Water Damage Restoration, Whitby ON We needed help and Kratos Contracting thoughtfully fit us in for the restoration work on a very short notice. With a satisfactory quote within days, work started with the removal of the damaged ceiling, walls, and all insulation in our main floor area. Working with Adison and his crew from Kratos Contracting was a pleasure from start to finish. Adison helped us create a plan, since we weren't quite sure what we wanted, along with a budget that certainly worked for us. The communication that Adison provided throughout the project was always timely and appreciated, and he was always honest and open about timelines, any small adjustments that might need to be made, etc. The whole thing was finished in exactly the time that Adison thought that it would be, and right on budget. The quality of the work itself is clearly second to none, and we are more than thrilled with the finished product. Each piece - from walls to trim and columns to flooring - and especially his custom work, like built-ins and our bar - are truly his specialty. Adison's whole team was consistently polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. No matter who was on the job site, or what work had been done that day, things were always left neat and tidy at the end, with special care to point out what we might want to check out and see, and what to keep away from as it was drying, etc. Little details and interactions like that made the experience even more enjoyable. We've looked forward to having a finished basement for years, and thanks to Kratos Contracting, it's better than we could have hoped for. We are certain that others will most certainly feel the same way!

We recently hired kratos contracting in to retile our main bath/shower and absolutely LOVE!!! the results. We went with a beveled subway tile that looks so clean yet adds a beautiful dimensional look. Adison and his team were fast. Efficient and friendly.
