Called MICA regarding AC not working. Had previously called another company for service and was advised new AC unit was required. MICA owner Norm sent a technician within a few hours completing a diagnostic check and changed the capacitor within minutes. The AC unit works beautifully! MICA saved us from spending money on a new unit not required. Thank you Norm and team for your excellent and efficient customer service.

Mica Energy Solutions was recommended to us. The gentleman who came was professional and answered all the questions we had. We are extremely pleased with the service. In addition, my husband was working and our furnace stopped during the winter. I reached out to Mica to see if they could assist me as I had young children and the house was getting cold. I was expecting a day or so wait before the issue would be fixed. The gentleman came immediately and was able to get our heat up and running. Although he had only installed our stove top and air conditioner with the company, he went above and beyond to help when I really needed the assistance. I highly recommend their services.

Terrible. I couldn't say enough bad things about Mica. The owner Norm was extremely unprofessional and dishonest about what was going to be done. He took advantage of my parents for a new a/c and furnace. Unit has broken down multiple times and hasn’t worked properly since the install and Norm will not return my phone calls.

Norm and Paul were fantastic. Their team came to my place and installed a new furnace and A/C unit in a timely fashion and made excellent suggestions on how I can save money in the future by changing some of the family's energy habits. They were on time, hit the budget right on the nose and most importantly ... WERE SUPER CLEAN! Some contractors will come in and not care much for the surroundings, but these guys did a bang up job. Extremely professional and their piping work was fantastic and made for easy servicing in the future, because my installation was a bit complex. Continued string of bad experiences. Very poor customer service. Don't return calls, don't come when they say they would, one of the partners is volatile to say the best. Sold a product that isn't capable of heating the space I have and $9k later I have a system that can't heat above 62 degrees when it's very cold outside. Suggest you stay away from these folks or you will really regret it as I do.

In 2019 I had the pleasure of working with Norm and his team on a major house renovation where the existing furnace and duct work was replaced and reinstalled with new. Norm was very accommodating with coordinating proposed adjustments of duct work as needed to suit the house renovation and assisted in achieving the most maximum ceiling heights for the space while keeping home comfort in mind. I was very happy with the final outcome of this project. In the recent heat of this summer, I've reached out to Mica for the second time to replace my A/C.
