I've worked with NTM many times over the years, always pleased. Just had two bathroom countertops installed with sinks and faucets provided by them. They do great work if you are looking for a countertop etc. However, most don't see the backside of the business. I ''was'' a supplier, and they were one of the cheapest clients I ever had. I didn't lose any sleep when they tried to save another $2. Donnie is as organized as a freshly shuffled deck of cards.

Called Nova Tile in Burnside for a measurement appt, they said they were behind, so could take a little while, but they would call me back when they have time to make an appt for visit to measure. Waited a few weeks & called again with no return call..... waited 2 months, left a third message. It's been over 6 MONTHS. Obviously they don't want my business this time! I went to another dealer nearby in Burnside on Saturday and the young fellow said he has some measurement visits in my area on Monday & will definitely squeeze me into his day! :) immediate service - now that is how it's done. Exceptionally prompt service and very accommodating. The other dealer wants my business. :)

The quartz in our kitchen turned out better than we could have hoped for and the installers were quick & efficient. I highly recommend using Nova Tile for your next renovation!

My only issue is that they only install countertops.but are listed under tile company and installation.this can be confusing when trying to find intaller

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and has a great feel for the customer and the space, so choosing one of their beautiful products was effortless. I had next to no wait time & the installation was quick, clean and extremely professional. I am very happy with my new countertops and will continue to choose NTM in the future.

I redid my bathroom a while back and worked with Jillian from Nova Tile and Marble. I am not the best at interior design and she was very helpful. I told her what I like and she picked out the most beautiful tile for both the floor and the shower. And then she helped me with granite and a new sink and taps for sink, tub and shower. Everything turn out beautifully. The product at NTM is amazing and I will definitely be going there for my next project. 5 stars all the way!
