Booked for an installation appointment over the phone. First rep said they'd need to have an inspection visit (not free) before installation. Second rep said I could book installation right away without inspection visit and so I did, earliest time is a week later. Did not receive any confirmation emails which was said to be sent out. I called in a couple days before appointment as I have yet to receive any confirmations, and the third rep cannot find my booking on file after several tries. Third rep didn't even apologize, just told me the Sales Team will contact me in 24 hours. Extremely unprofessional service and poor attitude. This is a time sensitive project. Still waiting for their call back. — Several weeks later… A day before the second rescheduled date, I received a call from rep saying it’d be rescheduled another week later as the expert is not in town. Today is the 3rd rescheduled date and I decided to check in with the company asking them to notify me prior to arrival. The rep informed me it’s not happening, and asked to reschedule yet another time. I give up, there’s no saving this company. I gave them multiple chances, to correct themselves and to make things right on my own expenses. Terrible, horrible, and ridiculously unprofessional. I’m surprised why CAS is still outsourcing to them.

Experience was awful. Delivery of Canadian Tire product. Constant promises of delivery that did not occur, on each of my follow up after missed dates (they never called me always me them) it was like starting all over with the call centre. two weeks later, five calls and close to 2 hours on hold I have received my product. CT has refunded me the delivery price. Actual driver was very good but the whole process was horrible - zero sense of customer service, including answering my email to complain. Canadian Tire however did provide an immediate response. They need to find a more reliable partner. CT contracts to QC who then subcontracts again. Not my issue when the pieces don't come together but they managed to make it mine by frustrating me.

Even though I had some initial struggles to get the appointment finalized, he made sure I was taken care of and a plumber was dispatched. Purchased their service via Canadian Tire to install an in-ground Basketball net. They made me waste 20+ hours for 4 different apt that they never showed up for. Their customer service is worse than any I have ever seen. Can't reach anyone on their 1-800. On hold for 20+ min no answer. Emails are not returned. Their management team has no contact info. Don't use this company if you value your time. I also don't seem to be the only one with a poor review as there are other on yelp with similar but different issues.

Every times I had called their customer service centre they had promised me something...but never fulfilled their promises Worse part is that it seems receiving complaints is a normal and routine for them I don’t recommend this company to anyone

Home Depot uses this company to outsource appliance installations. Quick Contractors failed to contact my local installation company. With the appliance on the way, I never received a call. I have now spent two hours on the phone with Home Depot online + local Home Depot + my local appliance installer trying to figure out + refund an appliance installation that will never happen. If ordering through Home Depot, simply call up your local installer directly, and avoid dealing with this useless third-party.

I booked them for an overhead microwave / fan install and they delivered it but claimed install wasn't paid for (it was). Then oddly because our home has stairs its a two man job?....uh it's a two man job anyways. Unhooking the old one is the weirdest part, why take it down if you can't put the new one in??? Weird things happen scheduling, just be honest. Not returning my calls, or wanting to make it right is the worst part. We have no hood fan and a hungry family. Currently day 6

The worst possible customer service I have encountered. During 3 consecutive days I phoned them just to get a proper invoice to no avail. They ask if you want a call back! What a joke! They never did. Nobody answers the phone, Nobody answers emails. Very frustrated with their attitude. Finally I was able to chat. Can’t believe how long it took to get to make them understand what an invoice was. Don’t they need customers anymore? What’s going on with customer service? Answer the phone!!!!!!!!

Thank god for these reviews. I figured I'd use Home Depot's official installer, what could go wrong??? Well you can read any of these reviews, as for me, the guy came a few days after I had put in my date requests... their online system is a mess but everything seemed to be ok.... The guy seemed nice enough... says I'd get called back in 24-48 hrs to schedule the full install (putting a gas line up to my kitchen)... A week later I call Home Depot and Terry on the phone has to go into quick contractors domain to even find the work order- double the quoted price with no explanation. I quickly cut the whole thing off and will go with another (better) company. Save yourself the hassle and just don't use these guys, they are worse than trash. UPDATE: New highly rated contractor came in, said everything looks good and quoted me 10$ LESS than the original price (what I was supposed to pay, not the double estimate I finally found quick had made). This is a dumpster fire of a company, just stand back and watch it burn.

We had a one-piece toilet installed and acquired installation services through Rona. First technician was late and left without completing the toilet installation or hauling away the old toilet. Second technician was on time, made assessment before starting his work, kept us informed of his progress and gave us details of failed attempt by first technician. Overall, we are very satisfied with the second technician's knowledge and excellent customer service.

BE AWARE: AWFUL SERVICE DELIVERY. I ordered a costly treadmill. I opted and paid extra for a delivery option: In-Home Delivery & Unpack + Installation (as stated on the bill). I verified with Canadian if they would be able to deliver and install it inside my home given the circumstances (lockdown): They said yes. But the delivery person, who came alone, did not put it on my house saying they have new rules. I therefor did not receive the service I paid for. It is unbelievable a solo guy delivers an expensive and heavy equipment by his own. As a result, you get a very damage package (expecting the inside the equipment is not broken or damage). This is unacceptable. AVOID QUICK CONTRACTORS.

Update as of 20 June 2019. Giving props to Kate at Quick Contractors who contacted us about our issue having our gazebo installed. Her prompt attention to the issue and further investigation not only led to compensation, but affirmed customer service isn't all lost. Bumping my review to three stars strictly because of Kate and her determination to set right a serious wrong. One of the most frustrating experiences dealing with Quick Contractors. They were to build a gazebo we purchased from Home Depot. Rather than go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, they’d rather spend time laying blame than accept culpability for their mistakes. Neither communication nor customer service is a top priority. They demanded we pay an extra $300 to have them out and build the gazebo even though we already paid the cost through Home Depot. Will never do this again. Lesson learned.

We booked for a12pm - 5pm installation of a microwave and a dishwasher. They did call to say they'd be late so we moved back 5-6pm. By 7:30pm, no one had showed up or called. Meanwhile, I'd left work early to be home. My wife had to initiate a call to inquire if anyone's coming. Vague answer. Only arrived at 8:30pm. In all credit, once the 2 installation techs arrived, they worked pretty quickly. But there was no apology and they left the waste all over. Can do a much better job with communication and clean up.

Bought a dishwasher from Canadian Appliance Source. Told I would receive a call for booking installation... after 4 days no call so contacted CAS, they gave me a number to call myself. I called the number which it turned out was for Quick Contractors which do installations for most of the home stores. The agent asked me if I had tried going on their website, I said no I was just provided with the phone number. I was transferred to another agent, that agent asked me if my unit was ready to pick up. I was confused as I felt, this was information that they should know (I had provided my order number). I looked at my order and said well it says here available after August 29th so I would assume so but told her the sales agent had given me zero information other then I would be contacted. She then continued with the booking and said, pick up in Etobicoke, is that right? I again explained I had been told nothing but on my order form there is a mention of a pick up in Etobicoke so if that’s the information she has I assume its correct…. why would I know where the warehouse is when I’m paying for delivery?????? A booking was made for Mon Nov 4th 7am-12pm. Over the next week I received 3 text confirmations reminding me that my delivery and installation window was on the 4th from 7-12. Nov 4th came around, I had arranged to be off work. i work shift work so can stay home when I want but it also means I’m missing the opportunity to work and make money. My work had asked me to do an overnight the sunday night which I had to turn down as I would not have been home for 7am. I didn’t mind missing the opportunity to make money as I really needed to get the dishwasher replaced and figured I would try to work the monday night or tues instead. I got up at 6:40am on the 4th to make sure I was showered and dressed in case they came early into the delivery window. I waited till 11:50am, no one had showed up and I hadn’t been contacted. On the reminder texts there was a number to call if you had an issue, I called that number…. waited on hold for almost 30 mins before I got connected to someone. I explained to the agent that it was now past the delivery window I had booked and no one had showed up and I had not been advised of anything. I was put on hold while the agent reached out to the installer. The agent came back and said the installer was not feeling well, had been trying to see if their helper could do the job, was “just about to reach out to me”, but would come tomorrow morning if that’s ok. I said no that is not ok, to summarize over the next 10 minutes we went back and forth while occasionally I was put on hold my points were: Why in the 5 hour window was I not contacted that there could be a problem, even if he was trying to get someone to cover he should have advised all his appointments there was an issue, why did it take me contacting them after the 5 hour window to find out what was going on, how was I to trust an installer to install a machine that using water and therefore can be dangerous (I have experienced floods before) when he can’t even let his employer or customer know that he’s sick, Quick Contractors send out all these reminders to the customer but is there no responsibility for the contractors to contact them about whether they are actually showing up to a job. In the end she said she was waiting to hear back from a manager, I said I wanted to speak to a manager now. I was told a manager would call me right away and that was the end of the call. About an hour later a manager from Canadian Appliance Source calls me. Arranged a new appointment with new installer for next day. Asked for compensation regarding missed day told another manager would have to contact me Installer came second day and was wonderful but still have not heard from any management from CAS or Quick Contractors regarding compensation for the first missed appointment.

Appalling service. I ordered a Fridge, Range & Dishwasher from Bestbuy with install scheduled for the morning of April 18th. They called me the day before to say my appointment was actually scheduled for the afternoon so I had to re-arrange my entire day. They finally showed up at 5:15pm, took two steps into the apartment and said "Oh we can't install that dishwasher, you need a plumber". They agreed to install just the fridge water line but wouldn't put a shut off valve on it because apparently that also needs a plumber. They drilled huge hols in two of the cabinets, way bigger than needed for the line and left sawdust and garbage everywhere. They also left a knot in the pipe and were about to leave but I asked them to re-do it. The contractor that sent them called me over the weekend to say he'd follow up on Monday morning. I never heard from him so I called "Best Buy Installations" which I found out is actually a white label name for this garbage company. Anyway, I was livid as my dishwasher has been sitting in my living room all weekend and I wanted it installed as promised right away. To their credit, they sent a guy that afternoon who also wasn't a plumber but agreed to install the dishwasher. He wouldn't install the fridge shutoff valve though as apparently that requires a separate work order. He also left the garbage box the dishwasher came in as this wasn't covered as part of the install. Now, I'm waiting for the 3rd musketeer to show up to install my fridge shutoff valve and (presumably) to also leave garbage all over my condo. Do your self a favour, find yourself a real contractor that you trust and steer clear of this company, they're terrible.

The technician himself was professional and got the job done efficiently and cleanly- the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. My issue is with the management. The technician arrived 2 hours late (not his fault, scheduling issue with his manager). In my building I can only book the service elevator for 2 hours. I had booked it from 10am to noon and called the day prior to confirm that the technician would arrive close to 10am. The technician arrived at 12:15pm. I was forced to go down to the concierge and hope that I can extend my elevator booking. Luckily the elevator was not booked until 3pm, but had it been book at the time, I would have had to reschedule the entire delivery/installation and would have likely asked for my money back and sought a different contractor. This is unacceptable. When the technician arrived, he pointed out that I needed a new valve, a common problem in older apartments. He had the valve with him, but informed me I would have to call and agree to an additional $70 charge. It was never made clear to me that this is a possibility. Given that the technician said this is a common occurrence, I feel that Quick Contractors was deceptive in not informing of this possibly prior to the technician arriving. They are aware that once the technician is there with the unit, you are essentially forced to pay up rather than sourcing your own part prior to arrival or even considering a different contractor. Even the technician seemed to agree with me on this point and told me that this happens a lot and people are always frustrated by it. So I felt trapped and forced to pay this extra money. Would definitely not use these guys again.

I was set up with this contractor for gas line installation as part of the $200 service Home Depot charged. The contractor himself was nice but coordinator is super difficult to contact. On day of installation, we were being charged $169 EXTRA on top of the $200- apparently for gas switch off valve, to paint the gas “to code” and also to rent a ladder. I offered my 10ft ladder but apparently no, they needed - 12 or 14 ft ladder. I had no choice but to do so as we already paid Home Depot $200 and I could not take another day off work for this service. An invoice was sent with no breakdown of costs. The contractor then comes and ended up using my own ladder. For two weeks, I have emailed, called, and left voicemails for the service coordinator to refund these ladder rental calls - NO contact at all. Terrible customer service. I will be informing Home Depot as well to warn them against this contractor. Advise- ask who the contractor will be when booking your service through Home Depot

Be very careful and think twice before using this service. First Leon will not deliver your item ( you paid for ) and force you to pay the installation. Finally you pay it and run after the contractor, but meanwhile they will change the price of the service and you cannot talk to anybody to get any explanation.

Amazing experience from everyone involved with this installation - provided me with clear instruction prior to team arriving, informed me of need to reschedule due to the largest snowstorm either of us had seen in a while, sorted me out with a new appointment literally within a day, called me back within hour of leaving message, followed my instructions re: parking and entering the building, the team worked efficiently to uninstall old and install new, kept the place clean and left with the old one - can't thank them enough for the great experience, loving my new microwave - the best!

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. I would sooner set myself on fire than ever deal with these incompetent people again. They are impossible to get a hold of, first of all. They demanded up front payment for services, but then, we found out they hadn't even included our washer in the price, they sent no one out to do an on-site estimate, and gave us NO instructions on what had to be done for the install process, and we told them the house was a brand new build that had no hookups. They said that was fine... they sent a plumber (but not a gas guy, or anyone else) out, and he literally couldn't even do anything because no one had told us that they don't have electrical guys at all, so no one could do the electrical for our dishwasher... That's just one of the dozens of logistics problems we had with them. They kept calling my husband despite the fact I told them REPEATEDLY (as did he) to take his number off the file and only call ME, as I'm the one home. Their online chat is so slow and garbage that I thought it was a bot. In the end, they tried to reschedule from a Thursday to a Saturday, even knowing full well I had to have electrical done BEFORE THEY CAME BACK, and have the washer and dryer moved downstairs by professionals. That just doesn't make sense. Who can get an estimate and work done in one day? In the end, I didn't even end up getting work done by them, instead, I demanded a refund. I am now getting my appliances installed by an electrician, a plumber, and a gas guy, all separately, and it's still CHEAPER!

Took over 2 months to finally repair, required constant follow up. I spent more hours trying to reach someone than I could count, the phone number for damage claims does not ever pick up and emails go unresponded. If I did not try to contact them daily than they would have never taken responsibility for the damage. Although they finally sent someone for the repair, this was a very stressful experience for a small upgrade project.

We bought a new refrigerator & requested someone to do a refrigerator dood reversal & install the Icemaker & also install a water filtration system under the kitchen sink. We had a scheduled appointment for(June 15th, 2021). We have been waiting since May 28th for an installer to come & 1) reverse our refrigerator doors 2) Install Icemaker into refrigerator & connect the waterline. 3) Install the water filtration system under our kitchen sink. The installer showed up & only did part of the job we requested even though we paid $290.49 in full on June 8th. We are very dissatisfied with the service that we received! We spoke on the phone with Best Buy Appliance Installation Service & their response for taking so long to get someone to come & do the requested job was that they had to schedule someone qualified to do the job! The installer said he didn't know how to do our installation & he left without finishing the job! We are left hanging & waiting for someone who actually is trained to do the job that they are sent to do! This has turned out to be a huge inconvenience to us & we are requesting that this terrible unfinished installation job be rectified ASAP!!! We don't want to wait for another week! The installer did a terrible job of reversing our refrigerator doors & he left without completing the job he was hired to do! We noticed this morning that he used the wrong screw to secure our refrigerator door! He used a round head phillips screw which doesn't match the other flat head phillips screws & this screw was also the wrong size! It is too small to screw into the hole but can easily be pushed in & out. He would have knowingly just pushed it into the hole in hopes that we wouldn't notice! We paid $290.00 in good faith, trusting that the installer that was sent would be qualified & know what they are doing! The fridge door reversal was $100.00. We have a credit of $190.49. We requested a refund for the installation of the Icemaker & water filtration system that wasn't done so we can get a real plumber to complete the job that Quick Contractors could not complete! We have no idea how the guy could have missed the instructions! Isn't it ironic... the name is Quick Contractors...they are certainly NOT quick!

Honestly I was not satisfied with the delivery service since the delivery at the time of purchase said it was a Monday 05/13 and in the end the company changed it for Tuesday 05/21. That is, they did not meet the delivery deadline. The driver complied with what was ordered and was kind. The product was left outside the house and not on the terrace as I requested because the driver's order was to leave it outside.

Which we trusted a Home Depot referral and purchased their service through Home Depot, the individual who came to our home decided to put the old toilet in our bathtub for an unknown reason, which he ended up chipping (damaging) the bathtub in two places. Now they are refusing to refund the full repair cost, they are unprofessional and do not care about people's homes, they do not take responsibility. I am prepared to take them to small claim court once I do get my tub repaired, they never answer the call, they barely return people's emails, I am writing a formal letter from the lawyer to Home Depot why they should not use this company or refer their service to their customers. their customer service is the worst I have experienced. I paid an additional $20 on top of my $90 delivery fee to have my snow blower delivered. That extra $20 was supposed to cover my snowblower being assembled, taken off of the truck and placed in my garage at my convenience. Well, I had to assist in lifting the snowblower off of the truck because there was only one driver. I also had to drag the snowblower into my garage by myself. I paid an extra $20 to have this service taken care of for me and frankly I would like it back!!! I should not have had to lift that snowblower whatsoever, That's what I was paying for. I have a back condition and I have had a sore back since Friday because of lifting that thing. When the driver arrived he expected me to help, because nobody sent him with any. I called your customer service department, that was a waste of my time. She didn't care and she barely asked anything so I didn't bother call back. I left poor feedback instead and hopefully a senior representative, someone with actual customer service skills can address my issues. I await your message. I'm disgusted with this I feel like I just gave Canadian tire a free $20 on top of my delivery for no reason whatsoever.

They gave me incorrect dates for when the contractors would come. So, I had to call again to confirm and change dates. The contractors themselves were wonderful to work with. It was Quick Contractors that made this whole process difficult. Next time, I will do the manual work and book directly with the contractors myself and skip this middleman step.

They have installed a fridge waterline for me in my brand-new house. I have asked the installer if there is any leak, he said no for sure. After a day, I noticed hardwoods in front of the fridge are cupped. The fridge had a leak and damaged all the hardwood and basement ceiling. This small company is poorly run. They had their big break by working with Home Depot, Canadian Tire, etc. They are in over their heads and as a result you will experience the following: 1. Technicians never showing up (5 different times they never came to my appt and not even a call!) 2. When you try to call Quick Contractors you'll wait 1-3 hrs on the phone. 3. Quick Contractors also outsource their calls to Asia 4. Communication issues between the store you bought your product with Quick Contractors and with their technicians. Absolute scam! I requested installation for two ACs (portable &window ) that I bought from best buy. The whole experience was not pleasant at all! From the right beginning, I booked an appointment and days later I received an email from Nancy saying that they wanted to delay the appointment so I agreed but they ended up coming at the first date that was set without giving me a notice! and the guy who came to install the ACs for us had absolutely 0 professionalism. First he started complaining about why we got a window AC, then while installing he created a whole mess and did not bother to clean after himself either! and what was worst is that he installed the window AC incorrectly ! the area of the AC where we could pull out the filter to clean it was blocked and when we asked him to adjust it he said "opps it is too late now" he did not consider the fact that we have to remove the ACs in winter and when we reminded him of that he was "why would you need to remove it? just leave it as is" and we just figured the hard way that he screwed the nails in incorrectly so that we actually struggled and asked for help to be able to remove the AC. A reminder that we paid +300 dollars for this uselessness

We hired them to take care of an install after buying a dishwasher, thinking that the installation would be straight-forward enough. When the contractor came out he informed us we'd need to contact a plumber, then have him come back when the plumbing work was done. In the end we decided to just have a trusted plumber do the full job, and ask for a refund from Quick Contractors. To the credit of Quick Contractors they gave us a full refund, but the cost of having a plumber do the install was actually 50 dollars cheaper than the originally quoted price. IOW, if you have a trusted plumber, electrical, or other company you deal with, just call them first.

We ordered a garden shed with assembly and base installation from Home Depot and paid full price upfront. 5 weeks since the order date, and nothing has been installed. What happens next is, Home Depot hires Quick Contractors and it looks like it is the worst company to deal with - unreliable, unprofessional, and, most importantly, they seem to be contracting whoever is available, irrespective of whether or not the sub-contractors can do the job. Quick Contractors kept rescheduling the installation 5 times and changing the technicians 4 times using some great excuses as grounds for rescheduling. Notably, there was zero communication. We had to contact them to find out what was going on, and only then they would come up with excuses, which in fact were pure lies. They didn't have materials for base installation, the warehouse didn't have materials for pickup (giving us a wrong order number), they did not pick up materials from the warehouse (in reality, the materials have long been available; due to no pickup, the warehouse has cancelled the order), then the sub-contractors got COVID and now they obviously need to isolate themselves and didn’t have a decency to let us know (name of sub-contractor. Another sub-contractor has never even heard about our order and the scheduled installation could not be done because he was too busy with other orders. After we reached out to Quick Contractors, again, to complain and to ask them to resolve the situation, they found a new "hero" (not right away, it required a lot of back and forth calls, but still). When we first got on a phone with Rafi, we were blown away by his enthusiasm and customer service! He even apologized for not having been taking care properly this whole time for a month!!! We thought - this is it - we are so lucky, finally! After all, Rafi told us, they've "only been in this business since 1996." Little did we know that Rafi and his team were not much better than the rest of Quick Contractors “professionals”. He promised to do installation on Saturday, but, if the weather permits, even on Friday. Friday comes and goes. And so is Rafi's promise. We called and engaged in tons of back and forth. And again, the same story! No one showed up on Saturday, while their rep kept feeding us misinformation that the contractor should be there any hour. Finally, around 9pm, they delivered and dropped of the materials for base installation, but, naturally, did not do any job. We've been told that they would do it first thing in the morning on Sunday, although they don’t work on Sundays. Since no one showed up by 10:30am, we called them, and no one would pick up the phone. We got a call back later, and the rep told us that the contractor got some emergency and cannot come. But they will come on Monday, first thing….if it’s not going to rain… The long story short, we are considering to cancel the order from Home Depot. This has been extremely exhausting and dragging experience. All Home Depot did was taking the money. However, Home Depot does not have any ability to manage Quick Contractors and ultimately deliver the job. Neither has ability to have an honest communication with customers.

Word of advice if you purchase appliances get your own installer. quick contractors who are impeccably useless. Couldn't make a full work order from our bill of purchase from Canadian appliance source to instruct the installer for their work order. The installers was incompetent, unprepared and with a bad attitude. We went through countless conversations about 5 to set up a proper full scope of work which was done wrong each time. The installer took our cash. In addition we have still been in two months trying to claim for improper install, damage to our floors and cabinets which we paid a contractor to fix all and reinstall. We have asked for a refund for their charges at minimum and still no word. Crooks.

Quick Contrators or the company that laugh at Home Depot and their customers Yeah I know, the title is quite impressive but, it is exactly how I feel right now. And of course, NEVER again will I use any of the above companies for installations. Let me give you a little bit of history here. On May 6, 2018, I went to Home Depot St-Henri to buy a glass screen for my shower and bought at the same time the installation because, I thought, using installation service will ease my life even if it is ridiculously expensive. The screen was $298 and the installation was $399, not cheap isn’t it? After a week or so, the installer contacted me for an appointment a week or so later – note that we are still in May at that time. The day of the installation, the installer was supposed to be at my place at 7:30am. Well, what happened, the installer was nowhere to be found. I called him, called Home Depot, Home Depot gave me the phone number of Quick Contractors BUT they DO NOT open until 9am! How ridiculous is this? Of course, at 9am it was not possible to talk to anyone, each time I tried to phoned, I was automatically redirected to ELEVATOR music! You must see that I was already red of rage and this didn’t help at all! I have left several messages and no one called me back. At 9:30am, the installer called, apologized, said he has had a family emergency… Ok, then, maybe, well… We took another appointment for the week after. This time he showed up, installed the shower glass… before he left, he showed me that the door didn’t stay put with the bath and that I should add a line of silicone on the bath to stop the door(!!!). Yeah…sure… After he left, I realized that it was not the only problem, not only the door does not stay put but also, when I take a shower, the water leaks on the other side of the bath! Well, isn’t it the purpose of a glass door to keep the water in the bath and not OUTSIDE the bath? I went back to Home Depot, bought another glass door bottom seal, because, I thought, maybe it’s the manufacturing of the door the problem… But nah, it didn’t do any differences. So I called the installer… And let him know that there is a problem with the installation. He then told me that the problem was because the door was CHEAP and that Home Depot shouldn’t sell this product…And that I should call them back, yell a little and they would give my another door less cheap. How is that? Well, I am not the kind of person who yells, proof with this long letter after a 5-month waiting…, BUT I have decided to call them to get help at least. So I called the store Home Depot Saint-Henri and talked to Lise who is in charge of the bathroom section. This woman is very nice and helpful, she did call Quick Contractors to send another person to evaluate the problem. At this time, we were end of June. Another installer came to my place to evaluate the problem. The door was installed a little crooked so maybe it’s the problem. Temporarily, we put a suction cup on the bath to, at least, keep the door in place – but the problem with the water going outside the bath still remains. So this was in June… Since then, I am waiting for Quick Contractors to come back. I have called several times Lise at Home Depot; apparently they filled a complaint in Toronto – this was in July. But even with the good care of Lise, with the complaint that was filled and the numerous calls I have made with Quick Contractors, my glass door is still not installed properly and the water is still dropping on the other side of the bath… (sigh) Oh, wait, the last time I called Quick Contractors, 2 weeks ago, they told me that the person who was supposed to come fix it didn’t have time so they were supposed to find another person, the week after. Well… still no news. So what to say after all this… I go back to my title, Quick Contractors laugh at Home Depot and their customers and I will NEVER use any of those companies for ANY installations while I am alive. I scheduled an installation appointment through their customer sales rep (Kyla Salvaleon) two weeks ago and got a confirmation on day of appointment. A day before the appointment, I was notified by email that they cannot make it. Normally this is not an issue, but Kyla didn't respond to anymore subsequent emails or phone calls when I asked for an alternative time. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend interacting with this company.

Not a very good experience. Required calling multiple times just to schedule a simple dishwasher installation. Kept promising that the contractor would contact me within 48 hrs ... 72 hrs ... 96 hrs. Only calling back multiple did anything happen. Then had to wait another week to actually get the install. Each time calling back, had to sit on hold for 20-30 min. Not customer focused what-so-ever.

Through Home Depot and their affiliated service firm Quick Contractors, we were supposed to have a simple installation of a kitchen sink on a specific day to connect the usual plumbing. I called a few day before to validate the date of the appointment which they did. For insurance policies where we live, we needed to have the installation done and certified by a plumbing professional and why purchased that plumbing work. On the day of the appointment we ended up wasting our full day waiting for them and we called, texted and sent emails to no avail. After finally responding after long waits, they were sending us in an infinite loop of phone redirections which ended up with the same initial number. Never a clear response, no notifications, nothing, nada. Two days later, without any more response, I tried to escalate to talk to managers but they would say that they would call back, which they never did. When I finally got to talk to a "manager" he told me that he would need to talk to his own "manager" and that they would call back ... which of course again never did. Although my impatience clearly grew on the phone, I've always been polite, respectful and mindful of the person I was taking to and who was probablbly trapped by their global customer service failure. The worst of it all is not that they missed the installation day but they don't respect the time people waste trying to get simple answers to what is going on or to get a new service appointment.

While the actual installer was great to work with… behind the scenes coordination was horrid. Mixed up dates, quoted one price, charged another. No breakdown of costs. Requested to speak to a supervisor Nov 30 and received no response. Emailed again yesterday to follow up and still no response. Hire someone local and do not waste your time or sanity with this company. Edited: I was asked to remove one of my reviews but still no one from the company has emailed to rectify the situation.

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is at time of booking the appointment I reconfirmed packaging would be taken away which was also promised by the store, in other words I had no reason to believe otherwise. The installers informed me that packaging removal was NOT part of deal. It wouldn't have changed my desire to buy the appliance or book the install, it was just an irritant to be told one thing and have another done. Other than that everything everything great.

Terrible company ! I ordered a garden shed Install on quick contractors. They never respond after collecting the online payment through Canadian Tire. Have made over 20 calls, but there is always an excuse not to provide a schedule. Never call back either as promised. Canadian Tire simply disowns them. There is absolutely no communication between Canadian Tire, Quick contractor and their sub-sub contracted worker. The customer service lady simply says ‘I have sent him an email and you will get call’ Never ever use them directly or through Canadian Tire. Horrible experience waiting and chasing for over a month now. The online order can’t be cancelled either for a refund ! Sick ! Sept 22nd update: No Andrew DID NOT help the situation. Made it even worse by cancelling the installation order and called me a ‘ Cyber bully’ ! ( what a joke !!). Canadian Tire is willing to refund only 40% of the amount paid and are playing stone dead to the issue and to my emails. NEVER EVER place any online order on both these companies. Very sorry state of affairs !

QuickContractors installed my dishwasher as part of my purchase with Home Depot. They made it very easy to setup and later change my appointment when Home Depot didn't deliver the appliance on time. The installer seemed to be knowledgeable - he was a certified plumber and said he installs at least three dishwashers a day. He was a very nice guy, on time and very quick with the installation. Unfortunately he didn't install it correctly. The dishwasher leaked out the front door the first time I used it. I called Whirlpool thinking it was a problem with the dishwasher itself and hence should be dealt with as part of my warranty. When the service technician looked at it, he said it was a bad installation and tilted forward too much and that was how water was getting out. He simply adjusted the leveling of the legs and it was fixed. Seems like a pretty bad mistake on the installers part.

I picked the dates but the company had difficulty updating me with the date and time until a day before the delivery. I would have expected at least couple of days of notice. I hired Quick Contractors through Canadian Tire to install a swing set in our backyard. I had a terrible experience. There were three amendments to the initial appointment that were not communicated to me appropriately. Instead of them calling me to say my appointment was delayed, I was the one calling them everyday to find out when they would come over to do the job. When they finally arrived, they did a terrible job. They forgot to install certain parts, and even forgot to post the warning and ID plaques on the play set. I had the contractor, Andre Farrell's (from Cambridge,ON) phone number, so I messaged him, called him, left voicemails....no response from him. I sent two emails to Dean Cumming, the Regional Recruitment Manager, no response from him either! All this took place over a month. I have now contacted Canadian Tire to see if they can help. I am surprised why a well-reputed company like Canadian Tire would outsource their installation services to a company like Quick Contractors which clearly has no respect for their clients. I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this company for your needs.

5 stars to Andrew Spurvey for reaching out to me and resolving all the problems that occurred during installation. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way and bent over backwards to get my gazebo installed for this August long weekend. It looks very nice and we had a lot of fun celebrating the completion of the gazebo. The installers that were at my home today were fast, friendly and very professional. They knew their stuff and had it together in a couple of hours. While this job got off to a rough start it had a happy ending. Thank you Andrew for making it all happen.

The technician from quick contractor who installed the dishwasher forgot to remove the cover from Plumbing pipe. That day the technician did not test the dishwasher and when we start using the dishwasher on 1st Jan 2022, we found out that water was not draining and was stuck in the dishwasher. I contacted the same technician to come back and check the drainage pipe and the technician told me that it is not the drainage pipe issue and it is the dishwasher internal issue. From last 2 days Dishwasher motor keep running and try to push the water to drainage pipe but sensor, keep sending the signal that drainage pipe is lock. At last, today we forcefully powered off the dishwasher from the main electric panel and I am sure if we left the dishwasher running the same issue it might burn the motor. Today I went to my property with my friend who knows plumbing stuff and found out that person forgot to take out the drainage-plumbing pipe cover. That is a normal practice if the person knows how to install the dishwasher, normally taking out the cover from the drainage plumbing pipe. My suggestion is to provide the proper training to your technician so they will fulfill the jobs in proper manners.

I had the worst experience dealing with this company. Purchased a new LG washer/dryer tower from home depot and paid haul away and installation fees of $194. I clearly stated to home depot what needs to be done, old stacked washer/dryer to be hauled away and new one to be installed. On the day of installation, 2 installers came from Quick Contractors. They pulled my old stacked washer/dryer and pushed it still stacked together on my laminate floor with just paper towel underneath towards my kitchen. I warned them that my floor get easily scratched and asked them why they didn’t bring a cart to move the machine or at least unstacked it first. When I complained it’s scratching my floor, they refused to move it anymore and told me to contact home depot. They left my old stacked machine/dryer in my tiny (condo) kitchen which was a hazard and did not install my new machine which was also left beside my kitchen.. Home depot asked me to obtain a quote for the damage and forwarded to them. Quick contractors responded after more than a month refusing to cover any repair cost, asking me to sign a final release with an offer of a $100 good will credit (whereas I paid $194) indicating they are not negligent and acted based on their contract. What contract?!? Common sense: pushing the washer/dryer still stacked together which weigh more than 300 lbs with just paper towel under will surely scratch the floor. They are unprofessional, left the installation/haul away undone and told me to deal with home depot. Their defence after is that the space was too narrow. They should have checked before moving it and not make it as an excuse after the damage is done. They do not care about damaging people's homes and the inconvenience they caused. They never answer the calls and haven’t return any of my follow up emails. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE EVER AGAIN!

I wish I could give a zero. So frustrating! Waiting 2 weeks after home depot delivered the dryer.....he came and disconnected my other dryer saying it was not hooked up properly. Left without fixing it. Spent 5 days trying to get ahold of him for an explanation. Home depot was on hold with him (from humble mechanics subcontractor) for 30 mins. we gave up. Finally after many calls and many managers, Quick contractors say he will come tonight! But we don't know what time (it's being installed in my business which closes at 7) and oh No he cannot make it by then! surprise ! And now? they say I have to wait another 10 days to get it installed! WOW SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE

Definitely the last thing from “quick” contractors. We’ve been chasing them for 5 months to come & fix an issue with the original installation. Covid has been the main excuse, alongside ignored emails & not returned calls. There’s just no way of getting a hold of anyone and I would absolutely caution any family thinking to book this company. Covid has been the main excuse for techs not being able to come by which we understand fully as we are also isolating - however I continuously see reviews going up of other installs over the same timeframe. We paid over 1k for a product that was damaged and reported seconds after the tech left. We still haven’t had our issue addressed and are taking it to the better business bureau & the supplier using them to instal the equipment to start.

When picking "QUICK" Contractors to do work be very careful because if you have any problem they're not very "QUICK" to fix error. It took "QUICK" contractors 2 months to install our dishwasher. It would have been longer or not at all if it wasn't for the numerous calls to Home Depot to get "QUICK" contractors to get it done. I purchased the dishwasher from Home Depot and in the end covered all the installation cost even the extra cost that we shouldn't have paid because of the disorganization of "QUICK" contractors. "QUICK" contractors never returned my calls from upper management after the installation was completed for compensation. The disherwasher was installed not flush and on an angle with cabinet's. I will not deal with this company again because the upper management don't have a clue what they're doing.

Awful. They were a no-show for a gazebo instal. Zero communication. Wasted my Sunday waiting. No calls or contact from them saying they couldn't make it. I called Monday a.m., they said they’d get back to me, instead I only found out through an email they rescheduled for 8 days later - cowards! Don't waste your time. I read their response below: "Unable to find you"! ....What !! Customers have to punch in their phone numbers (or file numbers) to talk to them about their contracts! I used my phone number all 5 times to talk to them about my contract! Now their answer is "can't find you, therefore can't investigate"!!!. So they botched a service contract and now lie about trying to fix it.

We purchased our dishwasher in store at Home Depot, and it was delivered on September 22nd as expected. We were told to call this company to set up installation, which we had set up for the morning of September 24th. We managed our work and child care schedules to make sure we were available from 7-12, the appointed time slot. When 1pm rolled around, we called the company to see what was going on. We were told the company had cancelled our service order, but no one had told us. We spent the next two weeks trying to get a hold of someone who could tell us when we might get our installation done to no avail. We ended up installing our own dishwasher and getting a refund. Since the fault lay with the company a more appropriate response would have been to either get someone in the following day, or if that were not possible, to offer to cover the cost of the installation and set a future date for installation.

I had a great experience my first time around. The 2nd time around was horrible. They will NOT return emails or even answer the phone. My water heater installation resulted in leaking pipes and I have tried calling them 4 times and they wont answer. I emailed them, no answer. I spoke to live chat support and was told they would read and reply to me email, still nothing. My 88 years old tenant must change a tupperware every few hours under the leaking pipes and yet I receive absolutely no answer from QuickContractors. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. I would suggest you look elsewhere because if your installation encounters a problem they will NOT help you or even hear you out from what it seems.

Bought a fridge from BestBuy exactly 28 days ago. They promised delivery + installation ahead of delivery. When they arrived and informed us that a specialist team should be involved as this requires water pipe works. Fine! When? Next week and an additional 200$ charge. After a long phone call they dropped it to 170$ and left me with no option but to agree. It has been 3 weeks since and they have not made it to a single promised appointment. Would call me every Monday and ask for a time to come in and I would reply any day Except the weekend. So they call on Tuesday or Wednesday and confirm a weekend timing!!! It goes to the week after and so on. Finally they arrived today. Guess what? Oh no we need another visit to dismantle the frigde doors before installing it. Ok go ahead. That would be an additional 100$ sir and you need to speak to Bestbuy to get their approval to do that without voiding your warranty. I called right away and of course nothing happens on the spot so the team left! I am traveling in 2 days and my fridge grace period for refund expires tomorrow and i have no idea who to talk to! Everyone throws it on someone else and the fridge remains in my garage! Terrible and unprofessional

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Canadian Tire subcontracts their work out to these people and they're CROOKS!! What started as a simple kitchen faucet replacement, turned into THREE DAYS WITHOUT WATER. The first guy who gave us full disclosure he "wasn't a plumber but would do the job", (I didn't think swapping out fixtures required a licensed plumber, but whatever I'm no professional). He made the switch, turned the water back on, left and there was a massive leak under the sink. Now because he's not a plumber, he can't do anything further. After countless calls to Canadian Tire and Quick Contractors (who are IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH and have sketchy robo voices on their voicemail, it really made me question this company overall) trying to get a plumber here because my family was without functionality of our kitchen sink, someone shows up on day two only to REFUSE THE WORK because they main line needed to be turned off by the CITY. No one told us this while we were making arrangements, had we known, we would have contacted the city beforehand. He leaves. Again, back on the phone to get someone else out here (water was shut off pretty quickly by the city, surprisingly!) and nothing. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE for the better part of day two without use of the kitchen. We ended up having to hire a separate contactor and pay and additional $300 to have the leak repaired that QUICK CONTRACTORS CREATED. Steer clear of this company, and frankly, Canadian Tire. They're both crooks and I don't recommend either. Ever. GO ELSEWHERE.

Disconnect and install the new Range Hood and new Dual fuel Range. Installation is very good, but spending C$545 for installing the range plus hiring an electrician (referred by Quick Contractors) to just change the plug and outlet from 110V to 240V, cost me C$650. Also for installing the range hood, i was charged C$423.75. To pay C$1600+ just to disconnect and install the range and hood is EXORBITANT!!!!

Difficult to get a hold of. I've been on hold for a total of 3+ hours over the last few days. When I finally did get someone to speak to, they told me they'd have to reach out to my installer at this point who has already been assigned to my file. That was 2 days ago now, and still nothing. So now I'm in a position where I have already paid and have no clear timeline on when they will come by to do the work. I would also like to add something to the services I'm looking for too. Still on hold to try and do that...all morning so far. EDIT. After finally getting through to someone and having the install take place, I can say that the people I spoke to were very accommodating, and the installer was excellent. Quick, respectful, and had no issues. I was very happy with them. Upping the number of stars given to reflect this.

Awful! I didn’t even want to use them, but the company I bought my appliances from uses them for scheduling. They NEVER reply to emails and I was told I could call closer to the date of my service to get a more definite timeline (they’ve given me a 5 hour window and I live 40 minutes away). I called today and asked to see if I could get a more accurate time. The representative said “Who is strata?” and “it’s best to stay there for the whole 5 hours” and “the technician SHOULD call you 30 min. before coming”. I asked if there is a way to know the route of the technician or if they can coordinate with the technician so I can plan my schedule and let strata know in advance. His reply was “I’m not a mind reader”. They basically schedule an appointment for you and you contact the technician yourself. AWFUL! I think I’m just going to cancel this service and find someone myself.

the installer came to give us an estimate on connecting our new fridge to a water source. The kitchen sink is too far from the fridge so we thought of connecting it to the water source under the sink in the bathroom, just through the wall behind the fridge. I drilled a hole in the right space to check the feasibility and the installer was pleased with the idea, and the short amount of time it took to connect. Anyone buying a treadmill from Canadian Tire should not agree to pay for the assembly by Quick Contractors. I bought the most expensive Nordic Track treadmill Canadian Tire carried. The delivery was great and dealing with the Canadian Tire in Grimsby was fantastic. The nightmare began trying to schedule the assembly which I paid for as an extra. I have called and spoken to 6 different people who have promised to call me back with a date to assemble and no one has yet to get back to me. The process to get delivery and assembly confirmed has been ridiculous. I had to call multiple times because every time I was told "I'll follow up with you" no one called. I tried Emailing - never got an Email response either. I got verbal confirmation from customer service that my delivery and assembly were confirmed for a given date and the contractor would call me. No call. Until 12 hours before the scheduled delivery only to be told "sorry - we can't do the assembly anymore". There were offers of trying to find someone to help and promise of a call back - no call back every received. Multiple voicemails left for the contractor - no return call ever. The only reason I'm not giving a ZERO star review is because I tried the 'live chat' on their website and got Irene who was helpful and DID actually call back as promised and helped figure things out. But based on this experience, despite the help (finally) I wouldn't personally use them again.

Scheduled a water softener install through Canadian Tire. First guy walked off the job without saying why, until later I learned he "wasn't comfortable" with doing the job. Two more scheduled installs using somebody different, and first time he cancelled, next time he didn't show up at all, and didn't take my calls. I told them I didn't want to use them at all after that, very unprofessional. They get 1 star because the case manager refunded me the total amount for the service that was never completed.

Be very wary of these contactors ! They are not reliable ! I purchased a couple of appliances from "Appliance Canada" in the summer. When I inquired about installation, they informed me about "Quick Contractors" who provided installation services for their customers. When they arrived at my home to provide a quotation for the installations, the guy told me that he will give me a much better price if I go with him directly instead of through Appliance Canada. He also assured me that if there are any problems with any of the installations, to call him directly and he will attend to it. Since the price was so good, I decided to go with him. After a couple of months, there was a problem with one of the appliances and I contacted the contractor. After several calls, he has still not come to fix it. I live in Mississauga. I would have been better off going through Appliance Canada for the installation since it would have been covered with a warranty. Lesson learnt: Sometimes it's better to pay a little more and have peace of mind.

Worst company I have dealt with. They were suggested by Canadian Appliance Source after we purchased a dishwasher from them. Set up an appointment for the pick-up, delivery and installation of the dishwasher for Friday May 9th. We get a phone call from the contractor technician Friday morning who tells us he would come install the dishwasher when it would be in our home. We tell him that picking up the dishwasher is part or the contract we had with them. Tells us it wasn’t clear and that his car is full anyways so he can’t come. We call Quick Contractors to expose them the situation. I get a call back from the regional manager Christian who promises us that everything will be done on the following day, Saturday the 10th, that the technician would pick up the machine at 10 am and would install it in early afternoon. Fine. I can work with this. Comes Saturday, no phone calls no nothing. I call back Quick Contractors again to tell them about the situation. They tell me a technician is on it and would come between 6-10 pm. Fine. Later on, the technician tells us he got to CAS warehouse and that they wouldn’t let him take the machine and that he had left. He then had and emergency and he wouldn’t be able to come on Saturday. Seriously spent all day on the phone back and forth trying to get an ETA. I could have gone to CAS myself to pick up the dishwasher and install it myself! Quick Contractors should consider changing their company name to Slow Contractors. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service and they take your money before conducting any work. Can’t wait for Monday to come by and hear once more one of their made up stories again. Stay away from this company like its COVID-19. There goes my 230$ plus tax down the drain!

I contacted Canadian Tire to have a garage door opener installed. Set up an appointment for 7-noon on a Friday. Sat and waited for 5 hours, and then another 45 minutes on the phone for them to tell me that the appointment was actually scheduled between noon and 2. I never received any confirmation of that time. They claimed that the actual time was set by the contractor but I was not once contacted by the contractor directly. So, they made it out to see like it was my fault. I would have canceled the appointment and returned the opener if only I wouldn't have to go through this ridiculous process all over again.

I purchase a 30" fridge and a 24" frizzier from Canadian Appliances as a result they gave me Quick Contractors phone number to have my appliances installed by them, I called and they arrange a for a specialist to visit my property from the beginning I provide then all the information they required and they agreed to have somebody at my property on Friday October the 12th I wait all day for them when they did not show up I called and they said that a mistake was made and that I was booked for the 18th, since it was very close to Thanksgiving and I really needed the installation they agreed to send somebody the next day Saturday the 13th in the afternoon from 12/5 he arrive at 4:30PM when inside my house and walk right out and said that it was a very expensive fridge and he could not touch it just like that, I called and they keep me for 1 hour and 40 minutes in the line and told me that after Thanksgiving somebody else would go. I got a called on the 16 after Thanksgiving Weekend to said that the cost for the installation would be $1,200.00 extra because they had made a mistake from the original price at that moment I request my money back the one they removed from my visa when I place the order, the lady who I spoke with assure me that I should have it in 2 days after that I wait another 2 weeks and until I Called to complain not before they put it back on my visa. Worst experience I really do not recommend them, the technicians are very poor qualified.

I am not the person writing reviews. This company has made me post this one. I had the worst experience dealing with this company. I bought a washer and dryer from The Brick who further had the installers hired from this company quick contractors. First it took me forever to book with their installer and once he showed up did the worst job. He did not test the washer and confirmed verbally that everything is good to go. When I started the washer, there was water all around my laundry and inside the closet. It damaged the light downstairs in the pantry. Fortunately the damages were minimal but one could imagine happening all this in the brand new house where we moved 2 weeks ago. Now, its been over a week since I complained about the damages and the manager has not contacted me even once to compensate. I am going to post everything on social media and file a lawsuit against this company. I strongly recommend not to get any services from this company.

I was/am beyond myself pleased with the team who thought outside the box!! Story...gazebo delivered June 17. Lone installer arrived June 19. Said it couldn't be done. Deck high, panels need to be inserted from back, need 3 + extra feet of deck to do this. However install company said they would send a team to re-assess. June 24-technician injured. Reset June 26-rain check. Reset June 29-rain check. Reset July 3-hurray. Team of Zak, Amud, Matthew and Abdul arrived. Initially said it couldn't be done. I persisted, they discussed, decided to try (all of us with apprehension). Definitely all 4 of them were needed. Two hours of solid, consistent, no-nonsense work and I have my impossible gazebo. Huge kudos!!!

Repeatedly failed to show up at their scheduled time. After their contractor repeatedly failed to return his employer's calls, they just gave me the phone number of their ignoring contractor, instead of reassigning my contract to someone who wasn't apathetic. When he finally did show, he lied about the measurements for the job, falsely stating that I needed to exchange my purchases for something that would fit his false measurements. A later contractor was able to do the job that the earlier one said couldn't be done due to the measurements. Weeks were wasted because of all this, and Quick Contractors didn't seem to care.

My experience. Best Buy obviously uses these contractors for installations of appliances. Two men "installed" my new GE dishwasher. It was obvious that they were not properly trained from the beginning. It would have been an easy installation as per instructions. One man seemed to sit of our floor reading the instruction. The other was looking into dishwasher. They were here at least an hour over expected. They hooked up all of the water and electric parts. They then informed me that th machine was too big and I needed a smaller one, even though it measured exactly the same as the one that was removed. I was able to move the side cabin end out to allow it to fit in. The extra time seemed to focus on getting the insullation in place. I had to remove the kick plate today as the dishwasher was not level. The insulation was all stained and dirty and there was a big stain on the floor underneath. I have called GE to come and assess as it is still under warranty.

Had purchased a dishwasher through Canadian Appliances- they use Quick Contractors To book an appointment, they prebill your credit card. Who gets charged for services before they’re rendered?? I had booked a Saturday morning installation. Several automated text message confirmations leading up to installation date. But no one showed up. I tried calling QC multiple times after the end of the time window. ( machine says phone line open Saturdays) - goes to hold. Clearly no one in the office. The installer calls me directly at 8 pm —says will come Monday 7 am, “even 6:30” , before I need to leave for work. I get another automated confirmatory text from QC. However, again, I wait and he doesn’t come. He calls after time window wanting to arrange a 3rd date - of course I said no way. I called Canadian Appliances warehouse once it opened at 9:30. The dishwasher was still in the warehouse! I called QC to get my money refunded. All they could offer was that they won’t be using that installer again ( and they offered to get me a different installer, haha) They’re quick to charge you before the work is done, they’re not available to contact Saturdays like their phone line says. I GIVE QUICK CONTRACTORS ZERO STARS.

This group did a great job with our 12 x 10 hardtop gazebo. Lower rating was due to the fact that large packing box 8.5 ft x 3.5 ft x 1.5 ft was left for our disposal. I would have been fine with any cardboard left although it meant cutting this up to smaller pieces however the large box has wood sides 8.5 ft long and some steel pieces which held the gazebo parts. We do not have a sawsall to cut this and garbage pickup will not take this unless cut up. Install $500.00 plus $85.00 for them to bring the gazebo to our house. We are a tad disappointed for sure.

Incompetent technicians, complete lack of product knowledge/familiarity, apparently didn't read (or even look at) the instructions. The technicians first refused to install the wall-mount that came with my LG-G1 77" OLED TV (purchased at The Brick) because of "liability issues" (they couldn't figure out, how to reach and close the safety clips at the back!). They then refused to install a second, separate wall-mount because they thought it would block an electrical socket... But after reading "Step 1" of the instructions, it was obvious they had the whole thing backwards and they were attempting to attach the vertical supports, that would usually attach to the back of the TV, to the wall instead! They then tried to leave without repacking the TV but even that was a nightmare because when they'd unpacked it, they'd torn the outer cardboard packaging into two pieces instead of lifting it over! The only positive thing that could come from this, would be if Quick Contractors and The Brick provided a full refund, without any issues, ASAP.... I'll update on that!

The installation "was"; not so happy with it, but there were language communication limitations; their English was not good. Sometimes it was very frustrating. They never put plumbers putty, where the sink meets the kitchen counter, under the sink itself. They only put silicon in the outside external part of the sink, I hope not to have any leaking problems in a near future. I think they are careless.

Ordered from Canadian Tire, and had 2 no-shows for my delivery. Missed their 1st confirmed delivery window of 7am-12pm with no contact or communication whatsoever. After several attempts to have ME contact the driver myself (rather than taking responsibility and rectifying the problem) someone rebooked my delivery for the following day. They no-showed for that as well, and again, no follow-up. They have blamed it on Canadian Tire and/or the individual drivers without so much as an acknowledgement for the huge inconvenience...after staying home for a total of 10 hours and not receiving my delivery. I usually laugh at the "would give 0 stars if I could" comment, but in this case it's well founded.

*EDIT* Very disappointed with my doorbell camera. This camera was purchased through Enercare and installed by Quick Contractors. My experiences (plural) with both Enercare and this company has been terrible. We have contacted Enercare countless times to send an installer out to fix our camera, however of the multiple requests for an installer, we have only had 1 person to ever show up at our house to look at the issues surrounding the camera - and he didn’t even fix the issue. The most recent request for an installer to come to our house ended with a phone call ONLY. Everyone we’ve talked to has blamed it on the signal (installers and Enercare). We have followed everyone’s advice and bought two signal extenders/ wifi boosters and have even moved out hub/ router to several different parts of the house however our camera still does not work. No one from the company is willing to physically drive to our house to take a look at the camera. Now we have a useless doorbell camera at our front door. I’ve told the installer that it is flashing red and green over the phone but he advised there is nothing he can do about it. HE DID NOT COME TO THE HOUSE TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT (as per the owners response saying they “invested time and fuel” into this). No one wants to remove the camera to stop the blinking or even try to fix it. We ended up spending a lot of extra money on wifi boosters for no reason along with hundreds of dollars on a doorbell camera.

I paid for this to service to assemble my new BBQ. It has been a horrible experience. First off, they would not schedule an appointment date after I received the BBQ. Thus far, I have called in over a dozen times... each time I call, I have to wait on the phone as it rings from 10 to 30 minutes. Half the times the calls just ring out, no one ever picks up and you cant leave a message.. but you never know, as sometimes you wait for 30 min, and then someone answers. I have talked to 6 different people.. each one assuring me that I will be scheduled asap, but nothing ever happens. The last 2 people advised they will call me back that day, and did not. As I write this, my BBQ continues to sit in a box on the driveway... being exposed to rain and elements 24hr a day for a WHOLE MONTH. Still nothing has been scheduled. This service and customer service has been horrible. I literally have never experienced anything like this.. the amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to get a simple install date from them, I could've setup the BBQ 3 times over. What a scam.

Th contractor was diligent, worked hard and did a good job. Unfortunately the booking service was quite cumbersome. Our first contractor did not show up and there was no communication with us to let us know. My impression is that this is a relatively routine occurrence for the team at Canadian Tire booking services. Re-scheduling took place over several days with very little sense of urgency from anyone but us and was only completed when a manager became involved. Booking a contractor directly will be your best option.

Firstly, the call centre is disorganized and could not schedule appropriately for a fridge, dishwasher, range and tor microwave installation. The contractor they sent was polite but not equipped to do the installations to be done. They demanded additional payment before starting the work. They installed the fridge with waterline, but water was leaking and he reported it was a manufacturer's defect (called the manufacturer repair service after installation only to find out the problem was the fridge was installed correctly). The contractor was messy and did not clean up after the work... left screws, wall drilling material, packaging all around kitchen without even cleaning up afterwards. Would not recommend Quick Contractors.... find a better service like the one offered by IKEA for a better experience. ALSO, Quick Contractors refused to send me an itemised billing for services... that only send a email credit card charge confirmation... what a ridiculous and unprofessional operation!

Repetitive miscommunication between Quick Contractors and the contractors that they employ. The contractor who was supposed to install the gas line never called or scheduled the work, but Quick Contractors told me it was scheduled. Their install people damaged my fridge but left before I realized it.. now I am waiting to have that looked at and then a wait for replacement. Still have no scheduled time to have the gas stove installed and no way to communicate with the contractor directly AND THEY have the gas permit I paid for, so I cannot go elsewhere!

After chasing quick contractors for weeks, they finally sent out a guy for an assessment of the damage. And now they have completely dropped off the face of this earth. This place is a absolute joke ..i placed a online order from canadian tire was emailed and asked for 3 days that i would like for my delivery i chose friday Saturday and sunday this was on the tuesday..well friday went and came and i heard nothing so i called saturday and was informed...oh ya the first delivery company couldnt do it so they would have to find someone else and they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to schedule my delivery. They couldnt even be bothered to call me and inform me of this...then i get a call monday at 2 asking if i can be home tomorrow bettween 11 and 2 guess people dont have things called jobs ...long story short i ended up canceling and getting my money back..dont order from canadian tire you will be waiting for the second coming of jesus to hear from these jokes better off to rent a truck and do it yourself
