Wow, wonderful company to deal with. Debbie came through on a problem with an initial installation of a patio door. She stood by her warranty and had the problem fixed. Very professional staff (Chris and Peter), worked on re-installing the door efficiently and thoroughly with attention to minute details. One often wonders about home repair warranties and if companies mean what they have in print. Quality Home Improvements is one home repair company that really does stand behind their work. I have used QHI several times in the past for various home improvements and found their workmanship to be exemplary. They installed some flashing around my siding two years and recently replaced three window panes that had developed leaks. The work was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.

Two plus years ago Quality Home Improvements installed a $3,200 Bay Window for us. It has leaked since the first day. It is still leaking today and they seem to not care about our problem. Three attempts to fix the window but all very poor. Window still leaks. The wall below the window is very damaged. We did not order a leaky window, nor did we pay a discount price for a leaky window but that is what we got and they do not stand behind their product or their service. Very disappointing

I had all of my windows and doors replaced by Quality and I am so happy with the outcome. I can't believe how quiet and draft free my rooms are now. I would definitely recommend for Window and door replacement and I will be using them in the near future to replace my siding, soffit, fascia and trough.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. In 2011 they completely removed the aluminum siding from our entire home and replaced it with a beautiful, high quality, commercial grade vinyl siding. The crew was incredibly efficient and the workmanship exceeded my expectations! Then, 8 years later, we had a 3 foot section break off in a wind storm. Due to the high quality of the vinyl, we couldn’t find it in your typical big box stores. I got in contact with Debra and she was incredible from start to finish! She was not only excellent with her communication, but she went above and beyond to help! Quality Home Improvements is my absolute number one choice and I highly recommend them!

We were looking to replace some 30+ year old windows in our home. We had 5 windows replaced and couldn't be happier with the results. Installation was quick and professional. We didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time between ordering and installation, even with the delays that covid has caused this year. Quality Home Improvements replaced my front door and upstairs windows about a year ago. I love the look of my new door, real improves the look of the house, and the windows operate so smoothly, swing out to clean, and made our bedrooms so much warmer last winter. The installation was very professional and I liked that the guys cleaned everything up behind them. Will have them do the main floor windows very soon.

Excellent work. Communication was great from the beginning. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We had a repair on our vinyl siding. We have a pale-ish yellow house and thought this color would be a nightmare to repair, but the worker was able to match the color no problem. great work! Highly recommended

We knew that our whole house needed new windows and doors but we had been putting it off because of the size of the project. We were worried about what company to select and if we would make the right choice. We were referred to QHI by a family member and after meeting with Deb and Mario we felt very comfortable selecting them to do the work. I can't stress enough how easy they made the process. Deb walked us through all the options when selecting our new windows and doors and removed any stress or worry we had. While Mario did the installation he took the time to show us where our windows had been lacking insulation and showed us how he was increasing the insulation for us. He was incredibly polite and professional. We actually looked forward to seeing Mario each day. We are so happy with our new windows and doors and love how much of a difference they make.
