Did not have a good experience with this company everything is put in a online program called rakin if your not hitting the numbers they see on the office end they fire you with no notice. Never in my years have I worked for a contractor that does business this way, usually your foreman would approach you and ask what the problem is, is there not enough material, is there not enough tools etc. But plan doesn't care about that they would rather fire employees that have been with them for 10 years. Don't work for these corporate scumbags

Where do you find your employees? Unexperienced in every aspect and not very knowledgeable about construction. Will cut corners to make a few bucks!!!

these guys are garbage to work for. they keep baglickers and management that have no clue how to run jobs. they have a flawed rating system. go team plan :) way to go
