of mind - definitely use Wilson Roofing.

We bought our first house knowing the roof should be replaced before the winter. After getting several quotes from various local companies, Wilson’s roofing came in at the best price and even offered to give our neighbours a discount. Only one neighbour decided to get their roof done on the same day (and notified me 2 days before), but Jeff was still willing to offer us the discounted price even with the short notice. Jeff personally explained the different characteristics of the roof to me (underlayments, drip tray vs downspouts, etc.). The roofers came and finished both our roofs on the same day. After they cleaned up, it was as if they’d never been there. Another neighbour made the same comment. Another bonus: the warranty on their labour is transferable and they make it easy to transfer. The fact that this company has been around for so long makes this warranty even more reliable. I definitely recommend this company!

Jeff and his guys are amazing and honest. I was under the impression that my roof was last done about 15 years ago and I needed to do my roof this year. I had another company give me a quote too however Jeff after seeing the satellite images of my roof inquired why I wanted to replace it and informed me that looking at the images it looks like I have at least another 10 years unlike the other company that was ready to replace a roof that did not need replacing. Jeff recommended a roof inspection for my peace of mind. After getting my inspection tney confirmed I’m good for another 10 years, caulked the vents and the flashing, sent me pictures of my roof and pointed out the chimney that needs some masonry work. Even recommended a local qualifier mason. Really impressed with their honesty and integrity and will be using them and recommending them to everyone who needs any roofing services

I was on the verge of listing my parent’s house for sale when I was told the roof was in rough shape. I did my due diligence. I read tons of reviews and got six estimates for the job. A couple of the estimates were a bit lower than Wilson’s, but the people I spoke with seemed dodgy and a little evasive about timing. Jeff at Wilson’s was very accommodating. He knew I needed a rush job. The price was fair and competitive. He gave me a date of less than a week after I hired them. I must admit, up until the day of the job, I was a little worried about whether it would come to fruition on time. I have dealt with a lot of trades lately, and they tend to give you a lot of excuses why they can’t show up on the agreed upon date. To my delight, exactly on time, a bunch of polite young guys descended on my parent’s house and got to work. Less than 5 hours later, you would never have known anything happened. The job was done and the place was spotless. No lie, the best experience I have ever had in home improvement! They told me not to hesitate to call them with any issues. I don’t expect any, but I have no doubt that they would follow through.

Wilson’s has been in business since 1954 (66 years) and it’s easy to understand why. Very professional, great value and exceptional attention to detail. I particularly like the discrete water trays they installed to channel water from downspouts. Eliminating the need for downspouts along the roof while at the same time eliminating wear and tear on the shingles. We chose them based on reputation and they did not disappoint. Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions either directly by phone or via email. The crew was also quick to answer any questions we had.

Wilson's recently completed a re-shingling job at my house. After initially getting quotes from / interviewing 4 different companies in total, I felt very comfortable going with them to do the job. Some of the deciding factors were: sophisticated method of preparing their estimate (remotely), a family business (operating for 65+ years), A+ BBB rating & accreditation, many positive reviews, Jeff's detailed answers and explanations given during our discussions, no subcontractors used, quick response to my request for references (and glowing reviews from both of them), willingness to accommodate my special request(s) re materials used, and the list goes on. Once I committed to Jeff he was very helpful in shingle colour selection and suggesting an agreeable weather-permitting install date. On that date, their supplier did a very slick and efficient shingle delivery, with the bundles placed by crane directly on the roof. Wilson's 6-man crew were professional, hard working and focused; this is clearly tough work that is even more demanding on a hot day. One minor snag with a supplied bathroom exhaust vent was readily addressed. And they were very accommodating/helpful in suggesting locations for the additional roof vents I requested. They also hammered in a loose eavestrough spike without being asked. From stripping to roof deck prep to shingle and vent installs (with photos taken at various stages) to thorough cleanup, it all went very smoothly. The crew completed the job in 1 day as promised. I am confident the job was done right, but also believe that if issues do arise in future they will promptly and willingly stand behind their workmanship warranty. The crew was a mix of clearly seasoned, skilled professionals and newer guys learning the trade under their watchful eye. I observed them in action at various points and felt assured that the on-the-job training was always guided / overseen appropriately. End result looks great; coincidentally shingle colour suggested by Jeff (Driftwood) was exactly what I had in mind before we talked. I (and my house) both thank you all for a job very well done.
