Sorry, can't comment on their service/work as the technician never showed up!!! I was in contact with the company for more than 2 weeks(!) after preliminary inspection, paid money for hands-on inspection, stayed home for the date ACCL finally agreed upon ... but no one showed up. After calling them to check on the tech I got advised that technician won't come over for the (paid!) inspection due to more urgent works. As far as I recall, you guys are waterproofing company, not a police or firefighters that has to accept any calls/work. If you have a paid contract with someone, please respect it. Have to mention, I did have my refund back... obviously it wasn't offered by the company right away and that's something I had to demand.
