I have used this company for many years and they never cease to amaze me on the quality of service providers they have. In end of October this year, for the first time, my furnace kept sending an error code, I was not sure if I should book a technician visit at that time. So I called Canada Energy Solution for help. They sent the technician the same day. Technician John is very professional, efficient and polite. He diagnosed the problem almost right away and fixed it. I can't recommend Canada Energy Solution highly enough. Every one is pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable as was the technicians John and Archer who explained what the problem was in detail so I could see the problem areas. I highly recommend them for a job well done and peace of mind. First class all the way.

I contacted CES and they promptly sent an inspector and proposed to install a high efficiency system. They also helped us secure a government rebate to lower our upfront costs. I had replaced my attic insulation. They vaccumed all my 30 years old insulation and blew fresh fiber glass pink insulation upto 22 inches. furnace is running less during winter and room feels warmer/ comfortable and holds temperatures better. Very quick professional service. Jacky price matched best offer i got from searching around. They insulated my attic hatch/entrance too. Best deal if you are applying for embridge rebate. Almost free. Jacky and his mans heard what i said about paying attention to certain area. Tech inspected my attic and told me what i can to maintain and how was my attic ventilation and exhaust fan and all. I highly suggest you air seal your attic if you are replacing your insulation. Ask if they can do for extra which i didn't. Its hard work. Good job yall. Save me some gas money

Our AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. I contacted CES last Sunday at 2 pm for a quote. Archer called me an hour later and guided me through my selection. We reached a deal by 4, and was followed up by a written quotation, which was accepted. Then John called and confirmed that the installation would begin the next day at 11 am. The installation crew arrived on time and the job was done professionally shortly after 2 pm. I am not sure that was a record but it is amazing that the whole thing was done in 24 hr. Thank you Archer, John, and the installation crew for the good work, effort, and unsurpassed efficiency.

Jacky and David came today to fix the old floor furnace. They quickly figured out the issue which was a HUGE safety issue - the original installers were using the wrong wires to turn on the furnace!! Jacky helped me solve this problem quickly, keeping us informed throughout the process. I would definitely bring them back with open arms if we had another heating issue! The furnace replacement model we selected was better suited and much more efficient than the original model that was in our house. The overall installation was good; although the PVC pipe joints were a little sloppy. We were more or less satisfied with the overall installation, and pricing was the best of any quotation we received. We would recommend CES to our friends.

I called Canada Energy Solution for replacing my water heater, they sent someone to my house and give me the advice that I should go for the tankless water heater instead of water tank. The guy here is very knowledgeable and he explained the benefit of the tankless water heater to me patiently and I did some research on my own, finally I decided to go for it. Two days after they came and installed the unit , the technicians are professional and fast. I have used it for 2 weeks now , It's definitely worth the money, the efficiency of tankless is much higher than my old water tank. I would definitely recommend Canada Energy Solution to everyone I know! Great Service!

Very Fast response. Got me a new furnace installed in last weekend the same day I had no heat and it was -12 degree outside that day. And they also managed to get some rebate for me from some sort of program to bring my cost down! Great service and great Value. Definitely will recommend to my friends when they need it

My 15 years old house often feel cold in the winter,especially on the second floor.My daughter even got cold staying in there sometimes in the winter.Therefore I consulted some of my friends,they suggested me to add more insulation in the attic and have a check on my furnace&ductwork to try to solve the problem. Then I got inspector John's number from my friend who have had his service before.He responsed bery quickly,called me the same date,and came visit my house the next day.He was very curtious and professional,checked many places in my house and dignosed where the problems are coming from,turns out I only had less than 7" of the insulation on my attic,and its unevenly distributed everywhere,even saw some molds on the interior roof ceiling,obiviously the builder did a very poor job. With John's suggestion,I did upgrade on my attic insulation to 21",after that,my bedroom feel much warmer than before,I could actually feel the difference on the same night right after the installation ! Beside I only had to pay little couple of hundred dollars to get the job done with the help of the rebate from the Enbridge Program.I already gave John's number to some of my friends,it was such a great experience I had as well as the program itself.I highly recommend John

HVAC My air conditioning broke down in the middle of the hottest summer and during one of the hottest week. I scheduled an appointment to have an Air Conditioner installed on July 10. John & Archer arrived on time as promised. They were courteous, efficient, found problem as faulty capacitor, replaced it, tested air conditioner to see if working properly.
