Shawn's Roofing re-shingled the roof of our first home and did a great job. There was only one minor issue after the new roof had been installed that was dealt with immediately after they were notified. Extremely prompt customer service and a fine crew who did their best to do a thorough clean up afterward. Those roofing nails are pesky things and not unlike Christmas tree needles, you'll find them months later. Luckily they covered the pool to prevent anything falling into the water. Would definitely suggest you give Shawn's Roofing the opportunity to quote your next roofing project!

I called this company a couple of weeks ago, they did not get back. Just got off of the phone with whomever answers the phone there and refused to identify herself. She said Shawn had been very busy and gets home late at night and is very tired. She was extremely rude. Really? Perhaps tell me that on the initial call and I will move on. Draw your own conclusions.

Called for warranty work due to a possible leak in the flashing. Came with an attitude after a week of zero communication, "I can leave if you want" followed by "don't piss me off" is what Shawn said to me on 5/11/2018. Definitely did not feel pleasant to deal with as I'm sure my work was not worth his patience during this busy time. +1 for Shawn's associate, who is the most professional and down to earth guy you will meet.

Trustworthy, easy to deal with and stand by their workmanship and product. Shawn's roofing replaced the shingles for my parents freehold town home complex more than 5 years ago. After the windstorm we called for them to inspect the roofs and replace the shingles that had blown off. A great job when the roof was originally done 9 years ago and fantastic customer service after the recent wind storm. We lost a small number of shingles during the storm - far fewer than any of our neighbours whose roofs weren't hand nailed - and with roofing felt paper to the peak of the roof, the wooden roof was never left exposed. They were quick to make the repairs. Thanks for a great job and excellent service.
