I would give a rating of 0 if it was available. Due to reckless excavation practices, a neighbour's cable/internet line was cut. Complaints from the neighbour resulted in threats and retaliation from the local crew (a load of gravel was dumped to block their driveway). A written complaint to the owner resulted in a dismissive response which didn't respond to any of the listed concerns. They did not take responsibility for any damage they caused.
