As a homeowner you’d like to think your problem is the most important. After the wind storm so many home in the area needed repairs. And the stress of even a small job is not made better when you can even leave a message with any roofer. Well, Joe answered and was a true pro. He asked we text our address and he was compiling a list of homes. 70+ helped when I called. Given the busy period, so many store out of supplies Joe and his crew did a professional job and got of roof fixed! Even on projects that are small repairs like ours was. Thanks guys. Late in the season I called Joe and his team to come and remove an old furnace stack that was no longer being used. Joe and his team were able to schedule me in within a couple of weeks and did a fine job of removing the stack and covering up the hole with new wood and shingles that match. With the windstorm, I had my shingles blown away and plywood damaged. There was a hole in my roof as well. Joe was quick to respond, came to look at the roof on the same day. To prevent any further damage, repaired my roof hole the next day and came back a week later to re-shingle the roof. Joe never misses a call, very honest and his quotes are very competitive. Not to mention the roof looks great.

Available Roofing replaced my flat roof and fixed my shingled roof, reworked the flashing and added some vents. The next day it poured rain and the leak that we had before is now gone. Joe and his team were able to do everything in a day and cleaned up after they had finished. Joe was the only contractor that answered his phone, out of 4 different companies, the day I called with a tree branch sticking out of my roof. He came out to my house immediately and got a crew to me quickly to at least remove the branch and temporarily cover the hole. They returned 2 days later at almost 6:00PM to make sure my roof was repaired before a heavy rainfall. They were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair/replacement. They will be the first company I call if I ever need something done on my roof.

Before I called Joe at Available Roofing I called three other roofing companies to fix a leak in my roof after a heavy snow storm. These companies refused to come due to snow accumulation on the roof. However I called Joe, he had a “can do” and professional attitude and said it would be fixed in the next day. Joe and his team did a great job in repairing the damaged wood, sealing up the holes and reshingled the roof.
