Very Negligent when it comes to placing waste bins in appropriate locations. Instead of properly assessing that the open industrial sized waste bin being filled with residential garbage and emptied infrequently becomes a health hazard. Serious complaints to PCL and demands for accommodation by a disabled group of individuals inconvenienced by the foul stench wafting into our un-airconditioned homes right above the bin, instead of locating the bin on a vacant street with no neighbors dump residential trash into it. Environmentally and possibly criminally negligent behaviour when demands for accommodation by a cancer patient going through the hospital frequently to see this in his front yard. This should not be ignored, but it is.

Do you have a hiring manager named Mohammed Salim in this company? I first met him in one of the hiring groups on Facebook and when I expressed interest in working in Canada, we had to connect in Whatsapp. To cut the long story short, he requested that I pay $200 as documentation fee so that he can secure me a job as a storekeeper with the company! The company breaks noise bylaws and has no regard for the community. Extremely loud noises and construction carry on throughout the entire night, when Toronto bylaws only allow for this from 7am-7pm. The company has no exemption on this bylaw. Despite multiple complaints to both the company and the city of Toronto, PCL continues to work throughout the night (up until 4am). Complete disrespect for the thousands of people who live close by.
