Berkhof's replaced the shingles on our roof just before we moved in about 10 months ago. When a leak developed in our living room ceiling after heavy and substation rainfall we called them to come take a look, assuming there was a problem with the roof. The owner was with us almost within the hour of our call. He inspected the roof and was satisfied with his company's workmanship. He took the time to explain to my husband where he thought the problem lay. It was with the windows not draining properly. He showed him how to fix the problem and gave him some tips. We were so relieved when that was indeed the problem! And easy and inexpensive solution to what seemed like a big problem. I think he didn't have to take the time to do that for us and yet he did. An incredible ly decent busineas owner who knows his stuff and shares his knowledge and experience willingly to young inexperienced homeowners. Won't bother using anyone else for roofing needs from here on out. These are good people.

The roofing was done well and happy with the result. However the clothes line was knocked down. They were initially great and sought to fix it. However after 2 uses the clothes line came down and I never got a response to my message. Now I have to fix it myself. Not happy about that.
