Great Family operation! I've been a costumer for 9 years and service has always been quick and very good! They installed my pool and have taken care of me my pool needs I've only changed my pump solar blanket and salt water cell since new. Everything else is original and I have the cleanest warmest pool in the city! There is no one better.

Less than impressed with the service - initially bought recommended chemicals after we brought our pool water in to get tested. Stating we had water trucked in, and topped up with well water. We chose R&R because they were close to home, and had decent reviews. $230 later, after following the directions provided and we had a green pool. My husband went back with another water sample which wasn’t tested again but the employee said we would need two other chemicals, which would be an additional $100 +/- after just spending $230 that we trusted would have the pool ready to swim in. They also couldn’t guarantee it would work. My husband was upset, rightfully so and left without buying any additional chemicals. We took a water sample to another local store and come to find out all we needed was a $15 bottle of stain prevent. The employee at the store looked at the list of previously bought chemicals from R&R and stated we didn’t need half of the chemicals bought, they also noticed the prices were significantly higher for a lot of the chemicals at R&R. So, in the end chose wisely which company to spend your hard earned money at. We would not recommend.

R&R replaced the liner in our in-ground pool in Oct 2018. Replacing a liner is a sizeable and expensive task with little room for error. Their handling of the entire project was first rate, including the service from the front-line staff to the installers who clearly have a lot of experience. My expectations were surpassed.

As a seasonal employee with R&R, I can attest that the experience this staff brings are what makes a great company. The amount of technical and troubleshooting skills that I've developed while repairing a wide range of problems from mechanical, electrical or just physical damage, and building brand new luxury backyards reminds me that construction is a much more involved process than moving some earth and bolting pieces together. Knowing that each season I return I get to team up with some of the hardest working techs to provide service to clients who have been calling us for decades reminds me that the quality of the work comes from the dedication to our customers.

Took a visit to R&R based on a recommendation before Christmas, was told that they’d be in touch in the new year and they weren’t currently doing quotes. Fair enough, several months pass and no contact. So I dropped in a few times and there was never anyone that could tell me anything in the shop and nobody bothered to follow up even though I was told they would. Finally got a phone call today after the third time following up in person and was greeted by a very rude lady that spent the whole conversation trying to backpedal on what they’d told me. Don’t waste your time, they don’t seem to need the business the moment so they’re just treating new customers as an annoyance.

Disrespectful, arrogant, they will let you down in the middle of the summer, do not get fooled by the initial friendly appearance, it won't' take long before you see a different attitude, we have put up with them for years, this is a real customer writing (his first ever online review), not somebody asked to write a favourable review, they used to be OK, not so in the least 4-5 years, I wish I could show you the recent e-mail exchange with them, there are other companies out there that will serve you better and help you enjoy your summer,

Our inground pool was installed by R&R Pools almost 30 years ago. Since buying the house (and pool) about 20 years ago, we've had nothing but knowledgeable and excellent service from them. We had them replace the liner 8 years ago with a new design and the pool looked completely refreshed. Since then, we got a new variable speed pump (it's much quieter and uses a lot less energy), a new winter safety cover (it's safer, more attractive, and much less work than the water bag style), and a robotic pool cleaner from them (much less work and saves water and treatment chemicals). This spring, our pool was accidentally drained (oops!) and the liner needed to be re-worked back into its proper position. The R&R service team managed to get everything back into place and the pool re-filled for us...as good as new. A great example of a company that looks after its customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MONEY GRAB LEFT AND RIGHT $1000 down the drain. Came to open pool and replace sand at $750 told me I had broken piece, charged $280 to return and install the piece($100 online). Another broken piece leads me to buy the piece. THEY WONT COME BACK AND FINISH WITHOUT CHARGING ME MORE. They left chemicals at my door and said deal with it. Super unfriendly and have a specific admin position called "problem solver" for all the BS they put people through....NOT OK ******NOTE***** The Service Techs (guys who come) ARE AMAZING!!! 12/10 service; couldn't ask for better humans, wish this was carried over to the administrative side.....but obviously not as they just grab your cash and leave you high and dry. _________ TO YOUR RESPONSE There is no leak, I fixed the plumbing issue which you said was out of scope of your work(fair). BUT. The pool runs fine. I am doing it now BECAUSE YOU REFUSED TO FINISH the work you started. I had to spend 4 hours learning and call in a favour from a family friend to teach me how to open the pool: Backwash, shock, and chemical balance - which is literally what I paid you over $1000.00 to do. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Problem Solver is not a good position for a company as it presents the look you cause a lot of problems with your poor service. Which is an accurate representation of what I received. (AGAIN NOT THE SERVICE TECHS WHO ARE ACTUALLY NICE).
