Like to thank Jordan and the guys from dryhome for the great job that they did with my roof. The quote was on time, Jordan took the time through many conversations to describe the service that they would provide. The crew arrived when they said that they would and worked hard throughout the day where temps were well over 30 degrees without the humidex. Overall i was extremely happy with Dryhome from start to finish.

Jordan was a very honest man. Offered 10 year warranty on the patch work repair. Which is unheard of. Didn't try to push us to replace our shingles when the job was done in January. Second wind strom passed by just recently and nothing happend to our roof but our neighbors had theirs blown away again. Jordan also mentioned that our roof was fine and had nothing to worry about for few more years. He could have easily scared us and got us to redo the roof and we would have.

I am updating my initial review, even though my experience with Jordan was not plesent initially, he did reach out and apologised for the situation. Many people were stressed out after the wind storm (roofers included) that damaged many roofs in the area. Again as indicated Jordan was one of the few roofers that called back and was on site the same day. So I've upgraded from one star to three stars only because of the personal experience but the repair was done quickly and no leaks thus far so no complaint'' about the work. He does show interest in making things right so cudos for that. He also offered to refund the cost for work done, but I'm not looking for a freebie, because the work has been done. So now with cooler heads prevailing this stands as my updated review. Thanks.

Highly recommend Dryhome Roofing. I lost a few shingles in a big wind about 10 days ago. My roof is less than 7 years old so I tried, in vain, to get the original roofer to even respond to my calls/messages. I googled roofers and noted that Dryhome Roofing responds quickly, does excellent work and the price is reasonable. I can vouch for that. Phoned in the morning and by mid-afternoon my roof was excellently repaired for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to call again. Thank you!

Due to an incredible amount of rain and wind I had a very serious roof leak that had penetrated the ceiling and the walls of my new home. I called Dryhome Roofing. On very short notice Mr Foley came out with a couple workers and fixed he issue almost instantly. I feel Mr Foley saved me about 2000$ in damages. I am endebted to your service Dryhome Roofing. I had Dryhome replace a 3800sqft flat roof on my 12plex in whitby. The existing tar and gravel roof was originally installed back in the 60's and was fully ripped up and replaced with an EPDM rubber membrane. This new roof has cost me zero dollars in maintenance and the 20 year warranty couldnt be better. New roof was installed in 2020 and now some minor repairs are required to be done. Called Dryhome but no answer. This is the most awful and irresponsible company I've ever seen. Never ever hire this company for your Roofing project.

I live with my 85year old grand mother in whitby. She has lived in this house for 65 years. We had quite a bit of damage from the last 2 wind storms. The roof was replaced in 2015 but a different roofing company that didn't answer our calls when we tried calling even tho the roof was still under warranty. So we gave Jordan a call at Dryhome Roofing. They did my neighbors roof in 2016. He came by the same day we called and temporarily tarped the roof for us. He mentioned insurance would mostly cover the entirety of the roof as damage was throughout. He was right we ended up getting Dryhome to replace the roof at a cost of our deductible of $1000. We are very pleased with time and effort this company put in to deal with the insurance and to resolve our roof issue. My grandma is very pleased. Thanks so much!

My neighbour (who is a landlord) & I decided to do a new roof together to avoid the seam in the middle. We were provided a quote which did not include new plywood. Jordan called the neighbour screaming and demanding cash not a cheque from my neighbour (who ended up payment for both roofs in cash) after the work had already started. After the job was finished, my neighbour (tenant) said the plywood was not changed (which should have been as the roof is soft). I callled Jordan regarding the roof vents and the plywood and he advised that the roof was not soft and I responded that is was because I had been on the roof before and at that point Jordan became belligerent and used vulgar profanity and hung up on me. When I got home from work to see the job, the shingles weren't even the right colour!! THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!! No one deserves to be treated the way Jordan has treated us and as I found out last night, he has treated the whole street the same way!!

Good workers, but terrible attitude, worst clean up ever. Found over 50 nails left around my house for my CHILDREN to step on! No magnet was used to clean up. Only cleaned up large Chun. Left hundreds of pieces on the property

I must have called 20 different roofing companies in Durham and no one even responded back to me except Dryhome Roofing. Not only did he pick his phone up but he came out same day to repair the roof. Developed a series of leaks in my roof. Skylight, vent and valley were damaged and just old. I decided it would be best to replace the whole lot. I called a bunch of local roofer guys on google. Some showed. Some didn’t. I got the opportunity to speak in person with Jordan from Dryhome and was blown away. Was also the 2nd cheapest quote. But definitely the most impressive. Jordan at dryhome roofing went above and beyond any of the roofers we contacted. He noticed the down spout connecting out upper level eavestrough wasn't properly connected to the lower level and offered to fix that, not to mention he came in well below the price point of the other companies we contacted with top of the line shingles. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what I was doing and was petrified of being taken advantage of, Jordan was very open, honest and reliable. Not to mention easy to contact with any questions as they came up. Him and his team was extremely punctual, and very neat! No a single nail was left behind! Not to mention the roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend Dryhome roofing to any of my friends and family, I am beyond happy with their outstanding customer service and a job done.

On very short notice due to an overwhelming leak I developed in my attic Mr jordan foley came out identified the issue and repaired my roof the next day. Great service at reasonable price. We had a problem area with our flat roof. Jordan from Dryhome identified the issue and fixed it by redirecting excess water from the flat roof and sealing all gaps. Service was speedy and Jordan followed up to make sure the repairs held up after a heavy downpour.

These guys went over the top for me and family. On very short notice nonetheless. Had crazy wind damage on 6 or 7 areas on my roof. I called my insurance company. They told me to get a few quotes. I woke up the other morning to 2 significant puddles of water in my kitchen and bathroom. I called Dryhome Roofing to come take a look. My Foley was very responsive. He went up on the roof same day and tarped the damaged areas on my roof that were leaking to prevent any further damage as there was a bunch of rain in the forecast.
