I had a small job to add a breaker to the panel in my house which would provide power to my work bench. Everything had been prewired by the previous electrical contractor, but as the workbench was not completed, the wiring in the panel had not been connected to a breaker. After numerous calls to the previous contractor, it seemed the job was too small and they didn't want to finish the work. Kayvan from K1 Electrical was doing some work for a neighbour and I asked him if he would have a look at what was needed to complete the work. As it turns out, the breaker was already installed in the panel and the wire just needed to be connected. Kayvan completed the work in less than 5 minutes, which included ensuring power was present to all the outlets on my workbench. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said not to worry, it was such a small job. No matter how insistent I was to pay, he wouldn't have anything of it. I have a large renovation happening in the next few months and I will definitely be using K1 Electrical for that work, and any other work I need done at the house.

I met Kayvan when I was inquiring on a cafe to purchase and needed some way of getting a load test or figuring out how much power I would need. Not only was Kayvan the only electrician to come and see the job but he sat with me and explained all the equations to help me work out the numbers. After we had worked everything out Kayvan helped me identify that there was no room to grow in terms of more electricity in the building saving me thousands on the purchase. Our growing business ended up moving in to a bigger space a few hundred feet down the road and Kayvan came worked with us to get power to all of our equipment. He installed multiple panels around the building to make the new wiring more logical and identified which plugs should have solo breakers! He dealt promptly with all the permits and it was a real breeze, at least, for us. If it isn't clear enough from the previous reviews left, let me tell you exactly what to expect. Kayvan is a very happy, very positive, very polite electrician with a wealth of electrical knowledge. He will give you all the options because he is so genuine and honest and let you decide what you think is best for your budget. We will never call another electrician for as long as we live in Victoria for any electrical work until Kayvan gets sick of us. Kayvan, we consider you a friend.. thank you for everything.
