Working with Canadian Tile Pro was an absolute dream! A couple of months ago, our problem started with a sunken tile in the shower. We got a few different estimates, and Canadian Tile Pro (hereafter CTP) was competitive on the price, but made the strongest impression when we met and chatted. Sol talked to us about what he suspected he problem might be, but it ended up being even more than he initially assumed. It required more work and time, but he was amazingly flexible with his schedule and fitting us in even though it meant more time to do the job right. Picking out the tile was super easy, as well - we gave him an idea of what we wanted, generally, and he sent along photos of samples. His first choice was ours, too. During the process, he called us up to take a look at what he was doing, so we know what has been installed and the layers of protection that went into a gorgeous new shower. It was ripped down to the studs and required some plumbing to be re-done, even finding a slow leak (between the top of the shower and bottom of the attic) from when the house was built and repairing it. The level of care put into the build was amazing. Knowing what was installed and being able to see every stage, and made a part of the process, gave me great peace of mind. Sol takes a lot of pride in his work and is meticulous in creating something that matched our vision. Going into this was anxiety-inducing, because replacing an entire shower was *not* something we expected and had to be repaired before we could use it again. But Sol reassured us that the sunken tile was only the start of something that would have spiraled into the shower falling apart in short time. Such a great company and my wife and I could not be more emphatically satisfied with our decision to go with CTP. The shower is an absolute dream. The only downside is now the *rest* of the bathroom looks stale to a crisp and clean new shower. It's positively stunning and makes such a difference. Thrilled to recommend him and CTP.

This was our first experience with a tiling project so I'm never sure if my expectations were too high. Things that I never thought about was if garbage removal was part of the quote or not, it wasnt.The original quote was inflated because of under estimating and extra material that I didn't think of like tile edges and more material. Caulking was not completed between the tile and wall/ceiling. Floors were leveled with self leveler and were finished smooth but not completely level. We are happy with the end result. The "marble" look of the tiles were placed in a way that fitted the veins into a larger pattern that turned out very well. We are overall happy with the result but left a little wanting in the details. Sohil was kind and polite and willing to explain the process and we would recommend him as a contractor.

Fantastic Job! Great Quality of workmanship! Professional service with a smile! A+ Contractor Sol refaced my Direct Vent Gas Fireplace which was not an easy job. I had various contractors turn down the project since it complicated job. I trusted Sol to get the job done and I was not disappointed. Sol exceeded my expectations. The job was started and done on a time. Sol replace the hardwood floor in the family room which was done to perfection. He always took his shoes off and at the end of the work day Sol cleaned up the work area prior to leaving. I would highly, highly recommend Sol for your next tiling job. I was having some issues with the tiles being installed in my home and I wanted to get some education on the installation process. Not only do they offer great responsiveness/customer service, but Sol is a perfectionist. We also purchased the tile from his tile shop and it is top quality. Honestly, if you have a chance to work with Sol - do it. There are very, very few people on his level in the construction industry. I have done various projects with various general contractors and Sol is BY FAR the best to work with. Knowledgeable, detail-oriented and honest. And he takes pride in his work. Sol redid our main floor (kitchen + living room) in the fall of 2021. We were on a tight timeline and he really delivered. We even threw him a couple of last-minute curveballs that weren't in the original scope. I have had previous general contractors who don't properly supervise their poorly-vetted sub-contractors, leaving improper work that needs to be fixed - and that adds so much time and headache. In contract, Sol was incredibly involved from the beginning and only brought in subs who were trustworthy. The result was work done right the first time. Before construction started, Sol took the time to walk us through various design decisions. I'm so glad we had his guidance and expertise, and he definitely led us to making better decisions for our home. Thanks for everything Sol!
