We had contacted Chris at the end of June to have our driveway widened with concrete curbs and new asphalt. Chris scheduled the work to be done at the end of July, but as the day approached we got bumped until August 9th (2 weeks after our initial date). I had to email Chris on the Friday before the work was to be done to ensure they were coming on the 9th, but I was told we were being bumped again. Then on August 12th I was told by Chris that a person would contact me to do the concrete work and that Matos would do the asphalt after that. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing from the concrete person. I emailed Chris again to let him know and Chris said that he would remind him. Another 2 weeks went by with no call from the concrete person. I had to email Chris again to follow-up and was told that he would email the concrete person again. It has now been 6 weeks after our initial date and our driveway is not done. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. I shouldn't have to chase Chris to get the work done. He should be contacting me to see if the concrete person has connected with us start the job. I don't feel that I am a valued customer and for that reason I will be cancelling the work I was going to have done with them.

We would like to thank John for the fabulous job which he and his crew completed for us. Now our paved driveway looks wonderful. We were here when they did the work for us and were able to see how dedicated they all were. There was no exception to detail. Within a few hours, our driveway had all of the previous asphalt removed, the driveway was edged to perfection, and the new asphalt was laid/completed. The friendliness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. We would recommend Matos Paving to all of our families and friends.
