Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital just received a face lift with a beautiful new roof installed by A&G Roofing. The crew was an absolute pleasure to have; they were hard working, very friendly, professional and clearly worked with safety top of mind, both for themselves and for others who were in close proximity during the installation. Communication was excellent, keeping us in the loop during every step of the process. Things were cleaned up really well at the end of each workday and when the roof was finished, they performed a thorough walk-around to ensure all nails and other debris were cleared away. A&G Roofing went above-and-beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the work they did at Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital. We will definitely use them again for any future roofing needs and recommend them highly to anyone needing roofing services. Would highly recommended A&G roofing for a roof repair or installation. Recently had a leak develop at our cottage that required a repair. AG came highly recommend to us from a contractor referral and we were not disappointed. They were very professional at every step of the way from the initial phone call, appointment scheduling and service performed. Our property is on an island which they very willingly accommodated and we appreciated their very genuine and trustworthy approach, particularly with Josh through the initial inspection and estimating process. Would definitely recommend and use again (although hope we won’t need to!).

Outstanding experience with A & G Roofing! When I called, Jill courteously and promptly set up a roof inspection appointment. On the appointment date, Josh (service person) called to notify us that he would be slightly (30 minutes) delayed in his arrival. Upon his arrival, Josh demonstrated much-appreciated patience in addressing our many questions. We especially appreciated the following: indicating that re-shingling was not necessary at this time, he did not attempt to sell us service that was not required; he offered to return at no cost to do a small amount of required caulking. Again, an A++ experience from start to finish. When it does come time for re-shingling, A & G has earned our business!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we've received from Josh Finley of A&G Roofing. We called A&G for an estimate to reshingle our roof and to give us a professional opinion of the deterioration of the shingles that had been installed by another roofing company only 12 years ago. Josh is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly examined our roof and explained why they had deteriorated so badly, without disparaging the original installer. He then explained what A&G does to mitigate such problems, and provided us with a thorough analysis of our roof's status and what A&G proposed to do. The contract is very thorough and the total cost very reasonable. Most importantly, however, is that Josh gave us the confidence that they will do a quality job. The work is scheduled for this September. Stay tuned... September 2021: Work Completed -------------------------------------------------- We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and service provided by A&G Roofing when they reshingled our roof recently. Their fine workmanship is very evident, and what you can't see- the complete covering of the roof with Ice Dam under the shingles (often reserved for the eaves only)- is just as important. Everyone on the job, from estimators Jeff and Adam and the other skilled roofers, to the site cleanup men, to Violet on the admin staff and Brian, the owner, were always very personable, competent and professional. Top notch. A&G were not the least expensive of our estimates, but in our opinion, they provided the best value for the money. In a word, we couldn't be more pleased. We turned to A&G roofing to replace our existing roof and the work was completed with great care and professionalism. We planned the work the year before and held off til this fall given the pandemic. Adam was helpful in helping us to choose the type and colour of our new roof. The crew cleaned up as they worked and Adam did a final inspection. Our new roof more than met our expectations and we are very pleased with the work done.

I called A&G roofing because our turbine on our roof got damaged by a tennis ball. The woman that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Josh was able to bend back the turbine and was hopeful that it would start spinning again once the wind picked up. We talked briefly about the cost if it did not function properly. Later that day it did start to spin. A&G roofing was professional, timely and very friendly. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

A&G Roofing have been our roofing company for many, many years. Both Brian and his Father before him were always gracious, friendly, listened patiently and gave very fair quotes on any roofing job. A&G have re-roofed, (the roofers did a great job, were polite & courteous and left the property well cleaned up), installed gutter guards and shovelled heavy snow. More recently I called the office to arrange a roof inspection. Jill was patient and friendly and quickly made the appointment. Josh was on time, courteous and friendly, did a thorough inspection, removed old heating wires after explaining their aged condition, and kindly swept off leaf and deadwood debris. A&G is my go to company which I would strongly recommend for any type of roofing work.

We live in a small complex of 5 townhomes. Water was leaking into several of the units & we noticed this has been on going for some time. Called many roofing companies, few replies. One roofer that did respond to my message, said he was too busy, another roofing company said he is too busy to waste his time on quoting. Not kidding. Called A&G roofing & the response was immediate. The receptionist (Jill ) was understanding, friendly & personable. Estimator arrived on site & Josh identified the problem. After juggling the companies busy work schedule, the repair was done on a Sunday! Great service & staff! My suggestion would be to call A&G Roofing first. Might be the only call you will have to make. They listen & they care!

A&G replaced my garage roof which was on a tight timeline. Josh was very professional and came out and quoted the job, sending me a complete video and materials list. Very detailed. He suggested extra venting and a few other details, making me feel he took an interest in the project. He always responded to emails and he made a special trip out for picking shingle colour and style which was appreciated. A&G showed up on a Sunday and completed the roof. They were professional, organized, tidy, and completed in a timely manner. Everything promised was done. Josh himself was there and then somebody else came out and did an inspection on their work a few days later. Nice touch. Would highly recommend them.

I had three separate shingle roofs replaced earlier this fall.The whole crew from the initial contact was very professional and there were no surprises.While doing the upper steep roof there turned out to be several rotten planks that needed to be replaced.This had to be added to the original quote but was very reasonable priced and of course was not visible during the initial quote/inspection by Adam. The finished product was superb and has a great warranty.My neighbour had a flat roof installed by A&G and has stood up very well. Highly recommended.And as other reviewers have commented,the crew cleaned up after every day of the five days they were there..
