Fair to better prices compared to other places I called. Only one person working so it took a while to get through via phone as well I had an in store wait of 20 minutes. A lady who came in after me jumped in front on me as I was waiting. However, the employee was knowledgeable, friendly service and again..good prices.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. Purchased a $103 replacement bulb for an above ground pool (probably the 5th bulb in 8 years, so about $750 in revenue for this business including the lighting system $250). This last bulb lasted less than 2 weeks, so I asked them to at least give me some kind of discount on another bulb or perhaps on an alternate lighting solution. I wasn't even asking for a refund for the obviously defective bulb. Spoke to the owner who was unsympathetic and her only response was "they're bulbs, they burn out". I politely pushed the request for a smidgen of a discount, but to no avail. Will not be stepping foot in this place again. I'm sure this business had a stellar year because of Covid demand, but it would have been nice to pay that good fortune forward by taking care of the customers that have been supporting you for years. Very disappointing.

Bought pool 5 years ago. I had noting but problems. 1st the cracked wall support track, had to completly drain pool. . 2nd they "forgot" to add foam under liner between ground and liner. 3rd light started leaking they came back and tryed to fix with water in it in 2019. This spring light was pouring out water and ahad to get proffesionals to fix it.

We own a Cal Spa hot tub which we purchased from this store. The jets in the tub broke after 4 years (no issues with that). We went to the store and ordered new jets and were told it would take 3 weeks for them to come in (with express post and over night mail I fail to see why it should take that long) We went back 3 weeks later and found out that 2 of the 5 jets we ordered arrived and were told it would be another week for the others to come in. I would recommend that ANYONE looking to buy anything related to a hot tub or pool AVOID this store as their customer service and dedication to their customers SUCK. Even with the delay in the arrival of the items we were not offered anything as compensation for our troubles. As a previous businessman, I would always offer my customers something to compensate them for any undue delay or hardship in order to let them know I value their business. This store obviously has no idea what good business practices means.

I would never use this company! I went there a year ago or so to get a quote on a tub and the owner Lisa was not very responsive and I got the feeling she felt I was wasting her time so I bought a swim spa elsewhere. I went in there after my purchase of the tub as The Water Wagon guys said go in and get your chemicals there as it is so convenient so I thought maybe she had a bad day the last time I was there. I went in and she was quite cold, I bought a gadget to get the debris sucked out of the spa and it didn't work, took it back, she was totally rude, I purchased another type for over $200 and it didn't work well at all, went back and was told I couldn't bring it back and that I should have read the receipt on the bottom, very cold rude woman so I left it with her so she made money off me and I will not recommend this business to anyone due to how poorly I have been treated there. Not sure what I did to deserve her nastiness but there you go. Don't bother buying a spa at this business in my opinion. Go elsewhere.

They charge a $130 hrs starting when they leave their shop. They should only bill for time at the work site; sorry customers should not be billed for travel time.

I now have a 6 year old tub that had spa pak replaced twice..well its gone again..this makes 3. They are not made any longer so now I have a soaker tub.and Lisa says. I cant help that ????‍♂️.. So..I have proof that Lisa will lie to you with an email from Dreammaker themselves who told me 6-8 week back order is not true..would like a call from Lisa..to discuss further action.how do i post a screen shot here?.

These guys are the most honest stand up bunch in the pool business and I have delt with many . If your going to get a pool done in hrm or anywhere they do pools you be a fool not to use their services . Great people !

The knowledge and professionalism of this business leaves a lot to be desired. They were very eager to get my money but very hesitant to provide support. My hot tub was delivered without documentation, no filter, nor direction on how to set up and use. When I asked when I could get instructions (on a Thursday) I was advised, sometime next week. Imagine, a purchase close to the price of a car getting this type of service??? If you have a choice, I recommend that you purchase elsewhere.

They sell you something and say oh this will work and when it does not they say oh you can't return it even though it says you can because it touched your water even though that's the first thing anyone will do with something from there pool. Total scam and people that just ty to get you to keep spending money. Better off going someplace else
