What we really appreciated with Shawn and Titans RoofWorks was that he was always readily available whenever we had any questions and concerns. There was never any financial pressures or obligations until the job was done to our satisfactions. It was not always smooth in terms of getting the job done because of how much of a mess our roof was in. They were overly patient and explained everything to us and make recommendations where they saw fit. We appreciate Shawn's honestly, professionalism and judgement, which allowed us to make informed decisions throughout the project. In conclusion, my mother and I are extremely happy with the job done our my grandmother's roof, where I will makes sure to use Shawn and Titans RoofWorks again in the future on my own home.

Just had our roof shingle replaced and leaf guard installed last week, our experience with Titans was great. The team came quickly and did a comprehensive quote on site, the scope of work was thoroughly explained up front by Shawn, he was very responsive and followed up with us along each step of the project. We met with Shawn to review our needs and he immediately made us feel comfortable and in spending time to go over the job details, we were quite confident in Titans ability to do the job. He was speaking to us more like a friend than a contractor. Following up and dealing with the office was also a pleasure considering too that this was all taking place during the Covid-19 restrictions. Our roofing job had some special requirements. Re-shingle with the latest technologies underlayment, drip edge, replace vents, add washroom vents, top up attic insulation to R60, replace eaves with leaf guard technology etc. We are extremely happy with the results. All but the eaves were complete on the same day, they were scheduled for a week later. The crews were awesome! They were focussed on their job and went about it efficiently. There was good chemistry within the team as well. The prep, the work and the cleanup was well organized. I talked with Carlos, the lead roofer a few times and he handled all of my concerns courteously and professionally. Thank-you so much for our new roof and insulation top up. We are very happy with the colour, the product and the quality of the installation. We can feel the difference the added insulation has made. The second floor would normally be quite warmer especially with the recent hot days. Titans Roofing Inc. is our recommendation if you have any roofing requirements.

Shawn at Titans followed thru and did come to quote the job while being extremely respectful of new social distancing guidelines. We had multiple exchanges by emails, responsiveness was fantastic and also had a great conversation on what my real needs were which changed his material recommendation allowing to meet my pricing expectation. From there, the crew showed up the day expected, the job took a few more days based on a limited 2 men's crew based on COVID responsible guidelines. The crew was professional, they have cleaned up extremely well daily which having dogs, was important to us. The end result is great and I would absolutely recommend Titans!

These guys are great, I used them to fix the venting from the bathroom fans to the roof (previous owner of the house apparently did not finish this part of the renovations). They had to install a new vent in the roof for one of them. They also installed the baffles on the side of the roof to allow airflow in the attic space. They were happy to answer all my questions and explained what they were doing. The quote was fairly priced and they did great work. Highly recommended!

I am a first-time homeowner and I called 8 different roofing companies after a windstorm tore some shingles off my roof. I have a very steep roof and 3 companies said they couldn't do the job, 2 quoted me absurd pricing, 1 didn't respond, and another was quite rude on the phone. After working with Titans, I will never use another roofing company ever again! They were so professional, responded very quickly using their text messaging system, and offered me a very reasonable quote! When they actually did the job, the work was fantastic and they took lots of pictures of my roof's condition (which I didn't realize was in such rough shape when I bought the house). They offered me a free quote to replace the roof whenever i want, without making me feel like I was being upsold (free quote, no commitment). The reception staff/techs/customer service people at Titans are top notch, and honest. Would absolutely recommend!

The pros: Quality of the roof is good and verified to be so by a friend that is a retired property inspector. Crew was pleasant and respectful. Clean up afterward was also good. The cons: They were the most expensive of all quotes I obtained. Communication with Shawn was good prior to roof installation but poor during and after installation when there were a few hiccups. This caused stress. I would have liked a phone call to hash things out. The key question I always ask is whether I would use them again...In this case, despite their good quality workmanship, probably not.

I've had an overall great experience with Titans. They sent a person who inspected the rood, used a drone to take pictures from all angles, and then proceeded with a quote, which was in the same range as others for similar products. I had an issue with the delivery people who did roof delivery and caused a problem with one of the rafters in the Garage due to overloading the materials in one location. They responded quickly and repaired the damage on the same day right after changing the shingles. Also, after installation, they were a couple of issues that were problematic, they did not hesitate to send people twice and fixed the problem. Throughout, they were courteous, pleasant, and quite responsive. They have great staff working for them who were able to take care of all the problems that arose, especially Paul, Cait and Lisa who were always ready to listen and find solutions.

May windstorm caused a lot of damage to a lot of homes. Trying to get a roofing company to answer your calls was literally impossible. Titans answered the call, had someone willing to come out and take a look (used a drone!), provided a list of addresses they had done if we wanted to go look, gave us choices and recommendations for shingles, and provided an estimate. They said our roof was not in great shape (only 5 years old) and suggested we replace versus repair. They were very busy but said they could replace our roof if we wanted to wait approx. 8 weeks. We literally never saw them as we were away the day they came to do it. They did a professional job and left our yard clean and tidy. The roof looks great and we are happy that we finally have a proper roof on our house. Thank you Titans for doing a great job! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer who does quality work. Yes they cost a bit more and it's well worth it to have a proper roof on your biggest investment - your home.

We met with several roofing companies and were most impressed with Titans. I did a great deal of research on roofing systems prior to our meeting and Shawn came out and checked all of my boxes. Titans installs high quality shingles and are Bauemler Approved. After flying a drone over my house, taking precise measurements, inspecting my attic and going over our options, we were given a very reasonable quote. When the crew showed up for installation, they all cared about what they were doing. I watched them closely and saw one of the crew inspecting each shingle before sending it up. They stayed until the job was done and after they were finished, the supervisor talked to me for 20 minutes explaining what they had done. The roof looks amazing (I never thought I'd be excited about a roof!) and it will last a long time because it was done right. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Titans RoofWorks did an amazing job of complete shingles replacement and skylights installation for our home in Burlington. The owner of Titans, Shawn, was pleasant to work with. The quote process was a lot more professional than other roofers we contacted – with detailed square footage measurement and roof inspection using a drone; the pricing was very fair and competitive considering a more premium shingle (Malarkey) being used. On job date, the crews were on-time and polite; they cleaned up the property after each day. After job completion, both Shawn and the supervisor came back to inspect the work; a few minor imperfections were found and they promptly sent the crews back to address them. I needed some repairs done on my roof and contacted several companies to view the damage and provide a cost for repair. Several refused to provide a quote without my commitment to let them do the work. Titan’s employee came, properly identified the problem (several misdiagnosed the issue) and did a great job with the repair. Their price was consistent with the market – FYI the going rate for repair is $400. They provided pictures of the work done and were very polite and professional dealing with my wife and I before, during and after the work was done.

We chose Titan because our investigation online showed them to be both local and highly reputable. From the start, Shawn worked with us to explain our options and help us make informed choices. We selected the package that met our needs and scheduled the install. Sometimes when you undertake a big project, everything goes smoothly. Sometimes it doesn't. It is when it doesn't that you learn very quickly how well you have chosen. When the shingles arrived, they did not match the sample Shawn had received from the manufacturer. To make matters worse, almost 1/2 the roof was done by the time we discovered they were not what they should be. Shawn's first words were, "Don't worry...we will fix this. If you like the new roof, I'm happy to finish it but it is your choice. This is not what you chose and we will make it right." We did not like the delivered shingles. Ignoring the materials and labour already invested, they got the right product, removed what had been installed and replaced it all with the materials we had selected. His sent 2 crews to get the job done in the shortest time possible. The final product is awesome. The final price was the original price quoted. The crews were great and cleaned up everything. When they were done, other than the new roof, it was like they had never been there. We add our names to the long list of customers who trusted Titan to get the job done, and we are quite satisfied with that choice. The customer service and professionalism on the project were all we could have hoped for and more.

The final result is far superior to that of the the previous generation and we believe that the Malarkey shingles with the Mohawk ridge cap made a big difference. It’s hard for me to review Titans with a star rating as we didn’t get to use their service - not for lack of trying on our part. Family of mine had used them and they were fantastic and that’s why they recommended them to us. However, with an active emergency leak, we tried calling three times throughout last week and each time we had to give them our information all over again to issue a service ticket. Each time, the person on the phone promised us they would follow up with the request personally and mark that it was an active leak and get someone to at least phone us back that same day. But here we are more than a week later without a call. They must be very busy (and maybe calling us back within a week is not standard practice I don’t know), but they shouldn’t promise a call back and leave us hanging. I’ve heard their work is great, but based on the lack of communication I’d be weary to recommend them.

Titans RoofWorks responded quickly to my recent call for help to address damage apparently caused by racoons trying to dig an entry point into my roof. They inspected everything and touched up that damage, plus identified and addressed a few other wear-and-tear areas on my roof, which had been upgraded with new shingles by Titans about 4 years ago. Everything done well, and reasonably priced. I have had Titans install new shingles, ventilation, and eavestroughs on roofs at 2 different houses in recent years. We had roof leak on March 10, 2019 as result of strong wind and heavy rain. I immediately contacted Titans on Sunday morning to investigate and find the root cause. Few hours later I received 2 emails from the Shawn(owner) and Cait. They assured me that their team will come Monday morning at 8:00 AM for a site visit. Long story short, team member came on time to find the root cause and Cait provided estimate for the work. Service from Titans Roofworks has been excellent and prompt from the time they replaced my roof shingles about 2 years ago to date. Over the past couple of years I've had the roof replaced as well as the gutters/eaves/soffits and finally attic ventilation. Shawn's teams are professional, producing a good quality of workmanship. Shawn is willing to work with the customer to ensure they get what they want, even to the point of replacing a nearly finish new roof with the correct shingles. He also help source a difficult to find leaf guard system that I requested. Finally his recommendation on the attic ventilation is proving to be right on the money. With respect to money, they aren't the cheapest firm in the area, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, value for money.

-1 Don’t Trust Titan Roofing. I had my roof repaired by them and a few weeks later all the new shingles blew off. It was a small job only a few shingles and they could not get that right. I understood I was getting a Repair and Preventative Service, paid...and then they said I had no coverage on their work. I didnt expect a new roof just some accountability. What a waste of money. Also the damage now could escalate significantly and effect my house. They didn’t even offer an alternate solution. Go elsewhere!

Shawn was one of many of the roofers who came to visit us and give us a quote. We decided to go with him because he was very thorough during this initial inspection, and spotted a couple of problem none of the others did. Weather was very bad during the week of our initial booking, but we were always kept up to date with what was going on and the communication was great throughout the process. I have to give my special thanks to the team who actually installed the roof as well. They were very nice to deal with, and they did a great job. Even though they were working on a very hot day, they did not rush anything and did not cut any corners. They also did a very good job at cleaning up - after they were gone, there wasn't much else left for me to do. I can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

As the day got close I was given updates by email as to what the process would involve. On the actual day the crew were on time each day and were very polite and professional. As well, each day my property was left clean and tidy, especially after everything was done. Extra effort was made to ensure no nails, pieces of shingles or garbage was left around. I acknowledge that Titans was definitely not the cheapest, however I’m totally confident that value for the product and workmanship was worth every dollar. I had Titans replaced the shingles of my house nine years ago. I chose their company over their opponents because I was amazed by Shawn's profession, communication skills and genuineness. I recommended Titans to my neighbors and friends after his team did a wonderful job. Few days ago, one of the shingles of my house was blown off because of the terrible gale. I contacted Shawn. He was very patient to explain the possible reasons, put me in an urgent queue, quickly made an arrangement to repair it. Unfortunately an overnight snow made the roof invisible on the scheduled day, one day before Christmas and forced the delay of the repair. Shawn comforted me and promised to repair after the Christmas. I never expected his technicians could show off on Sunday, the Boxing day to repair the roof. His team members were hardworking and easy to communicate. Another fantastic job was done! I was deeply touched. I feel Titans really put their customers first, communicates well with customers and solves the problems as soon as possible. There was an area on my roof that looked damaged and weathered and really needed attention. Titans RoofWorks came to me in Milton to repair my roof. I was really glad I called them. Turns out my roof needed some serious repair. Titans explained to me what they could do to fix it, and how it prevent future damage. I was really surprised at what they could do for me, and it didn’t even go out of my budget. I was so happy. They repaired my roof for me, and it still blended in with the existing shingles. I was really worried my roof would look mismatched, but the end results proved me wrong. Once they were finished the job, they also explained some warning signs for me to look for so I could spot damage in the early stages before it got worse. I was really impressed with the service, and above all the pride they show in their work.

Three days before Christmas we saw a small section of our roofing was raised leaving it open to weather damage. We contacted Titan Roofing to try to arrange a time for them to check our problem. We were contacted within 15 minutes asking for us to send a picture. We sent a picture of the problem and immediately were advised of the time they would be here the next day. Titan showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem. They sent us a picture of the repair and we were thrilled. Titan made sure the problem was fixed before Christmas. We were very happy with the prompt communication, excellent customer service and excellent work. I would recommend Titan as one of the best companies we have hired.
