Just a tune up and maintenance for the AC unit this time, but this is the third or fourth time Sean has been by to help us with one thing or another. They are honest about the state of equipment and give you a range of options. In addition to their annual checkup plans we’ve also used them for emergency servicing - so responsive. I need to in stall a clean out valve on my sewer outlet. Their representative, Mansell, was on time and very helpful. Mansell and his supervisor came up with a much better and safer alternative than what I was first proposing. The crew was very punctual and went out their way to let me select the best location of the cleanup valve. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Very unhappy. Called a technician to look at abnormal sounds coming from my furnace. Instead of fixing the issue, he issued me a ticket for incorrect installation of a flexible hose which I had no idea about. He also reported that to Enbridge. At the end of the day he left without fixing anything and I still had to pay him for his visit, and for him to tell on me. Later, a technician from another company, who came to fix the found discrepancy was able to fix the original cause of concern with a matter of minutes!

Our experience with Kyle from Atlascare was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. Our heater stopped worked on Friday at 9 PM. We called more than 6 companies which claimed to have 24-hour emergency service, and were told by some of them to wait until Saturday. Some didn’t pick up the phone. Some 24-hour service, right?! We were able to get ahold of one company, but the rep was in our house for an hour trying to find the problem, and after calling his supervisors and managers, still wasn’t able to resolve it, and said that we needed to change the motor and he would be back another day. Note that it was -19 degrees that Friday night and having a heater was crucial to be able to sleep through the night… So, we finally called Atlascare, and a very nice lady picked up and said that we would get help within the next 4 hours. We had the technician - Kyle - come in within 1.5 hours. Let me tell you - he is an absolute diamond. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and very pleasant to talk to. IT TOOK HIM 2 MINUTES TO IDENTIFY AND FIX THE PROBLEM (there was a plastic bag stuck in the furnace) THAT THE OTHER TECHNICIAN NEEDED AN HOUR ON AND STILL COULDN’T FIND THE SOLUTION! Our heater was fixed, and thanks to Kyle, we didn’t freeze in the -19 degree weather. Because of Kyle, we immediately signed up for a membership with Atlascare for our heater and AC. Just wanted to once again stress how amazing Kyle was in this entire experience. Thank you Kyle and Atlascare!

The technician who came to run diagnostics was friendly, professional, meticulous, and educational too - I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I would very much recommend Del, and ATLAS for the quality of their service staff.

I have been a customer of Atlas for about 15 years. They are a very professional organization and have serviced my furnace, AC and gas fireplace. I purchased my current furnace from them. Today I woke up to no heat so so called Atlas who showed up in 2 hours and diagnosed the problem as a failed motor that was under warranty. They replaced the part and we are warm again. From the emergency pager service to the office staff and technicians the crew are a group of great professionals.

Kyle was a great furnace technician. He spent a good amount of time checking all of the safety features of our furnace, and found out why our humidifier had not been working well. He provided me with three different options to resolve it and helped me choose what was best (instead of being a pushy sales person). He left the area cleaner then when it was beforehand, and took all of the left over garbage with him. I also love the feature of receiving a text with your drivers name + face and location before they arrive, so that we aren't just opening up our house to anyone. Highly recommended!

I've been so impressed with the service from AtlasCare. There's always a friendly agent in customer care to answer your questions and concerns. Eddie in customer care is always a pleasure to speak with. All of the technicians who have been to the house to service our air conditioner and furnace were knowledgable and helpful. Deshawn who did our duct cleaning was also very courteous and friendly, and worked with minimal disruption. They were also one of the only companies who was able to send out a technician on a stat holiday to fix our air conditioner this summer. We were very impressed and grateful to get the AC fixed during the heat wave. Well done AtlasCare!

Recently got a tuneup done and afterward noticed that the furnace was tripping on high heat (thought something broke during the tuneup process). I then contacted them and they quickly sent out another tech to rectify the issue. It turns out the previous tech missed a reading In the process of adjusting the furnace pressure he also noticed that there was a lot of collected drywall dust that needed to be cleaned up and contributed to the root problem I apologize for jumping to conclusion and blaming the tech but it was unfortunate that the problem wasn't caught the first time, leading to this coincidence

Like everyone at Atlas he’s a true professional: On time, communicated time of arrival within the window given, knowledgeable, polite, fast, tidy, explained additional services available with costs. Excellent service and professionalism. Our furnace died and was red tagged so we needed heat in our home ASAP. They were able to give us a fair price and install our new furnace in 24 hours. We also had a team come out to clean our ducts 24 hours after the furnace was put in. We also purchased a new AC which was installed several days after our furnace went in. We are very happy and grateful customers. I gave all the technicians that came to my home a 5 star rating as they were knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. We've had many HVAC companies, but we will use AtlasCare from now on. We had them install a new Furnace + AC into our home, and we encountered the best customer service we've ever had. The entire team that arrived was courteous, informative and friendly to our kids as they did their work. They had industrial drop cloths in their work area + paths, so when they left, there wasn't even dust inside the home from them going back and forth. They provided great solutions with the configuration of our new units, and our quote was better than other companies because they weren't charging extra for every little thing. They finished the entire job in one day and even made sure that we knew how to use our new thermostat before they left. Most other companies have felt shady dealing with in the past, and it's hard when you have to have people work in your home for an entire day. AtlasCare's team were incredible to work with. Lastly, we are also saving money switching to their maintenance plan which was around half the price of our previous provider with a few more services. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with the service. I had neither heat nor hot water on that Friday. I was supposed to move into my house on Monday. Atlas sent someone I will call an angel by the name of Bingham. Miraculously, he came over that same evening and expertly took care of both issues. He was patient, courteous and professional. I do not know what we would have done without Atlas or Bingham. I have now "adopted" this company for all HVAC needs. To find this level of service especially during Covid is something short of amazing.

Our AC died on one of the hottest days in July in the middle of the night. We called Atlas at 3am and Anthony D arrived at 1pm that same day. He was actually 1 hour early! He gave us options and we chose to replace tha capacitor and add a surge protector. That worked and we got the AC working again. Great service and we would highly recommend and use Atlas again!

This firm grew out of BOSCO. Stay clear. I saw a truck today and it’s signage was Google Atlas Hvac. How can they a assign the Google branding to their own name. Regardless I used BOSCO and it was probably the worst experience of my life as far as what they charged me. Please don’t use this outfit.

We have an annual plan with them and believe it’s good value for the service we receive. After a very unpleasant experience with Enercare, we decided to contact AtlasCare when our Furnace stopped working in -20 weather. Daniel helped diagnose our problem the same day, providing useful insight with no hidden charges. After deciding that we needed a new unit (along with a new AC which we knew we already needed), we had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff M. He was professional and explained every step about the process. He went above and beyond, getting the estimates and financing processed that same night, so that we could have the furnace up and running the very next day. We were able to text him any time of the day asking questions, receiving immediate responses. The techs who installed our units were on-time, respectful, and informative about their progress. We felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house with our dog to finish the job. This was easily one of the best experiences we've had as consumers. Will be recommending AtlasCare to our friends and family.

I appreciated the quick response. Technician (Rick Bruce) was on-site within half hour. Problem taken care of. He made sure everything was working as expected, and checked for safety issues. Small gas leak (old gasket) was repaired same day as well. Haven't maintained the boiler every year, so a bunch issues were uncovered. Main issue for not heating was old rusted spark plug. Also, condensation pump wasn't working properly, which he also identified.

The team and service at AtlasCare was excellent. We called them in to investigate our service line underneath our house. Within the next day, we had them start the work inside our house. We had to wait about 1.5 weeks to get locate done to mark the lines outside our house (not AtlasCare's fault). They came back the next day and finished the job. Atlas Care left us hanging. We booked an AC repair with the representative Chris who was nice but not knowledgeable enough to tell us that Atlas Care does not service the area of Binbrook (10 min from Hamilton). A Technician by the name of Gerry spoke to us an confirmed that he'd come in the morning. We waited and left a voice mail for him to see if he was still coming, but did not hear back from him. We contacted the company back and the service was not scheduled any more because the Technician had sent an email internally advising that he would not come to Binbrook and he is not even working today and was not planning to let us know that he was not coming any more. Atlas Care left us hanging, the temperature will feel like 40 degrees and my 78 yr old father and our pet will have to suffer because of thoughtless people like you. IT IS NOT OK to treat customers like that. I have left a message for Alex the Manager but would not surprise if she does not call back. Very disappointing!!

I called Atlas in an emergency to fix my gas boiler on a Saturday during one of the coldest days of the year. Although responsive and fairly quick to arrive (less than 2 hours from my first call) I certainly paid for it (over $400 to replace the thermocouple). Very good experience overall. Even the operator was lovely to speak to. Steve the technician was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would really love to use these guys again but I can’t stomach the coat.

I think there is a real disconnect between the switchboard, the service staff and head office! I called to get a quote to have a radiator moved and some pipes relocated in my basement. The service tech arrived and was pleasant. I showed him what I wanted to have done and he suggested some other services (boiler tune up, furnace inspection etc...). I asked if he could send me a quote regarding all the work but my priority was the rad and the pipes. I was invoiced for the service call and I paid it. Six weeks after the initial appointment I called Atlas for my quote and there was confusion over where the quote was? I was told it would be sent right away. Two weeks later no quote! I called again and four days later I received the quote. The quote was very high and I responded by asking for a new quote for just the work I wanted done. No response. My feeling is that this company is really not interested in doing small jobs and I wish they had told me that from that beginning. I could have saved $190!

He was punctual, friendly and very detailed in explaining what changes he made to address our issue, what we should do and even advised how to properly bleed our top floor rads. Woke up around 4am without heat. Jason came at 5am to find out problem. Gas valve seized. Had to wait till office and supplier opened. Office called at 9am. Said tech would be there between 1-3pm to install part. Part arrived around 11am. Alex the installation tech arrived early (12:30), worked quickly. WE HAVE HEAT! Update for January 29th, 2020. Again we had Alex come to our home just to do a check-up of our furnace. It's a good thing he did because we may not have noticed that our furnace filter had failed. So I've alerted Chris and hopefully he'll get a new one tonight. Alex put a temporary one in because I didn't have the money to buy the full filter. He also noted that we had wet walls in the basement though we've never had a flood. So he said he could get one of your plumbing people to come have a look at our pipes. Afford to the poor house has nothing but copper pipes and we know this is probably could be a big investment but perhaps it's time given some of the pipes are broken in several places.

My central A/C went down in the middle of a heat wave. Contacted AtlasCare by email, got a quick response, and a technician (Anthony Decaro) was available for service visit same afternoon. Within a couple minutes Anthony identified the problem, made the necessary repairs, and did a full diagnostic of the unit as well as the inside furnace to ensure all was good. He noticed some build up of sludge in the condensation tubing and took the time to take it apart to clear it out. Anthony was great at explaining everything and was very thorough in his work.

Great service overall. Unfortunately took a couple of visits before fully repaired, the problem was a bit more complicated then originally thought. That being said, the parts were ordered and repaired in a reasonably timely manner, added time only because the parts had to come from the manufacturer. Otherwise short windows given for visits, Steve and Illio were both very professional, on time, and communicated things to me very well.

I posted my first review of them indicating how displeased I was with their poor service, lack of responsiveness and follow up. It generated the response below almost immediately. Interesting that they respond quickly here in the public domain. I especially appreciate the reference to other facts that are not included above. I encourage Atlas Care to respond again detailing those, again here in public, rather than making veiled accusations without detailing them. They do seem to be very good at making excuses and trying to shift blame. I would NEVER use them again.

Atlas Care has always been professional and on time. I had a furnace installed in 2012 by Atlas that essentially was a poor engineering design by York Furnace. After a few service calls Atlas recommended a new furnace to avoid future service calls. After installing a new furnace it stopped working after 2 weeks. Atlas showed up and determined the drainage lines were not cleared (after advising they would be during installation of the new furnace) and a new humidifier would resolve the issue. When i called to complain Atlas did meet all my concerns but I have to wait for a refund on some of the labour costs.

At the end of the summer, we had an AtlasCare scheduled service for our air conditioner unit. The man who arrived was named Nasir P. He arrived right on time and was very courteous. My mother is 94 and was very impressed with Nasir's professionalism. He took his time, made me aware of a potential issue with our drain hose, and he showed me how to replace the filter myself. He made sure everything was in order. We were very pleased with his inspection and maintenance. /// Then, in September we were scheduled for our annual furnace inspection. We were delighted when we had Nasir, once again, as the service technician! For our furnace Nasir showed me that we must have had an historic issue with rust that had built up behind the main panel. Nasir traced it back to a probable cause, noting that we had had a non-standard replacement valve installed at some point. He guided us on what to watch out for and made sure that our furnace was in top shape for the winter. /// I think that each family’s experience with AtlasCare is very much dependent on the technician who arrives. We were blessed to have Nasir twice in succession. My mother said something very interesting after he departed. She said that there was a time in her youth when the type of service we received from Nasir was the norm. A time when people took pride in their work and had great respect for the customer. Alex from Atlascare showed up on time and was incredibly knowledgable and patient as he walked me through our furnace / AC system pointing out what each part does, how to set things up and things to look out for. AtlasCare seems to be pushing their maintenance plans (which was mentioned quite often) but there was no pressure when I explained I wasn't interested at this time. My only issue was after initially booking the Check up it wasn't clear what I had actually booked. The $169 fee I had agreed to didn't cover much of anything. (basically a visual inspection - which likely wouldn't have caught much unless it was on actual fire.). I was able to upgrade to the $199 service which had Alex opening everything up, checking how things were working and making sure it was in tip top shape. Just disappointing that they would send out a tech on a service call to help me check the system before the winter season which would have revealed only that I do in fact have a furnace and it may or may not be on fire (based on the visual inspection identifying flames or not).

My AC broke during one of the hottest weeks of this summer and I ended up purchasing both a new AC and furnace from AtlasCare. They were prompt and professional from the first call, to the sales rep, right up to the installation. A few days ago, I had water issues in my main floor laundry room. Water was leaking from the ceiling and down the wall. Not having a plumber, I called on friends and family hoping they could refer someone. When calling, I was told they were not available until the following week and many of my calls were not returned at all. Two days into it and no further ahead, I remembered AtlasCare and after checking their website, found that they also offered plumbing services. I called them and within 2 hours, they had a plumber, Rommel Abordo, at my door. He was very pleasant and very professional. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing step by step and exceptionally thorough with his work. Sean Fagen from AtlasCare came to my home and helped me tune the blower for my air conditioner. It had been installed incorrectly and was super noisy and not cooling the air in my home as much as it should. Sean quickly identified the issue and changed the fan speed setting. The difference was like night and day. The fan was no longer as loud and disruptive. It cooled the air more effectively. Sean was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions professionally and with enough technical detail to help me understand his recommendations. We have used Atlas for our HVAC system for a few years now and do feel it is in good hands. Recently we had our AC unit go down, and the diagnosis was that the unit was broken. The two installers (Jake and Paul) showed up on the hottest day of the year, spending over 6 hours installing, and were professional, clean and communicative. Frustratingly, the brand new AC unit would not work because it turned out the issue was a broken fan in the furnace itself, and our old unit was actually fine. What a bummer! This caused a lot of stress, as we actually did not need the new unit at all. Another tech, Jamie, came back with Paul and Jake and spent more time checking every nook of our HVAC (even missing the France game, sorry Paul!). Everyone I spoke to at Atlas were kind and courteous and actually listened, which was very much welcome. Eventually manager Nemo and I spoke and he was able to honour our request, which was to pay for the broken fan itself and not the AC unit, as he agreed it was not necessary. He was polite, friendly and willing to hear me out. How often does a company do this? My spouse and I are beyond impressed, and realize mistakes happen and equipment can do the darndest things. We will continue to work with this company and recommend them to others. Thank you Atlas! Our house is no longer over 30 degrees in this heatwave, hooray!

I have use Atlas Care for air conditioner maintenance for several years, until one of my air cons (20 feet off the ground) brought it to a grinding halt almost 2 years ago. I have been trying since then to know what kind of safety hook needs to be installed for the technician but I have been given the run around for more than a year now. I tried 3 or 4 times with the company, and even the City Counsellor called them to no avail. I am more than happy to install a safety hook but I want it to be safe, and nobody seems to be able to say what is required--not even Atlas! I do not understand how the AtlasCare inspector cannot tell me either what is required and why he does not not get in contact with me on this issue. The quality of my air cons depend on service which is not being provided.

It's seldom that you come across a company like AtlasCare. At each touch point, the company surpassed our expectations. They offered fast, quality service at a fair price. They have an excellent reputation around town and I love a company that's been around for as long as AtlasCare. Our boiler broke down during a cold spell this Winter. I called around since not many compies handle residential, radiant heating systems anymore. Atlas was the only company that committed to having someone at my house within a few hours (on a Saturday) and gave me the assurance that they are experts in boilers/radiant heating systems (which they clearly are). From our initial diagnostic to the excellent advise and service, AtlasCare really went over and above to ensure we got our heat back up and running as quickly as possible. We ended up having to replace our boiler, but in the end, I am confident that we moved to a better, more reliable and efficient system. What's more, I felt that despite being in a vulnerable position (no heat) we weren't taken advantage of with pricing. There were 2 things that stood out during our experience, 1 was the amazing communication. The company sent texts and emails to let me know when technicians were on their way. It included a picture of the technician and some details about their experience. This definitely helped put me at ease when opening the door and ensured that I didn't have to wait at home for 3-4 hour windows. Lastly, our experience with Nimo Mansouri, Director of Customer Experience explified that a company is only as good as the people you have representing you. Nimo - AtlasCare is lucky to have you! The service provided was water main repair. The technician was very knowledgeable, he explained what had to be done and why. He was professional and followed through on the promises made to me. Well, my brother who wasn't present when they serviced our mother's 16 year old gas furnace is of the opinion that we all should be aware of the service contract that Atlas Care provides to the elderly, that they had no business installing the latest equipment and technology. Don't you believe it. One of their professional service technicians came to service our gas furnace and pointed out a few items, one of which was a vent motor, etc. My mom has used them for the last 20 years and is still satisfied with them. My husband asked for a quote and informed the technician that we would review it and get back to him. After reviewing the quote and the reasoning behind it, like we already had a control board replaced which took over a week to get since the manufacturer kept sending the wrong board, not to mention that the single stage motor had been in service up to now and that alone is a ticking time bomb, we decided to replace the system with a two-stage Lenox system, the best and the best means $$$. We decided to invest the service call expense into a new system instead. I mean, it is a 16 year old system and it may have worked for another year or more, but, who needs to worry and the aggravation that it may fail on the coldest day of the heating season. Yes, it may have been a little overpriced, but by not that much. One has to consider that these aren't normal times anymore. There is a huge delay in getting manufacturer's parts, systems, etc., not to mention the skyrocketing cost of transportation and installation, the delay in installations, the cost of adhering to government guidelines due to the pandemic. Retail prices have doubled on every item that one can think of, its simply the cost of doing business these days. So, they did a great job, very professional and we really can't complain. Unfortunately, my brother has had previous experiences with them and is a little biased about elderly abuse, but, then again, that's ONLY his opinion. For a company that cares to respond to each and every review, I highly recommend them. If you question their costs, take the time to get a second or third quote from other reputable companies. My apologies to Atlas Care, not your fault.

Ron was able to come by my place within a couple hours. He took all his measurements in 20 minutes, spent 10 minutes in his vehicle and handed me an accurate quote. My AC wasn't cooling down the house so i called for an after hours service call. The company was responsive and the service guy was good about warning me when he was coming etc...It seemed like the standard diagnostic testing/assessing process. He was easy going and seemed knowledgeable. My only complaint is that he said couldn't all aspects of the testing because there was no hose for him to use, and he didn't have one. I had to run around to find one, which wasn't easy on a Sunday. If i didn't, he couldn't finish the testing. I was surprised that he wasn't equipped by the company. Lots of houses don't have hoses or even outdoor faucets.

Sean was polite and thorough, but when he found my furnace was overheating he gave me a red tag rather than offering any repair options. I called the manufacturer and found out that the furnace not only CAN be repaired, but that this furnace (sold to me by Atlas) is too high powered for my house. Not only did they obviously oversell, but after years of my paying for their maintenance plan not one of their technicians ever bothered to advise me of this. Meanwhile I asked for a full refund for my maintenance (while I get a second opinion on how best to address the red tag) and they agreed and confirmed, but when I got the refund it was less than half the amount promised. As a long time customer I was willing to give them a chance (had a few previous issues) but my loyalty was clearly misplaced. Please process the balance of my maintenance refund as agreed.

We had a terrible experience with this company. I signed up for their annual service package as I was told that it includes an annual inspection for our boiler. When the service technician came to our place, he did not perform any tests on our boiler but simply told me that our boiler and water heater (he was not there to service the water heater) were extremely unsafe and he had to shut them off and tag them. He told me that it was an emergency, that he was surprised that my CO2 monitor had not been going off and that my house could burn down - all while I was holding my baby. The technician quoted me many thousands of dollars to repair what he stated were the deficiencies that caused him to shut off our hot water and heat in the middle of winter. He further told me that the life expectancy of our boiler was only 10-15 years. I asked if I needed to make notes as he was speaking but he assured me he would send me the repair quotes in an email. I never received this email, but he was able to arrange for one of the company’s salesmen to attend at our home within an hour to tell us we needed to purchase a brand new boiler costing fifteen thousand dollars. In the following days, we had 4 other HVAC contractors attend at our home who all confirmed that although some repairs were required, our heat and hot water did not need to be shut off and it was not an emergency situation. We further confirmed that the actual life expectancy on our boiler is 25-35 years and we were able to have the repairs done for a reasonable price with another company. I believe Atlas care was trying to take advantage of me, being a young woman home with an infant and would not recommend their services to anyone. It seems their tactics are to abuse their powers by tagging your equipment to force you into an overpriced sale.

Atlas has been my heating and air conditioning company for almost forty years. They are far from the cheapest company, but the installers and technicians are ultra-reliable. Atlas has installed equipment in all three houses in which I have lived. Most recently, in 2017, they installed two high efficiency furnaces and a hot water heater. There is someone manning the phone lines for this company 24/7--either at the office or at a switchboard elsewhere-- which is extremely important if your furnace goes on the blink at midnight, on the weekend. If you have one of their service plans for your equipment, Atlas will ensure that an experienced technician will call you back with advice almost immediately and, if the matter requires a serviceperson, there will be someone on call who will arrive within a short span of time. I have had a wonderful relationship with technician Al Caruk for many years. Recently, Steve Crozier has been extremely helpful to me. Other companies have quoted me better prices, but, in the long run, reliability, availability and security play a big part in my loyalty to this company.

To the Atlascare team. Pretty much flawless execution on a sales opportunity this past week that deserves recognition. My wife and I live in Toronto. Our existing Carrier furnace was not working and was generating a "Malfunction" error on our thermostat this past Friday afternoon. I called Belyea Brothers, who have done work for us in the past once I realised we had a problem....around 4pm Belyea told me they were busy, but referred me to you! I don't recall having heard of Altascare before, but upon calling was told that a Service Technician would be out within the hour. He arrived within half an hour, on a cold Friday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger on our Carrier furnace was pooched. Based on what I took as an honest assessment, he suggested we really really needed to consider a new furnace. The heat exchanger, he explained is like doing a heart transplant and while the Carrier was only 15 years old, and I might get the exchanger on warranty, the labour costs to replace it could be the better part of a couple of thousand dollars and then what? Another part fails down the line and we're on the slippery slope of pouring good money after a bad. Based on the above, the Service Technician offered to have the Altas Sales rep call me. The Technican left having done his job, honestly and professionally and before leaving arranged to have the Sale Rep come at 8:30pm that evening. I also put a call into Belyea Brothers to provide a quote, who said they would come at 8pm. The Atlas rep Nasir Popalzaie arrived on time, was pleasant and respectful. He conducted his assessment and made a number of measurements and then presented my wife and I with our options. In the meantime, The Belyea had called to say they couldn't make it till the next morning and we agreed on a 9am appointment. Nasir checked and confirmed that a crew was available with the model we were considering for the next morning, if we were prepared to make a deal. My normal approach is to get competitive quotes to compare, but Nasir was very convincing and with the help of his manager arranged a deal that was approved to the satisfaction of both parties! The installation crew led by Darien Lobo and his trusty sidekick Jazzi ( didn't get the spelling on his name so apologize if I got it wrong) arrived at 8:45 the next morning. Nasir had said they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and indeed they did! Again Darien and Jazzi were pleasant,professional and conducted their work efficiently and had us back up and running by mid afternoon!! All of this within the span of 24 hours, from the time of my initial call to a new furnace and a warm house! Way to go Atlascare, you have one VERY satisfied customer who would be pleased to recommend you to anyone!!! Thanks so much! Doug ps. Special mention to Nemo the Manager of the Implementation team. In my conversation with the Implementation team, it was very apparent at how highly regarded they feel about their Manager. He has their back and has demonstrated that ( so I gather) many times, indicating he will go above and beyond for his team and in turn they will pay that forward in exceptional service to the customer!! With this being the drab and dreary time of year, compounded by Omicron, it is my pleasure to say something positive about a company and their employees who have done a great great job! pss. We've used Atlas for years to service AC, Furnace and Gas Fireplace, they've always been great. The staff are always super clear on explaining the issues, both good and bad and when bad they offer a variety of options at different price levels, there's never any feeling of an up-sell. In fact several times they've recommended a fix but said we could get by for at least another year if not two before we needed to move foreword. We just tried the new plumbing option as we had a couple of issues that we'd put off, service was the same, really good, Andre was our plumber and he did a great walkthrough and fixed both our issues. Great staff, we often have the same people doing the work over the 5 years in to our contract which makes me think they must be a decent employer. Would certainly recommend them and the yearly contracts have worked well for us. They're really good about scheduling as well, we usually schedule and then end up having to reschedule due to unforeseen stuff but they always make it work.

During the past several days I've had occasion to place multiple different calls for service with Atlas. Without exception the technicians who visited my home were competent, professional, polite, and always on time. Initially I needed emergency service to reset a malfunctioning hot water tank. This led to a sales visit from Abdel who convinced me of the merits of replacing the aging defective hot water heater with a new tankless system. This was followed by a decision to replace our 20 year old A/C with a new improved Lennox A/C. While all these replacement service calls were taking place I also needed the annual furnace service maintenance completed, and our gas fireplace needed a part replaced. All in all 5 service calls and 2 sales visits occurred over a 10 day period. Without exception service & value provided were "5 star". I also took advantage of the 1 year interest free financing option for the tankless water system & A/C replacement purchases. Atlas, not only met my expectations - they exceeded them.

Our furnace was not working properly so i called AtlasCare to see if they could fix the problem. They showed up within 4 hrs of my call. The original guy was thorough but unfortunately didn't resolve the problem, so i called AtlasCare again. Two days later, another technician came by. He was very thorough, checked the furnace and A/C as well as the vents inside and outside the house. He was very imformative, patient and made sure i was satisfied with the outcome. With a few tweaks, the furnace is up and running and not tripping. Overall, the technicians from AtlasCare are very professional and i would recommend them.

Because of bad roads the technician was delayed but called to advise us so and provide a revised arrival time. We really appreciate these type of "pre-visit" actions! It was a pleasure to have Daniel onsite. He was courteous, focused on the task at hand and very friendly. He & I went over the furnace's performance and reviewed regular maintenance I had done. His checks on the furnace were thorough and done efficiently and he finished up by cleaning/vacuuming the areas he had access and around the furnace. The visit was short with no additional work required and we were completely satisfied with the experience.

We had replaced a furnace with Atlas. I had another company we were using come in for service call when the furnace stopped working overnight. I decided to get 3 quotes from local reputable companies (this included Atlas) and including one I serviced with. Now although that company offered to reimburse service fees from that day and any other within the year (which was one in Nov) I still found that Atlas offered the quote without sliding in extras or saying they’d give deals but when you work it out there really wasn’t much there. Point being quote was to the point 3 options and gave me the most information without giving me too much unnecessary info. I wasn’t ever pressured and told him I would look into and get back to him. I accepted offer late that evening and he had a crew ready to go at my door first thing next day! The installation crew were great! They did a wonderful neat job with all ducts and piping. They left the area cleaner then what they came too. They were informative and happy to explain things to me. Very polite and considerate. I am happy with our decision to use Atlas.

In the beginning they looked very professional and responded in a timely fashion after our initial call. We wanted to replace our electric furnace and air conditioner. Their sales guy came to our place, completed the assessment and offered a quote for furnace and air conditioner. He gave us a very high quote in comparison to other company offers. We still accepted his offer as we needed it immediately and he claimed he could provide. Perhaps the fact that we were desperate to have our furnace replaced as our old one was completely dead and it was -15 degrees outside seemed like an opportunity for him. The following day when he stated he would finalize the offer and send his crew to do the work, he suddenly claimed that the furnace he offered the day before was no longer available. He said there was only one available which was $1000 more than the one he offered. When we expressed our suspicion and asked to speak to his manager, he seemed to reconsider. About one hour later, we received a message from this sales rep that the furnace originally offered was now in stock, that he already purchased it, and that he would install it right away! We hadn't even agreed for him to do that! He called 4-5 times while we were busy negotiating with another company. Twenty minutes later, he showed up at our doorstep unannounced claiming that he had already purchased the materials. How unprofessional and rude! He further made us uncomfortable by showing up at our door unannounced. We felt like he was playing us in our terrible situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are overpriced, heartless, and brutal.

Atlas Care The Atlas Care Service technician was coming to do the annual checkup/tuneup on our furnace. The Service technician that came was Jason Vasey. He arrived on time after we were informed that he was on his way. He did the checkup and tuneup During the checkup, he found that a part was defective and would need to be replaced. He explained why we were not getting heat on a consistent basis and once he replaces the defective part we should get the heat being generated properly. I would also like to commend Shanelle Vailloo - who explained the Protection plan renewal process to me. Based on her input the annual protection plan for the furnace was renewed and a protection plan for the A/C was set up. Shanelle and Jason are both excellent representatives of Atlas Care. The AC worked well and the furnace seems to be doing the same but I was very disappointed with the way that a furnace was provided that did not fit my duct work and the method to "make it fit" was crude, to say the least. To have done it properly would have taken more time but I fear the route taken was expedient, with less thought for quality of workmanship and more about profit. As they cleared away the old materials, small sharp metal particles were also dropped along the route in my basement. Luckily I found them before my dog walked across them. Atlas had been recommended but this experience was not a good start. Hopefully the products they installed will do better than the installation.

He gave me an idea of what the cost might be over the phone after asking me a few questions. Upon arrival, the tech was respectful and courteous. Sunday Jan 2nd 2022, the main drain of our house got clog, and water started to getting back in the basement. We called this company, they answered right away and send the tech Vince in the same day. With professionalism and knowledge he assessed the problem and give us the option how to get it fix. The drain pipes from the outside were broken, and roots from the tree was obstructing the drain (he show us a photo taken with his equipment). We need to change all the pipes, and add an extra drain inside in the furnace room. That was assessed and quoted the same day. We got app. for the following week. The job was perfectly done in 3 days! The workers to came to do the job were very neat, knowledgeable and polite.They cover all the furniture with plastic to protect from the dust, and leave the new drain clean y perfectly done! Excellent job, excellent company, affordable and with very professional workers!! I will recommended 100%. !! The best customer service too!!! Happy customer :)
