We reached out to a few contractors for a quote to upgrade insulation in the attic and were iffy with the responses, pricing etc. but when Danielle gave us a call to explain and even help provide info with the ongoing rebates with so much clarity, we certainly felt much more confident. Mason arrived on schedule to look at the attic and provided us a quote on the spot and explained the details with a lot of clarity, it's always a pleasure to deal with someone who is friendly and courteous. The fact Logik was responsive and transparent helped us make a decision to go with their services. Danielle was able to accommodate us and the install in a busy week for them as we had a limited window. Mark and his crew arrived on time and I have to say they were extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. I love to deal with a crew who you can talk to and they happily answer any questions. I could see they were a fun bunch as they seem to be enjoying what they did. Our attic hatch is pretty tight in the closet but there was no fuss, no issue and they did what what they had to do. I am so happy we hired Logik and would high recommend them anyday. Our home is much better now with the new insulation and infact the Inspector came by today to evaluate the work, and he was amazed and was really appreciative of the work done in the attic by the crew. Logik Roofing is by far one of the best roofing companies in durham. I first had the attic insulation done back in April. They did a fantastic professional job from start to finish so I decided to have them reshingle my roof. Again they did not disappoint. They did an amazing job. Wish there was a 6 star option. Oustanding experience from start to finish. Client Service person a pleasure to work with on the phone. Arranged an appt to fix shingles within an hour on what was likely the busiest day of the year. Other companies have yet to call me back and the work is already done. In fact they were so helpful and quick, they did my neighbours repair on the spot. (Still waiting on call backs from other companies lol) Great install / repair guys who are pleasant, quick and professional. Very reasonable price on top of everything else. If this is the first company you find, no need to go anywhere else.

After 17 years it was time for my first major repair; a shingle replacement on the house. After calling many companies for quotes, Logik stood out about the rest from the very beginning, and I was proud to give them our business. Danielle is a pleasure to deal with and always returns left messages promptly, and answers all your questions. The team installing the shingles were very professional, friendly, and you can tell take extreme pride in their work. The job site was left clean, and they even polished up my BBQ that had some dust on it from the job being completed. My daughters said they could hear them singing on the roof, so you know they love their job, and are having fun at the same time! When we bought this house, the home inspector suggested to increase the attic insulation to R60. I posted a project on HomeStars and Danielle (the owner of Logic Roofing) reached out to me and offered a visit to the house and give a quote. Since we had NOT moved in to the house yet, she suggested moving forward once we are in the house. We followed her advice and she sent someone to take a look and provide a quote to us. We got another quote through Costco (Northern Insulation) and Logik Roofing gave a better quote after Costco discounts. So, we decided to go ahead with Logik Roofing. They gave an arrival time window of 3 to 6pm. Nobody came till 4:30pm which got me worried, so, I called Danielle and she called me back in some time to share that the team is on it's way and will arrive just before 6pm - they arrived at 5.55pm :) It was a very cold day and yet their team of 3 guys (including Mark) did an excellent job of filling the roof to R60. Danielle also suggested me to use the Rebate programs available to receive a rebate from the government for the attic insulation which has reduced my cost of doing this by about $600.

Was able to book an appointment in short order and the team that came was great. They made a point to highlight key areas of concern before hand, and then show the results of their work afterwards - insulation levels, build up/sealing of attic access, additional baffle locations, etc. They cleaned everything up on their way out. It's quite clear the difference between a contractor who really cares about their work and one who doesn't. When Mark came by for the quote it was immediately clear that he was one who cared. We have a low pitch roof, without a lot of space. To make sure he got a great understanding of my attic, Mark was the only contractor who came by to actually climb up into the attic and drag himself around in the tiny space. Of course he came out covered in fibreglass, but even during the quote he was adamant about cleaning up around him, which was amazing to see, and a great sign of the level service to come. That's what sold us to go with Mark. On the day of the project, his team showed up on time, worked efficiently while communicating us about progress and anything that came up. His team even brought blankets and cardboard shields to make sure their pipes didn't dirty the floors and walls. Just like during the estimate, his team made sure to clean up well after the job. We would highly recommend Mark and his team to others.

Logik sealed and topped up the insulation in our attic. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional, fast, clean, detailed and efficient. Our house is considerably warmer now. We have to turn our heat down and it feels less drafty.

The customer service and inspection personnels are pleasant and responsive. But the staff they sent to do the insulation is a disaster. One of the two told me it was his FIRST day on the job and they arrived in a NO COMPANY NAME van. I cannot tell if the celloulose spraying has been done properly but the cleanup afterwards is terrible. Pieces of celloulose were all over the clothings in the walk in closet though they were covered. Floors were littered with celloulose. Even the ground floor which the spraying hose did not pass by was littered, probably from the socks and clothings of the workers who did not do a good vacuum after the spraying was done. Worse of all, when they entered into the attic, they must have stepped on the wire organiser of the closet and bent it. Lucky they did not break it, fell and got hurt. I managed to straighten the wire shelf afterwards. Should I recommend Logik Roofing? Yes, for their Pre Sale service but NO for their lousy performance of the work itself.

Everyone was great from the guy who came to give us a quote to jay who came To our house to inspect or attick. After work was completed in early March we have had to call the company 7-8 times to follow up about our rebate. Login admin staff kept blaming green on saying they have a glitch in system ( which we learned today almost 3 months after that the glitch was fixed same month we did work March) after more calls admin said they didn’t have our email or that they sent us reciept a with a green on Id which they didn’t then another call they said they didn’t have our correct email. Then a lady the most recent time called my husband a liar. After that phone call logik finally emailed us our green on id. Upon calling green on they said they were waiting for logik to send them our email and a signed copy of work done. There’s no reason to have to follow up that many times.

Logik topped up the insulation in my attic and went above and beyond when compared to other companies who had also quoted the job they spray foamed any roof penetrations, wrapped any ducts going through the roof with insulation, and provided weather stripping around the attic hatch for an airtight seal. Mark, the installer, was very friendly, quick, and efficient, going so far as to schedule around my availability, even if it meant him working a 14-hour day.

Logik's crew of 5 that visited was so knowledgeable, courteous, well-mannered and so respectful. I was inundated with please and thank you, from you very nice crew who were here this afternoon. Most often, people only ever complain, but we must also compliment when it is due. The best part about Logik was ❤️ Your workers efficiently carried out the insulation work, they were courteous, They explained the procedure, the time the process would take and they were well on their schedule. They arrived well-on-time, and left before the closing window of this call. Previous homeowners to my property had blocked some air flow parts into the attic, that I didn't know about, and I am thanking them for their insight for looking into this matter. Mark and his team arrived this morning to top up our insulation and to install baffles (which the builder never installed). Our house is 20 years old so the omission of baffles made our ceiling start to turn dark and shadowy (not moldy). Without baffles, air gets in and blows the insulation around therefor leaving uninsulated areas where dust, moisture, etc. build over time. From the minute I opened the door, Mark and his team were professional, kind, courteous and made sure that I was comfortable with the work taking place. Stairs and carpets were covered with drop sheets. Hosing was brought through the bedroom window with extreme care. After the work was done, they cleaned and vacuumed the work area. It was like they hadn't even been there at all. Spotless! On top of impeccable work, their pricing cannot be beat! There's a reason they rate so high with reviews....they are an honest, hardworking company with affordable pricing. Right from the minute that you speak with Danielle, you know there's no BS or hidden fees involved. Such a relief! Thank you Logik Roofing! I will be recommending you to everyone!!!

Had one slope of my roof done last October due to damage caused by the freak wind storm we had spring of 2018. Two nights ago we had another wind storm which ripped off a few shingles again!
