They don’t know how to operate a vehicle especially when the dumpster is on the hitch!!! Unsafe working conditions throwing materials off the roof not practicing social distancing with by passers! Yelling and using in appropriate language!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Google someone with better ratings

Neighbours used King Streer Roofing, loud vulgarity in the afternoon and I was outside with a young child. When I looked over, one man just waved at me and continued shouting. Also, they were throwing items off the roof onto the sidewalk. It was unsafe and unprofessional. However, the roof does look good now.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I BOOKED A SITE VISIT FOR A REPAIR TO MY ROOF, I CONFIRMED WITH THEM A DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME. TOOK THE DAY OFF TO ACCOMMODATE THEM, NO ONE CAME, NO PHONE CALLS. APPARENTLY THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN NEW INSTALLATIONS. I WILL TELL MY NEIGHBOURS AND FRIENDS IN DURHAM NOT TO USE THEM. I ALSO WILL TELL MY BUSINESS CONNECTIONS TO NOT USE THEM. My neighbour had her roof repaired by King Street roofers and i noticed she did not have her down spouts installed, when i asked her she said that the roofers did not have the time to install them and they would fix it last week. Its been over one month and it has not been fixed now all her water is draining on my roof. She lives on fewster street courtice and it is totally unacceptable for them not to be able to fix this. Very unprofessional ***********Further update on 23 July 2019*********** It makes no sense to install a vertical gutter and not have the corresponding horizontal gutter to redirect the water flow. This is exactly what was done: a vertical gutter was installed from the top of the roof and dumps the rainflow onto my roof when it could have been clearly redirected by another horizontal gutter.

I just want to say thanks to the King Street Roofing and crew. They showed up on time, very polite to me and my house. The owner Frank showed up to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. He even assured me that everything will be cleaned up. A1 clean up job. You wouldn't even have known that they were there accept for the rich looking roof that I have now on Turnberry Cres. Great price and great job = Well Recommended.

The crew came by and they were very nice. They completed the work and cleaned up so there was no sign they had been here. I would highly recommend King Street Roofing. Workmanship was excellent. Roofers did an amazing job with setup and cleanup. Reasonably priced. One of the owners stopped by with sample boards and a list of addresses in the neighbourhood so that I could take a look to see how it looks on an actual roof. They are fully licensed and insured. All workers have updated fall/safety certificates and are covered by WSIB. This was very important to us for our protection and peace of mind. Owners take a lot of pride in their business and it shows!

We had a water leak that came from our roof. Called King Street Roofing and Danielle promptly answered the phone. Gave her details of our situation and she said that she would get someone out that day. Within a few hours Frank was here to assess the situation. Pached up the leak and promised to be back around noon the next day to do a perminant fix. True to his word he was back just afternoon. Fixed the problem and even inspected the rest of the roof to make sure we would not have any further issues. Thank you Danielle for great customer service and Thank you Frank for your professionalism and attention to the small details that make a big difference. I highly recommend King Stŕeet Roofing. I will definatly be calling when our roof needs replacing.
